My family and I went to Sunsplash this last Sunday and we had a great time. We opted to pack a lunch that we kept in the car and ate it in the trunk of our car. The weather was perfect but it would be a lot to eat in the car during the hot summer. I feel like there was a lot of variety of things to do for the age difference of my kids. My main issue was with the flooring of the entire park. I'd like to see them do something to make the sidewalk more comfortable for the 99% of people who are walking around barefoot. All of our feet hurt from walking around on the really hard concrete. I guess I'd recommend you wear water shoes if you have them. We used a Get Out Pass and the whole process was seamless. It's worth getting because just a trip to Sunsplash is pretty much the same price as a Get Out Pass and you get so much out of it. I don't know if I'd go again because the cost is pretty high. read more

Could you maybe stop hiring slow children to attend your arcade? And I'm not trying to disparage the disabled, these teenagers do. not. care. Get rid of them. All of your card scanning machines are broken. I asked your clerk for service on a machine that needed to be refilled and she told me it would be "about half an hour" you still owe me a refund for those game plays. My son won a lava lamp from redemption and the girl climbed to the shelf and started to take down a lit, hot one until someone else had to tell her to get a new one out instead after she was obviously burning herself. Every time I turned around they were chatting with their friends or screwing around instead of doing literally anything of value. I can't believe your business is turning a profit. What is your training program? Two rocks and a wish for good luck? read more

Since I was a kid, I've frequented both Golfland and Sunsplash periodically. Especially once I got my driver's license as I really like the arcade as there are quite the variety of games. Plus, you can play mini golf or even take a ride in the bumper boats or race karts. Definitely a timeless classic for me, and why I prefer Golfland over Sunsplash. Though Sunsplash isn't my favorite, I've still enjoyed myself there as my previous company used to do a holiday splash party each summer. The rental spaces are great, though the catered food was nothing special (hamburgers and hot dogs). All in all, it was still a fun event and you can count on me being in the lazy river if visiting Sunsplash! read more

Very much confused and lost at my first ever visit. Starts off with- where is the entrance!? I show signs pointing to the castle but then the signs /stop, oh you want me to go into the arcade for a water park, ok cuz that's not confusing. Finally figure out where to get tickets ok, but then where's the water park. I'm lost around all this golf and see zero signs that say water park this way or any arrows. Finally find the waterpark. I and heavily searched and forced to dump out my water in 100 degrees heat and told I can get water at the concession stand. This place is extremely small. Everything is in close proximity to each other, during the week the lines were really short. However carrying a large 6 foot four person tube up for flights of stairs can exhaust one. I did go to try and get water at the concession stand only to be told that it cost money and they don't give out water for free, I only found one drinking fountain in the whole place. I tried to find the waterslides that I saw at the ticket counter could not figure out how to get to those particular waterslides, even going up the stairs for one waterslide I ended up at a different waterslide. The signs are very confusing and it's hard to figure out what slide is which in which particular color tube is for which slide. I had a horrible time as a first time guest maybe if I was going there 10 times I knew what to do, but as a first time goer, this was extremely confusing and hard to navigate. Who's gonna be responsible for all these people with heat stroke? One drinking fountain and having to pay for water and you can't bring in your free water. I will never be back. I've been to hurricane Harbor many of times and I've never had such an issue over there. read more

