We love EVO! My girls have had a wonderful time at Evo. The teachers are focused and pay attention to stroke very well. We've had some amazing swim instructors. There are indoor and outdoor showers but the changing room is communal with stalls, and individualized gender restrooms. Ample seating indoors, but somewhat limited outdoors. The outdoor pool has shade canopies than span over it. Private parking with a dirt lot overflow. Friendly staff and I like how you can text absences and also give you credit for absences to complete a make up at a later date.

Love this swim school! I have 2 kids enrolled here, my 2 year old and 7 year old. Both kids have had a great experience, and are improving with every class. My 7 year old was already a decent swimmer but now has gained serious speed abs learning butterfly and Breaststroke. My 2 year old is working on swimming under water, but all of the instructors are more then qualified. Super patient, kind, fun but most important knowledgeable.

**Please Read** As a parent, I am extremely upset. My son had a substitute teacher today, Sophia. I made sure to come in, before his lesson started, and introduce myself and my son. I explained to her three things: 1) My son had been dunked at another swim school and was extremely afraid of putting his head under water 2) We are just taking things slow, and I am fine with that 3) He is very, very new. Sophia proceeded to be extremely rough with my kiddo, to the point that I made them unlock the door and let me in when she was trying to physically force his head backwards to float! And I mean, crank his neck back as he was terrified and flapping his arms! Sophia left claw marks all over his arms. Needless to say, we are not coming back.

Great swim school! Kids can start at all different levels. Runs very smoothly and the place is super clean. Makes me want to take a class! Make sure to try and get a class with Coach Jesse. He is phenomenal!!

So far so good! Destiny has had a hard time trusting people in the water in the past, but loves Gemma. I can see her making small strides. Looking forward to watching her grow as a swimmer. Even my nephew is making good strides!

The nice 6 lane indoor pool. Only 4 kids max in a class, so lots of swim instruction time for each kiddo.

I just think she needs to work on confidence since she still doesn't like to swim in the deep end of our pool. The facility is clean and the goldfish theme is cute, they even have a fish tank that my kids like to see. The lil table with books and crayons is a nice touch. There are good amenities - lots of changing rooms, a changing table, hair dryers and dryers for your swimsuits. I've never had issues with rescheduling classes if needed. Just keep in mind if you decide to stop with lessons but you still have a class or two to reschedule, they won't allow it. You must still be active. There is also a sibling discount if you have more than one child taking lessons here.

We started swim lessons this week and a sweet man named Jake was her instructor... well she didn't like that and screamed and freaked out ( sorry Mr Jake) so another instructor had to come over and help. Olivia is her name and she took the time to take over the rest of her lessons in order to accommodate my daughter. I'm so thankful that your instructors were able to adjust to her needs! Also they have temperature controlled pool and the accommodations in the bathroom are great (shampoo, conditioner, etc). Made it easier to get her cleaned up before she goes home. We will get our younger daughter signed up soon! Thanks again!

It was solid, personable, and coaches actually enjoyed and cared for the kids growth. Fast forward to now, our oldest (8), middle child (4), and our youngest (2) have been loyal to this company for a long time. The facility was OK, we stayed because of the young coaches that taught our kids, also we don't like change in general . Since it was bought out from SafeSplash, we saw a decline in students, the vibes are off from the coaches, the parents/kids. The management cares more about the tasks not actually care of each kid. The new swim curriculum is weird and I don't see any improvement from my 2 and 4 year old boys compared to my 8 year old when he started with aqua Safe's curriculum. Finally, I don't recommend it this place anymore. It used to be awesome for the kids but now they're more focus on making money vs kids growth in swim. We're currently at Swimhaus Swim School and it's been amazing. Family local owned, which is huge plus for us!!

They really should update on here that the good reviews for this company are actually for "Aqua…read moreSafe" which is the swim school that SafeSash acquired. SafeSplash is trash and should have had the older good reviews wiped clean before they acquired a great swim school! I've seen the decline in students since the school was acquired and while I sit in the bleachers I listen to the other parents complaining about how downhill this place has gone since getting acquired. There is only 1-2 original swim teachers still there after the acquisition. Everyone left! SafeSplash is horrible and I wish the old swim school was never acquired by them. When you call the Gilbert number and it redirects you to an outsourced person in another state. You can't even reach someone at the front desk here. If your child is sick or out of town and needs to miss a class, they won't even work with you on that day to reschedule. You need to wait until the following day for a makeup token to be issued on your account.... However when you go to view the account online, no makeup tokens are actually given, so if you don't actively call to check on it, you get screwed out of a class that you paid for. If you're out of town for more than two weeks they make you pay $25 to hold your class or else you'll lose your spot. Good luck being enrolled here and something happen to you because they aren't very easy to work with when rescheduling a class. There used to be a manager walking around premises, coming up to us personally and giving us updates about our children's swim progress. Now you don't see anyone except a front desk receptionist or the swim teachers who are all hiding behind glass sitting in the water. You cannot talk to anyone about your children's progress! My daughter was excelling in swim and every couple of months gaining a new ranking in swim. Now that she's with SafeSplash, she's been in the same ranking for 8 months. The teachers have no drive or motivation here. The swim coaches here all look miserable and unhappy. I don't blame them, I would be unhappy, too, working for this company. They don't like to bump students up. This company keeps them at the ranking they are at for far longer than they should because they want all your money! They don't push my daughter to do better. She's a great swimmer for her age and can do so much more than what her current teacher is teaching. I'll be looking around at other swim schools in the valley. This one is the worst and I will never enroll my children in a SafeSplash chain when I move. Hate is a strong word and I really hate this company. I have already told every parent from my daughter's preschool class (15+ parents) not to go to this swim school and I'm so glad they listened and went elsewhere. Now it's time for us to leave this school and find a much better one in the valley.

Overall I would highly recommend Nancy to anybody because of her experience and expertise. She is the only person I trust. Her speed and technique are improving in every stroke with every lesson, and we're seeing the results in her times at meets. She evaluates at each lesson, then focuses on what she sees as an area for improvement which can improve time and/or efficiency. She's also very good about making recommendations for cardio and resistance training exercises, and which muscle groups on which to focus effort, in order to directly benefit swimming, and which local swim teams could be a good fit for further improvement. If your child/pre-teen/teen, or you as a competitive adult in Ironman or other training, want a top-class, no-nonsense instructor with the experience and active involvement in the sports, you need look no further. She will be straight forward with your swimmer on what they need to do to improve, but doesn't push it past the point of being "over the top" like some of the instructors we tried tend to do.
