The lessons are structured in a manner where the kids go through a progression of drills that focus on coordination, balance and contact, but it's not all work. Bob makes it fun too and that's the reason my son looks forward to his lessons every week. Most importantly as parent I can tell you there hasn't been one time where Bob's attention was diverted from my child during his lesson or he didn't coach with patience and understanding. There are plenty of baseball instructors out there. Many can make your kid a better player, but few will make your kid a better person. Bob is that coach and I recommend him wholeheartedly.