It's off season and the water park is only open for 5 hours. That's fine and dandy but let's talk about this for a minute. It's $40/$41 if you buy a water part ticket before you visit. $41/42 if you buy the day of. That's really expensive for a water park only open for 5 hours AND only half of it being open. Only the Sunsplash part was open and all the slides weren't. All the Golfland side of the water park was closed. They should have off season prices. If you decide to take advantage of all the other activities AND the waterpark for the day they have a pass that's $50/$51 if you buy before the day you go and $51/52 if you buy the day of. That does indeed make it a lot more worth it but they still should have off season prices. And honestly... if the prices I saw WERE off season prices and they only go up, that is crazy. CRRRRAAAAAZZZZZYYYYYYYY. I swear when I was younger you used to be able to bring in your own food. I gotta think when Covid happened and they were closed for over an entire season that they hurt so bad they stopped letting people bring their own food in? Maybe it was before that. I had not been in so long, the last time I remember going for a full day was 7 years ago, not including when I worked a cannabis event 3 years ago and attended another cannabis event there 5 ? Years ago. Just referring to the water park. I also remember way back In the day there used to be a subway. And you can't enter from the water park entrance anymore unless you go to the castle to get a wristband first. So you can't pay at the ticket counter at the water park anymore. That looks long shut down? Maybe just for off season idk. The prices are crazy and you can't bring your own food in. What about people with dietary restrictions? They'd probably get a lot more business if they let people bring their own food in. But to spend so much money to go and then spend so much more to eat, especially in this economy probably discourages people from visiting. AZ diamondbacks chase stadium started letting people bring their own food in and sales skyrocketed. I'm sure if enough people complained they'd do something. The laser tag game was lame. My gun didn't work for crap. My husbands gun and vest didn't work at all so they spend half the 10 minute game trying to get something for him to work so the never turned the lights down or turned the music on and we just walked around with lights and silence. It seems as if this place has gone up in price and down in quality. They had money to make a new slide maybe thinking that would bring more people in but I'm not sure it's really going to. But have to up charge for everything and not allow food in because they don't make enough money because Covid happened?? Okay.. The memberships they have aren't bad tho honestly. If you live close, they could definitely be worth it. They offer you a monthly pass for $19/m which gives you a discount on a pass that grants access to the water park. If you decide to pay for that, after your first year of having the monthly pass, you get the water park pass for free the next year. But how they suck you in is if you cancel ever, you'd have to do it all over again. Along time ago the membership options were way better. My kiddo was grandfathered into the old program with the old price. (which is how I know) They also sucked those people in, if they ever cancel they can never get that price back. You can't find the membership options on the app, you have to use the website. All the employees are kids. Seems like a good place to get a first time job. There are 3 different golf courses, bumper cars and boats and race carts plus the arcade and laser tag. It was a fun day but there was a lot to say and improvement that this place could get. Got the Morning Mania pass for $18.50 which gave us unlimited Mini Golf, Arcade and Laser Tag til 1pm. Got there a little after 11am which gave us less than 2 hours. We were a bit worried about this, but even with 3 young kids this amount of time was fine and worth the price of the pass. Played in the arcade for about an hour. Decent variety of games for kids and adults. The Morning Mania pass allows you to play almost all the games, but do note you don't earn tickets when doing the Pass. Laser Tag is fun -- we worried a bit because we had 2 very small kids with us who were swimming in the vests, but our whole group had a fun time. Warning: there is a loud compressed air jet that goes off right over your head and blows air down at you right after you enter the arena so just be aware if you have people in your party sensitive to that kind of thing! We were told it was from a haunted house way back when and they just never took it out. We did mini golf last and the course is fun with a decent amount of variety. I'm not sure if some of the holes are supposed to have sound effects, but we didn't hear anything at this visit if so. First week of November and they already have all the Christmas decor up everywhere! read more

Dangerous place possible injuries as staff doesn't enforce safety rules and risks injury to customers

