Every teacher we've met has been friendly and truly cares for the children. They also have structured lesson plans, even starting in the K-prep 4-year-olds classroom, which has been amazing for my grandsons' development. A special shoutout to Ms. Ann, who has become a favorite of ours. Not only is she wonderful with the kids, but she's patient, engaging, and just has a way of making the children excited to learn. My kids have been with the TLE franchise for 3+ years each and their curriculum is not only fun for children, but engages them to think critically and exercise their problem solving skills. My three year old enjoys coming home and reading his library books at the end of the day, and my daughter would always vocalize how much she enjoyed her activity tables. My children have been to a total of 7 daycares throughout their lives, and this is the first time their experience has been great enough to write a review. It also has to be mentioned that the staff has cared greatly for me as a mom. As a working mom with limited availability, they have listened to my desires, been a shoulder to vent to, and they are just "real people" who "get it". I will be sad to leave this TLE family as we transition, but I know that any incoming families will be in great hands. I reported them to the state for child neglect and filed a police report with Chandler PD. I have still not received a refund. When we followed up on 4/25, we were told we have to continue to wait for the new franchise owner, Andrew Sheridan, or district leader, Kellie Rexrode, to follow up with us before a refund is issued. They put my infant in danger and are now putting me in a tough financial position. We'd been customers since 2022; I trusted them and am now absolutely heartbroken. I no longer have a choice and have to start going public.

Fast forward a bit because I must mention the love the classroom teachers have for the kids. Ms. Olympia is an absolute gem! I love that she loves my baby; you can feel that she genuinely cares- that played a huge role in our stay at BKGilbert. My son is no longer in her class but when they see each other they both light up and that warms my heart. He seems to be doing well in his new class too. The teachers keep me updated throughout the day with pictures, videos, and constant communication. The way she communicates, it's almost as if I'm right there with him the whole day. Ive presented my concerns to the director (Krystal) and was "assured" that the children are "offered" water all throughout the day! I called BS to this because one of the nights my daughter woke up with a dry diaper meaning she drank close to NOTHING while being here for 9 hours. In the least bit- I KNOW a refund is owed to me in which Tami stated "I won't give a refund because your children were in my care" I can't say i recommend this facility to a SINGLE family.
