Went here for a birthday this past weekend and it was fantastic! The staff working was welcoming and explained the rules, different locks, and everything else we needed to know to have a great time. The theming was spot on! We did the "Escape the Empire" experience and it was fantastic. Great lighting, sound design, etc. The puzzles were challenging enough but not so hard that it was just frustrating. Super disappointed by this experience. The place looks great and all, but the empire room is just a brute force room to solve. I've done several escape rooThere is no thinking really involved, it's just following the breadcrumbs. I called and asked, and looked on the website and it said it had a 70% pass rate. I went with my younger kids because they love Star Wars. We were moving along past a few things until we came to a ridiculous task. There are no clues, there's no brain power involved, it is literally plugging wires in a set of 24 options with 6 correct connections. I did the math on this and it's thousands of combinations potentially. This was a dead stop to our attempt. Not worth my $88. If you go with a group of adults be ready to do it a second time to pass it. Update: Joe D from this location has posted a response showing he does not care about his customers, nor does he understand how the rating system on Yelp works. Please read his comments where he clearly misses that I called to discuss this with a staff member, chooses to insult a customer, and how he believes a 3 star is a "negative" review. They tell you the room is "superhero themed", but somehow it looks like they never took at the Star Trek stuff out of it first. The kid at the front desk looks like he's really regretting his life choices, and isn't even bothering to pretend anymore. The speaker/microphone where you ask for help works so badly you can't hear the advice. The room is so dark you need flashlights, but the flashlights all have dead batteries. They tell you you only use each key and combination once... but to solve the puzzle you have to use one of the keys twice. a big chunk of the puzzle was just a giant box of locks where you have to open one to get the key to open another to get a key to open another... Anything involving a control panel just eventually degrades to button-mashing, even if you know the combination... I honestly still have no idea what i did that caused one of the doors to open... and why there were extra buttons I had to hit on the damn controller... read more

Me, my husband and our daughter did the marvel room and it was so much fun with a bunch of cool things. It was challenging but not extremely hard. We loved the technology stuff in the room and the music and voices were great. I would definitely recommend it. The front desk girl was great and very friendly. read more

This was my 7th escape room experience and by far the worst. Our family did the Star Wars room, and it did not go well. The clues were very vague and not intuitive at all. The light saber/flashlights didn't work well. The walkie-talkie didn't work well so half the time when we asked for clues, we couldn't hear the response. It was very frustrating! read more

Only my 2nd ever escape room and I greatly enjoyed it. My party was a little bit late to our reservation and the lady who was working was very understanding. We did the Star Wars room and it was quite fun! We had 3 adults total and it wasn't too terribly difficult but not easy either! Would definitely recommend this to anyone! read more

Loved this escape room! Our family had a great time. It took 6 of us about 40 minutes to solve the Escape the Empire room. The varied puzzles were challenging, but solve-able. Our group was a mix of teens and adults who are experienced with escape rooms. (1 first timer in the group and she got right into it.) The theming of the room was high quality and very immersive. Highly recommend!!! COVID Notes: The venue was good about COVID protocols. Hand sanitizer before and after. Masks in common areas, but we were allowed to take them off once we were in the room with the door shut. Staff let us know that rooms are cleaned and sanitized between uses. read more

My boyfriend and I had so much fun doing the Star Wars room. We were so close to finishing but we still had a blast. The hints given to us were helpful and the walkie worked just fine (not sure why people say it's hard to hear). I'll probably return to play the other room! read more

I was super impressed by the amount of time and effort that clearly went into the making of these rooms. We went as a group and all had a really good time, we did complete it but it took about 50 minutes. Good fun for everybody! read more