Normally, I would say I love this place. In fact, last summer we not only used our GetOutPass, but we came back a second time because we had such a great experience. Unfortunately, after today's visit, my opinion has shifted. The good first: they finally opened the new water slide, and the park feels so much more open and spacious now that the construction is gone. It also created a lot of additional shaded seating, which is a huge plus. The food is about what you'd expect from a water park--not outrageously overpriced--and I have to say, the nacho cheese is surprisingly delicious! As for outside food, you're only allowed to bring in sealed bottled water. I knew the policy, but I'll admit I tested the waters to see how strict they were. At 11:00 a.m. they were incredibly thorough, unrolling towels and digging through every bag. By 2:00 p.m. there wasn't anyone checking bags, and the secondary entrance seemed much more relaxed. I'll take the loss on that one--that's on me. What really surprised me was that at least seven slides were closed when we arrived. The website mentioned the kiddie splash area would be closed, but there was no mention that several major slides wouldn't be operating until later in the day. My guess is it's related to staffing, since hiring signs are posted everywhere, but it would have been nice if guests were notified ahead of time. The wave pool is hands down one of the best we've ever been to--even better than Great Wolf Lodge or Arizona Grand in my opinion. However, today the waves shut off twice after only a minute or two into the wave cycle, which was disappointing. I'm also a huge lazy river fan. My only complaint there is the large number of tubes sitting along the sides that guests aren't allowed to use. Maybe there's a reason, but don't expect anyone to explain it if you ask. Now for the biggest disappointment of the day: the ice cream stand. The ice cream itself is delicious and absolutely worth getting. Unfortunately, the cashier working the daytime shift was one of the rudest employees I've encountered in a long time. When we walked in, we were the only customers and stood there for several minutes without anyone acknowledging us. It looked like the fryer was having issues, and four employees were gathered around a maintenance worker, which I completely understand. Eventually someone came to the register. We ordered a vanilla cone for my daughter and a Dole Whip for me. I was immediately told, "We don't have that." When I pointed to the menu where it was clearly listed, the response was simply, "It's broken." Things break--that happens. It wasn't the broken machine that bothered me. It was the complete lack of customer service and the employee's attitude. Later in the day, when we came back for more ice cream for my other daughter, we were informed they were also out of kids' shake cups... in much the same less-than-friendly manner. Later we decided to take a break and play mini golf, hoping the slides would all be open when we returned. Thankfully, they eventually were, and I have to admit the new slide is fantastic. Around 4:00 p.m. the crowds started thinning out, and my husband and daughter were able to ride far more slides than they had during our first two hours there. They also offer Night Swim from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., although they were letting people in a little earlier than that today, so keep that in mind if you're planning a visit. Will we be back this season? Probably not. Maybe next year we'll give Night Swim a try--especially if it's still included with the GetOutPass--but with much lower expectations. This is just my two cents from a mom who spends all summer chasing fun adventures with her kids. Maybe my expectations are a little high, but today's experience just wasn't a great representation of Sunsplash. I really hope they can work out some of the staffing and customer service issues because I'd love to be able to recommend it the way I used to. read more

This place is 1 star for a reason and the owner knows it. Only water park in town so charge $38.99-$50-$65 per ticket?!? Insane I been to this place many times growing up and nobody will say it's worth $50. Get your prices right and let people enjoy the water in a hot state not charge $50 for water to people who live in a hot state. Change your prices period someone could go to a whole different water park with more attractions and less lines for $25. read more

This place looks like a water park that gave up on life. All those bright, twisty slides and not a single person in sight--it's like the fun packed its bags and left years ago. The empty pools just make it worse, giving off strong "abandoned after a bad season" energy instead of anything remotely exciting. The whole setup feels eerie rather than inviting. You've got these massive slides towering over...nothing. No water, no crowds, no noise--just a sad, dry wasteland that probably echoes if you clap. Even the decorations in the foreground feel like they're trying way too hard to make up for how lifeless everything else is. Honestly, instead of a water park, it looks more like a set for a post-apocalyptic movie where the fun died first. read more

We decided to spend my oldest and youngest kids birthday at Sunsplash on 6/22. We rented 2 Cabanas which cost $241, purchased 12 tickets; around $400 and spent about $300 on food. So overall, about $941. Welp, you're supposed to get VIP entrance (skip the lines) which is next to the VIP parking with purchase of a cabana. We approached the employee, excited at the VIP entrance. She refused to let us through. We had proof of receipt, even showed her the Sunsplash website, had everyone's wristbands (tickets) and she said no, you have to go around to Golfland and enter through there. So, we walked, waited in line for 30 minutes. When we got to the front of the line, the employee said, "why did you guys wait in this line? You have Cabanas, you should've gone through VIP entrance." Told him the employee at that entrance refused to let us through. He said he was the manager and she should know better. Welp, looks like no one was on the same page. So let that be, we got in and wasn't going to let that ruin our experience. 1 of the 2 Cabanas had curtains that were ripped off, table was sticky, the storage bin had a tub of water with empty water bottles, trash, empty bags of chips and candy wrappers. Gross. So I took all the trash out and asked an employee if they can grab the bin. They eventually sent someone over to wipe the table down. Requested our 2 buckets of ice with 6 water bottles as stated on the site. That came about an hour later. I think I do a great job at being respectful, not yelling or demeaning employees. That's not going to get me anywhere. I've also worked customer service, I worked harder for those guests who were empathetic and kind. I don't understand why people apply for these roles if they don't want to work customer service? Most of these employees were teens or young adults. I think management needs to do a better job at training, making sure the employees at the gates / entrances actually understand their role and exceptions that apply to guests who pay for Cabanas as well as CLEANING them. Maybe boosting employee morale? Idk. Drastic changes need to be made. Overall, terrible experience. read more

