I still love evo. Esp for the price compared to ISR rates I'll happily stay here. Now that I have…read moreanother little one that needs to learn how to swim my daughter who is 2 loves it. She started right before two and has never had any problems besides being sleepy and fussy about her nap schedules. So when people say "OH MY GOD THEY WATERBOARD YOUR KIDS" it all depends on the kids temperament and what they can handle. Both my kids are perfectly fine here. Also particular staff makes a HUGE difference. Believe me I've been here for well over 2 years minimum going on 3 if not longer. We have seen the staff turnaround snd there are personalities that work your kids and there are some that don't. That's when you switch teachers. We have done that with our son since he was younger. He stopped going because he is 5 and knows how to swim now. We only had him in swim as Something fun. But there's some people Who take it VERY SERIOUS like you are in the navy. So that's when we pulled the plug for our son. My kids are very goofy. So as long as my kids can swim that's the goal. Some peoples reviews are funny. I'd like to See those people put their kids in ISR and tell me they won't panic then. This is nothing compared to just dropping your kid in the pool.

We tried multiple times to register for swim lessons and had an incredibly frustrating experience…read more After calling three times, I finally spoke with the director, John, who admitted the pre-registration links on their newly redesigned website are broken and that this was a known issue. Unfortunately, the staff I spoke with prior to John were dismissive and unhelpful, simply directing me back to a website that doesn't work. It's discouraging to see so many positive reviews when new customers are unable to register at all. If you collect contact information and even credit card details but have no functional way to complete registration, it undermines trust and credibility. A business that cannot prioritize basic customer service and onboarding--especially when parents are trying to ensure safety and instruction for their children--misses the mark entirely. Very disappointing

My baby just graduated from the infant "Babbles and Bubbles" class at AquaSafe Swim School, and we…read moreboth had a wonderful experience! Class is free for infants under 5 months, so this was what drew us to AquaSafe in the first place. I had no idea what to expect, but I was excited to find a free activity to do with my 3-month old. From the first class we attended, I was super impressed with how much was packed into a 30-minute time slot and how each activity supported our babies' development. In the two months that I had my daughter in this class, she has become much more comfortable and confident in the water. A huge shoutout to coach Steven! He was absolutely wonderful with each of the babies in class. Every session, he took the time to give individual attention and support to each baby, customizing the experience for their age and skill level. He had a great amount of knowledge about exactly how to modify activities to accommodate both younger and older babies. Steven made this such a fun and educational experience for everyone involved!

It's sad that I have to give this review. We started here back in 2016 with our first child when it…read morewas called, "Aqua Safe". It was solid, personable, and coaches actually enjoyed and cared for the kids growth. Fast forward to now, our oldest (8), middle child (4), and our youngest (2) have been loyal to this company for a long time. The facility was OK, we stayed because of the young coaches that taught our kids, also we don't like change in general . Since it was bought out from SafeSplash, we saw a decline in students, the vibes are off from the coaches, the parents/kids. The management cares more about the tasks not actually care of each kid. The new swim curriculum is weird and I don't see any improvement from my 2 and 4 year old boys compared to my 8 year old when he started with aqua Safe's curriculum. Finally, I don't recommend it this place anymore. It used to be awesome for the kids but now they're more focus on making money vs kids growth in swim. We're currently at Swimhaus Swim School and it's been amazing. Family local owned, which is huge plus for us!!

In a very short amount of time, my child has learned so much more than I ever thought she would be able to at this age. I was impressed when, on the very first lesson, she began teaching my three year old how to hold her breath and put her face in the water, without force, but with gentle, patient and fun methods. I value Nancy's expertise in Red Cross certified safety and instruction, and trust her completely to teach my child the correct way to swim. Furthermore, my child absolutely loves her lessons with Nancy and looks forward to her swim lesson each week! Thanks to Miss Mermaid's expertise and instruction she is already floating on her own, holding her breath under water, learning the beginnings of different swim strokes, swimming under water to retrieve toys, among other things. I can't recommend Miss Mermaid's highly enough!

I decided to try one more time, and it turns out they are now under new ownership and the experience has been the complete opposite. Everyone has been responsive and amazing! They got her into a private class with Cory who is an incredible teacher. The owners and all the staff remember my daughter's name, greet her, let her act like they are celebrities, and make sure she has a good experience every single week. It's so hard to find things for my daughter to do outside of school that make her happy and where she feels welcome, and this is now the absolute highlight of every week.

Sooo, we really liked coming here for about a month. We had coach Cory Saturday at 10am and we…read moreloved him. He was attentive and took the necessary time to explain, and even had comments at the end for each individual swimmer. My son looked forward to coach Cory. One Saturday they switched over to coach Katie (I believe, I can't see a history) and she had someone with her to train maybe? They sped through everything in about 10 minutes....these classes are $25. There was no comments at the end, nothing. On top of everything these two girls talked and messed around the entire time. I tried again the following Saturday and it was the same girls. This time they had fake babies they had found and apparently named. They were throwing them at each-other and just playing with these babies the whole time and again speeding through everything while taking care of a fake baby. It was all very unprofessional and childish and awkward. This is a job, not a hang out sesh with your bestie. I ended up canceling because even my son did not like coach Katie.

Facility is very clean and obviously kid friendly. The reception area is nice with some other fun activities for kids to get into while their sibling or other family member is taking a swim class. 2. Instructors are pretty decent. The instructors we've had so far for my 7 month old's class have been quite impressive and really know how to handle babies and how to make the class fun but also progress in their pool safety training. My son really enjoys his class with his Coach Ethan. That kid definitely knows how to make a class fun and inviting for toddlers. 3. Classes are very intimate as they don't go over 3 kids per class. My son has had mostly private classes lately as other kids have not really joined his time slot, which is wonderful in my opinion so he gets that 1x1 coaching. 4. The ease of scheduling via their app and their text messaging system. Very responsive!

We have had such a great experience with Big Blue Swim School! We've been going since April, and I…read morecan't believe how much Hailey has learned in such a short amount of time. She can now swim in the deep end, swim all the way to the bottom to retrieve sinking toys, swim back up to the surface, and make her way over to the ledge. She's still learning, of course, but she has a really good foundation of swimming skills now, and I feel SO much more confident in her being around the water. What I really love is that Hailey actually looks forward to her swim classes. The class sizes are small, and the instructors do a great job of communicating with me about her progress--what she's accomplished, what skills she's working on, and what she still needs to learn. I never feel like I'm left wondering how she's doing. And honestly, the entire staff is just so friendly. Every time we walk in, someone is saying hi and smiling, and there's always such a positive atmosphere. Even the manager is out in the lobby playing games with the kids while they wait. He definitely doesn't have to do that, but he does it anyway because he's just a cool dude. Little things like that really stand out to me and make Big Blue feel like a place where the staff genuinely enjoys being around the kids. We've had nothing but good experiences here. Between the small classes, great communication, friendly staff, and how much Hailey has grown as a swimmer, I really can't recommend Big Blue enough. It's truly an exceptional swim school, and I'm so glad we chose them! ‍
