Audrey is the person who spoke with and suddenly unavailable during this conversation. They clearly double book that session but declined to admit an error. Fast forward to now, our oldest (8), middle child (4), and our youngest (2) have been loyal to this company for a long time. The facility was OK, we stayed because of the young coaches that taught our kids, also we don't like change in general . Since it was bought out from SafeSplash, we saw a decline in students, the vibes are off from the coaches, the parents/kids. The management cares more about the tasks not actually care of each kid. The new swim curriculum is weird and I don't see any improvement from my 2 and 4 year old boys compared to my 8 year old when he started with aqua Safe's curriculum. Finally, I don't recommend it this place anymore. It used to be awesome for the kids but now they're more focus on making money vs kids growth in swim. We're currently at Swimhaus Swim School and it's been amazing. Family local owned, which is huge plus for us!!

Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with prior to John were dismissive and unhelpful, simply directing me back to a website that doesn't work. It's discouraging to see so many positive reviews when new customers are unable to register at all. If you collect contact information and even credit card details but have no functional way to complete registration, it undermines trust and credibility. A business that cannot prioritize basic customer service and onboarding--especially when parents are trying to ensure safety and instruction for their children--misses the mark entirely. Both of our boys are on the spectrum, and while my younger son was having some difficulty focusing in the water (which is to be expected given how much he loves it), the instructor's reaction was completely inappropriate. During the last session, the instructor was visibly upset--rolling his eyes and even looking up at the ceiling in frustration. No parent should ever have to witness that kind of behavior directed at their child, especially a child on the spectrum who needs patience and support. To make matters worse, when we called to cancel and withdraw our kids from the program, the staff member we spoke with didn't even ask why we were leaving or show any concern at all. That lack of care and understanding was just as disappointing as what we saw during lessons. Parents of children with autism, please think twice before enrolling your kids here. We all want an environment that offers patience, care, and encouragement, and unfortunately EVO did not provide that for our family. We will not be returning.

When we got to our first lesson at Aqua Tots, we knew we made the right choice. At only a couple dollars more per lesson, this place seemed like a 5 star luxury resort in comparison. The staff is so friendly. There is a large changing area with separate bathrooms, there are blow dryers available, and also a swim suit drying machine!! The swim suit dryer was very impressive!! They have a very comfortable sitting area for family to sit and watch their child in class without having to sit in a stuffy, hot / humid pool room... Instead, parents can kick back in a comfortable chair in the air conditioning. As a bonus- They offer complimentary water and snacks for the students & parents. We love Aqua Tots! I highly recommend to anyone!

I got up right away and ended up walking into the pool area to help her because the instructor was with the other child in her group. The instructor didn't say she saw anything. My daughter cried the whole way home and had a hard time calming down. She never wanted to go again but couldn't tell me what exactly happened. We canceled since we weren't going to force her to go. Well, a month later swim lessons got brought up and she just now told me that she didn't wanna go back to swim lessons because she almost drowned in the water. She said she went under water and couldn't find the wall. I am writing this review now to warn parents please don't take your child here if you are serious about teaching them to swim. It's not worth it and the groups are too big for them to learn anything anyway and the way they just have the other kids sit by the wall while the instructor is with one child at a time just seems unsafe.

They sped through everything in about 10 minutes....these classes are $25. There was no comments at the end, nothing. On top of everything these two girls talked and messed around the entire time. I tried again the following Saturday and it was the same girls. This time they had fake babies they had found and apparently named. They were throwing them at each-other and just playing with these babies the whole time and again speeding through everything while taking care of a fake baby. It was all very unprofessional and childish and awkward. This is a job, not a hang out sesh with your bestie. I ended up canceling because even my son did not like coach Katie.

Even at this early age, our babies are already kicking in the water, practicing under the water dips, and mimicking us doing bubbles in the water for them. The registration process is easy and making up lessons is a breeze too. You can do it all online at the student portal.