One frosted hair kid allowed his friends to cut the line while we all patiently waited then tried to skip us. The cost of the experience is not worth it in my opinion. Had a fun time mini golfing on the coarse here at golf land sunsplash. 3 courses to choose from easy-hard difficulty level .. tried the moderate coarse..definitely challenging and my inner Happy Gilmore almost got the best of me...esp. The 2 times I lost my ball. It just frustrating esp how some of the coarses are setup..losing your ball in the water is likely..just show your receipt and they replace your ball at the cashier counter..it just a hassle especially playing with friends and then losing your ball and gotta go back all the way to the cashier to receive another ball .. overall definitely recommend this place to try out. read more

Golfland Sunsplash is another one of those places that probably deserves higher reviews. Sure, it's a little pricey (so get your tix online ahead of time) and sometimes it feels like you're waiting forever for a tube that is inflated (so go earlier in the day before they all start deflating, but the rides are all a blast! Would be nice to see them fill up some of the deflated tubes throughout the day instead of just throwing them into piles of unusable tubes. This was one of my old hangout spots as a kid. We either got a big group of people together during the summers to hit the water slides or it was an option for a high school date night on the miniature golf course. After all these years, I still find myself visiting here on occasions. The entrance is shaped like a castle and has an old-school arcade and snack bar inside of it. Hanging out at the arcades was one of my favorite activities as a kid. Outside are three different 18-hole miniature golf courses. For as old as this place is, Golfland has done a decent job of maintaining these golf courses. We came over here recently and had fun just being goofy and acting like kids again while playing a round of golf. Sunsplash is the water park side of Goldland and is only open during the summer. It is the perfect place to go to escape our crazy hot summers. They have all types of slides, a lazy river, a wavepool and stuff for toddlers. Golfland Sunplash also has a Fastcar Raceway and Bumper Cars and Boats. Golfland Sunsplash is located in Mesa near the 60. I'm not going to lie, it is in a sketchy part of Mesa. This park was one of the filming locations for 1989 movie "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure". If you come during the holidays, they transform the golf courses into a Halloween or Christmas themed course with all sorts of decorations and lights. read more

What in the world is up with the robot head nod by the life guards. It is so creeepy and unrealistic. Some of the guy guards are actually great at scanning water but everyone else looks like they are going through the motions and not even paying attention. We literally watched one girl at the lazy river nod her head looking at the sky!!!! Otherwise; these rides are fun and it's a good day out. read more

A woman today was denied access with her Celiac Safe Food for the day. Sunsplash manager stated they do not allow Outside food even with a Severe allergy to the Gluten (Celiac Disease). As an establishment the American Disabilities Act should be used moving forward to allow people that cannot eat the food inside to bring their own food so they can be well nourished while enjoying time with friends or family. This is something I believe should be looked into immediately and action should be taken on the employees. I would like the manager on site and these people in this picture to be looked into as they advised a customer they could not bring their safe food inside. I will be advising all family and friends to not go here until this is changed. read more

No outside food or drinks allowed so they search every nook and cranny of your bags. Even took two cough drops out and we had to argue to get them back. Then they really can't serve the food and drink timely. We waited 20 minutes to buy a $4 bottle of water. Lines for slides were long and not all were even in service. They chase you out of the water for several minutes while they practice "rescuing" a rather lifelike dummy. Seems like they could train on their own time rather than traumatizing a bunch of guests. Hopefully their hospitality will improve as the season goes on. read more

We've been coming to Sunsplash for years. This year it looked really rough. For $55/person, I'd expect better upkeep of the park. The lazy river was full of leaves and garbage, wrappers, straws and bandaids, and lots of green algae growing all over the sides. The wave pool was clean, but was rough on your feet as it badly needs to be resurfaced. The kid pool had slippery black algae growing in the corners. As we waited by the sidewinder ride for the rest of our party, I looked up and noticed two dead birds hanging several feet off the side of the slide via bird netting. The workers were very kind and professional but the park is not being kept well. Slides were great, food was very pricey as usual. Not sure if we'll come back next year. read more

