Audrey is the person who spoke with and suddenly unavailable during this conversation. They clearly double book that session but declined to admit an error. Since it was bought out from SafeSplash, we saw a decline in students, the vibes are off from the coaches, the parents/kids. The management cares more about the tasks not actually care of each kid. The new swim curriculum is weird and I don't see any improvement from my 2 and 4 year old boys compared to my 8 year old when he started with aqua Safe's curriculum. Finally, I don't recommend it this place anymore. It used to be awesome for the kids but now they're more focus on making money vs kids growth in swim. We're currently at Swimhaus Swim School and it's been amazing. Family local owned, which is huge plus for us!!

My son really enjoys his class with his Coach Ethan. That kid definitely knows how to make a class fun and inviting for toddlers. 3. Classes are very intimate as they don't go over 3 kids per class. She can now swim in the deep end, swim all the way to the bottom to retrieve sinking toys, swim back up to the surface, and make her way over to the ledge. She's still learning, of course, but she has a really good foundation of swimming skills now, and I feel SO much more confident in her being around the water. What I really love is that Hailey actually looks forward to her swim classes. The class sizes are small, and the instructors do a great job of communicating with me about her progress--what she's accomplished, what skills she's working on, and what she still needs to learn. I never feel like I'm left wondering how she's doing. And honestly, the entire staff is just so friendly. Every time we walk in, someone is saying hi and smiling, and there's always such a positive atmosphere. Even the manager is out in the lobby playing games with the kids while they wait. He definitely doesn't have to do that, but he does it anyway because he's just a cool dude. Little things like that really stand out to me and make Big Blue feel like a place where the staff genuinely enjoys being around the kids. We've had nothing but good experiences here. Between the small classes, great communication, friendly staff, and how much Hailey has grown as a swimmer, I really can't recommend Big Blue enough. Our three year old can now jump in on his own, swim to the middle of the pool, and even dive down to get a toy before going back to the edge of the pool. Not only is he confident in the water and having more fun than ever before, we have so much more peace of mind around water in the summer. Our six year old was more nervous about starting lessons and had lessons in the past that made him more nervous around water and even asked not to do more swim lessons. Morgan was phenomenal with him and he was having so much fun right away. His fear of floating disappeared in days, and by the end of his sessions he was swimming confidently and diving. He no longer feels nervous or asks for floaties when we're swimming together as a family - he's a true swimmer now! We would highly recommend Morgan and Sunsational to anyone looking to build real swimming skills.
