Our group was sweating donkey balls the entire time. We ran a lot and tried to get to the entire field so we knew the angles better. Some player attitude but nothing I couldn't ignore. Mostly excitable youngins that don't understand social etiquette. There were a handful of whiners played the day we were there. I've played paintball back when it became popular in the early 2000's. Whining happened then too. So, I guess that's normal. The staff was good. The refs paid attention to the games from outside of the arena. They called out a few bad apples to correct their on-field playing mistakes. The equipment was decent and the staff addressed any issues quickly so players could get back on the field to play.

Can't complain too much since it's only $15 to add a rental package online ($18 in-person, which is annoying). How about raise it to $20 flat and get some new gear that works reliably = 2 stars The Pro Shop has a good selection of guns and accessories at fair prices compared to online Airsoft retailers. The knowledge of the salespeople however, isn't as good. I get better answers from AI on my phone while standing at the counter. The online reservation system is AWFUL!!! The website is difficult to navigate unless you read by picture. Looks more like multiple flyers glued to a screen that have hidden links in some, but not others. When you select a date, time, and location you end up with the right date and location, but varying times. I booked for 2 people for the 12pm - 4pm session and ended up with one at 12pm and the other @ 4:30pm. = 1 star The staff is friendly and generally helpful in getting issues worked out. That definitely helps, but with all of the online reservation stuff that has to be un-FUBARed, it takes away from the experience and play time. I'm not a web designer, but with most people using technology to purchase goods, services, and experiences, you'd think they'd do some market research to gather feedback on how to build a user-friendly website. We haven't tried any of the other Airsoft locations in Phoenix, but after our three (3) past experiences, I'm ready to move on from VIP Airsoft. It kinda sucks, because this place is close to our house and easy to get to.

From the batting cages, to pitching, to the arcade games, and to food and drinks there was something for everyone. We laughed, competed, played, and made some great family memories. But what REALLY stood out was the customer service from Tallon (sorry if I butchered your name)! He was absolutely fantastic! He continuously checked on us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying ourselves. What impressed us even more was how attentive he was to all the other customers too. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was having a great experience. That kind of customer service is RARE and deserves to be recognized! Tallon truly went above and beyond and made our visit a great experience! THANK YOU!

Our son is a baseball fanatic and we knew he would have a blast here. As a pitcher, he LOVED the pitching cage. The cage measures your pitch speed and also scores based on your accuracy. What a fun concept. In addition, there are a good amount of batting cages. Each cage is equipped with different sized bats and a helmet. You may also bring your own gear as well. There are softball and baseball cages and speeds of 50 - 80 MPH. We all had a fun time practicing our swings with the virtual pitcher. * Note: Batting cage for left handed hitters is cage 9. There are basketball games in the back along with bowling lanes and arcade games in the facility. Our 5 year old loved the driving games. We couldn't believe the great deal that they have. For $64.99, you can get 90 minutes of unlimited free play for 4 people with a pizza and choice of drink. Yes, UNLIMITED. It was a perfect choice for our family of four. The customer service was top notch and very informative / detailed. Huge thanks and props to Talon for all of his help and ensuring that we enjoyed our time at Taroko!!
