    Desert Oasis pool
    Amy B.

Being that its summertime in Arizona, I like to hit the pools to stay cool. I came here today to try this place out, as its not far from home, and it was 100 degrees so I felt like I needed to cool off. This pool is located slightly off the beaten path. If you didn't know it was there, you would probably never find it. It's buried in the middle of a subdivision, about a half mile in. The pool itself is nice. 3 water slides for the kids (2 of which are adult friendly) kid swimming section with zero level entry, water features, along with covered and uncovered seating areas. The restrooms and changing area was large with adaquate space to shower, change clothes and go to the bathroom. Hours are halfway decent, and its a great way to beat the heat. Plus, it only cost $2.25 for adults! So far, this is probably my least favorite pool. Lack of seating, and being crowded is just two of the reasons its on the bottom of my list.

My children and I had such a great time here. It's so fun and the staff is amazing. The price is extremely fair and affordable. Unfortunately the day that we went we were told that they were closing later than the website and Google stated (5pm instead on 6pm on a Sunday) so that was a bit disappointing but we will certainly go back in the future. I would recommend it.

As always, Chandler Pools are very reasonably priced. $2.25 for adults, $1 for kids. You can't beat that. This pool is clean and has a a very kid-friendly environment. There's a slide for kids that are better swimmers. It dumps you about 3 feet above the pool and it makes quite a splash. For my daughters, that is the selling point of this pool. There is also a taller slide that is meant for smaller kids. At the other side of the pool is a zero-depth play area that consists of a giant water spout that spills out water from about 15 different places. There's a concrete statue of a whale that spurts water out of its blowhole. There is also a slide structure that is meant for toddlers. They have a couple of lap lanes. The facility gets an A for cleanliness.

    Busy Sunday at the pool

Took the kids and had a great time. Wished it had a diving board, but still had fun with the slides. Staff was very friendly.

The reason I love this pool is because its much much less crowded than my favorite Chandler pool: Mesquite Groves.

Great facility!…read more Chandler is the other side of the Valley from me, but since this year's Tri For The Cure took place at Arrowhead Pool and Park, I was able to check it out today for the event. I loved that it was so easy to get to (just over a mile off of the 101 from the Chandler Blvd exit)... The pool has 8 lanes that are 50 meters in length plus the deep end/diving area (seen in the photo). The facility has plenty of restrooms, changing rooms, etc... and it's located right in the middle of the beautiful Arrowhead Park - it was a fantastic venue for the Triathlon. Despite the event running an hour and a half behind schedule, it was a ton of fun and ran smoothly once we started. We enjoyed watching the youth event - it's amazing how many kids participated! They were so cute! I recommend both the event as well as this facility depending on your goals and where in the Valley you live. Thanks to the City of Chandler for hosting this amazing event, and for all of the volunteers that helped out along the way! Congrats to all of those that competed today as well!

I never knew it was there until I did a search on yelp & the internet for swimming pools. Secondly, this place is HUGE and NOT crowded! Two entirely seperate swimming areas! One for the kids, with zero level entry, a water slide and a lazy river. The "adult" side of the pool is entirely seperate, and Olympic sized! Holy Moly! Diving boards, swimming lanes, a basketball hoop and TONS of room to move around in. This place, for once, has ample seating! Tons of chairs! Never a problem to find a place to lay out here! Covered seating is also available as well. Locker rooms are large and plentiful, with lots of toilets, showers, changing areas and lockers for 25 cents. I will go out of my way to swim here. $2.25 for adults, and kids are much less. Go check this place out!

Also their longevity on business The good- Garrett Dow,the construction manager was the best person as far as communication goes. He always responded to my text and phone calls in a timely manner and he kept the project moving. The trades that he had on our site were always professional and easy to work with. The AI operator was helpful when I couldn't get a response from anyone. I liked their Builder Trend Ap for communication. What needs improvement- project manager didn't respond in a timely manner or not at all. Never picks up the phone. This is the main contact for the project and this added to undue frustration. Good communication is key to any project. It seems it's hard to find good people that have the skills to do this now adays. I will continue to recommend Shasta as they do build a great but just don't expect great communication unless they get better project managers