Over-priced. $50 per person for unlimited mini golf and water park. Issue? more than 1/2 of the water slides were closed and the mini golf course is not maintained.. a group of 4 lost our golf balls in 3 different holes (not through negligence.. the balls went into the proper paths.. just got stuck in a place you cannot fish them out.. repeatedly).. their solution, issue you replacement balls, all orange. That is super fun playing with 4 people with the same color balls. We quit on hole #10.. It is too bad because the layout of the holes is really good honestly and the grounds are very well-kept.. if they could just grab a few people to maintain it it could be epic. Went to the bumper boats, rang the "ring" doorbell for service, left after 15 minutes. We were told that there are "floaters" that move between the various attractions. I get it, but if that is the case, please just make it more affordable... you are charging the same price as some premier theme parks that have world-class roller coasters :D I think this place probably was amazing when it first opened but just feels neglected and run-down. read more

Over all we had a great time , what ruined our time .. was ONE lifeguard. We had been there since it opened a little after 12p. We bought the full pass with everything included. I brought family there , which were visiting from another state. We were about to get on a slide when a life guard began to scold me about how I "needed to go take my daughter to the first aid tent immediately for inflammation" , I then said I'm sorry what ? She repeated herself very stern with a hand in my face and I joked it off informing her the red on her face was from a stamp she had put on her head in 3 spots , it was very obvious they were stamps. She then repeated herself more stern and started raising her voice / I then told her I know my daughter she is ok she didn't even had a sunburn- we live here and are outside a lot. - I had to MAKE my daughter take a break from slides as I was upset with how she treated me and didn't wanna go back up, she was sad but agreed. I shouldn't have had to take the time Away from her like that. Then we returned 20 later after riding the toilet bowl ride ... and we got to the top and the same lady THEN AFTER WE HAD BEEN THERE FOR 4 hours, decided to tell us .. after we were in the tube ready to go down - "get up she needs to be height checked for her safety that I care about" insinuating I don't care about her. I stood up and asked why we are being targeted by her specifically and asked for her name, she refused to give it to me so I told my daughter to flatter the lady ( who mind you did NOT care to check the last time ) and of course she is tall enough, which we knew as we had been there for 4 hours riding these slides .. I asked again for her name she said I'm calling my supervisor I said please do ... I then had to call the supervisor myself. She did nothing, said I was right but she was not concerned, although she attempted to pretend to be .. and she also refused to give me a name for the review. The supervisor and the lifeguard in question should both be reconsidered, if my staff care in the same manor they would be let go, that's appalling. I am very upset as this is my daughter's first time there as she is now tall enough at 45" . I were only riding 42" . It is not ok for that life guard to pick on my daughter, I also asked multiple life guards and they agreed. She had a "pale" face and nothing was alarming. Your staff should be trained better with better customer service, also your staff should not tell/yell at a parent to tell them how to parent. And lastly , she was rude and disrespectful and tried to pin point my daughter and pick on her after the next time we came up. That is very bad service and not someone I'd trust watching children and saving lives. And your supervisor did nothing. I'd be embarrassed to have these people working for me. I was more upset with the supervisor at how she DIDN'T handle this situation. We probably won't be back- Big Surf it is ! read more

What was open was fun, but the park feels really run down. The wave pool was gross with algae on the bottom, and many slides were closed even though we paid full price. My daughter and I came to enjoy the water park for the first time. I will say, there was no disappointment! I expected somewhat dirty bathrooms with toilet paper everywhere (due to my personal experiences as a kid at my hometown waterpark in Las Vegas) and to my amazement, there was none of that! The slides were fun, and the wave pool was enjoyed by everyone in our party! We even golfed a round of golf and it was challenging enough to completely frustrate my 5 year old, who has never played mini golf before. Regardless of not being able to bring any food in, the food prices weren't so exorbitant that I couldn't buy lunch, but I already brought an ice cooler full of sandwiches and fruit. Lots of choices for ice cream too in the ice cream shop. We can't wait until our next visit! Good job management! read more

This place is expensive. The out out course was awesome. It is very well designed. We chose the hard course and it was a load of fun. The bumper cars, race track, etc was out of our price range. We have no issues in previous years, but today is a vastly different story. We are annual members. Our main issue today is that my son was told to throw away his diabetic snack (cheese crackers, organic fruit strip, mini muffin). I was called and drove there. I explained this is an ADA violation, showed his medical diagnosis in the PCH portal, and explained he needs a snack near him at all times. She told me I could buy a snack to give him and pay $60 for 15 minutes of park access to find him and give him the snack and show him where the EMT is. I didn't have $60 and was livid at this point. If I made it back in less than 15 minutes, Id get a refund in 5 business days. As a manager she should know better. She walked me in, I found him and told him to stay near the EMT station while I waited to speak to the GM. After 20 minutes, he came out and said it is their policy to not accommodate diabetics and he cannot change this policy, replace the snack they threw out, etc. I showed him the ADA page, my son's medical diagnosis and explained the importance. I explained I don't have $15. 36 to replace the snacks from their vending machine. It's a medical necessity that he have a snack near him. We ended up just leaving as even the GM could not accommodate his disability nor replace the snack they threw out. I will have to escalate this and file a civil rights violation through the ADA. I'm out 2 memberships and the food thrown out. Not to mention the emotional distress. read more

FUN MINI GOLF! My review is for the mini golf aspect only! There are three different 18 hole courses here! After you pay, you are handed score cards that have barcodes on them to scan at a golf ball dispensing machine. I thought it was so cool, and there were many different color options. There was one hole that "ate" my golf ball, and one of the employees gladly gave me a new ball. There was some debris on the grass of some holes, but it wasn't too bad. I've experienced a mini golf establishment that had dirt/dust in the holes, so the golf balls would be covered in dust and get your hands dirty, but that did not happen here! So they must clean somewhat regularly here. There were many trees to keep it shaded from the sun. I came in December, and it was decorated pretty nicely for Christmas! The prices are not bad, and I definitely recommend coming here to kill a few hours and have fun! read more

As a mini-golf fanatic, Golfland is as good as it gets--cool obstacles (windmills, loop-de-loops, ski-ball), unique hole designs, and fun Halloween decorations. There are a lot of holes that you can get holes-in-one on (some Golfland holes even have automatic hole-in-ones, where if you hit it in the middle ski-ball hole or into the opening and closing doors, it leads to a separate bucket that's considered a hole), and others that can rack up your score if you're not careful (like the super-tall volcano hole). Staff members were friendly and the courses (there are three at this Golfland location) were all in pretty good condition. We are in town and wanted to do some fun family golfing. Well when we hit the balls in the holes, they kept getting lost in the holes with the chutes and the design was poorly made. Don't waste your money on the golf. It was frustrating having to go back, stand in line to get more balls and there were others behind us waiting. The bumper cars were fun. The kids working there were helpful and respectful. The place needs to be updated. We came at night so it wasn't too crowded or hot. read more

Wow guys. Just wow. Admittedly, I had not been here for several years before I took my kiddo today. We see Sunsplash from the freeway on our way to her school everyday, and my daughter has been begging to go. This weekend we had the ability to finally visit!...I wish its hype lived up to the expectation. First off, ticket prices are steep - but then I found out later that third party companies offer deeply discounted tickets and packages so that was disappointing. However the thing that was the worst part was the actual park. There's a LOT algae growing in literally every very pool. So much so that there are large GREEN patches in the wave pool (you actually SLIP in the water on these areas) and it's all along the walls in the lazy river. The cabanas that can be rented are cheep backyard gazebos and have furniture that looks like it was purchased at a bargain store and then treated terribly. The safety concerns around d the park are plentiful. How someone hasn't been injured or worse is shocking to me. The life guards are "watching" but seem to miss kids and adults doing dangerous things (climbing on gates, running, etc), and the life guards at all the rides don't go over safety instructions nor do they seem to know what's going on. The staff in the concession stands kept having to ask each other how to ring this up or locate them in the food court. It all seemed like nobody had any idea what was going on. Like some teenagers got a part time job which is great) but there are no adults to train them or actually keep track of the day to day business. The buildings and stands look like they are falling apart but occasionally get the rust spots painted over them. The lockers legit have a ring doorbell set up to call for assistance if there's issues with them i(f you want to use a locker, you WILL encounter issues) additionally they have a random computer webcam set up on the locker rental set up. The walkways are either not treated to keep feet protected (like pool decks have) or have not been treated in years, so shoes are basically mandatory unless you want to actually injure your feet. All of the pools or areas with water in them have some kind of cement coating on it that doesn't seem like it's made for pools. It's incredibly rough and my daughter got terribly scratched in the wave pool because of it. I appreciate they are adding some new slides... but honestly they need to put some money towards making the place feel and look a little safer and more inviting because right now it's pretty haphazardly designed and put together at this time. Personally, nothing about this place would make me want to come back until it improved in a lot of area. read more

We had a blast! I took my girls the last day before school started as a surprise. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The lines weren't too long. The staff was friendly and the lifeguards all extremely helpful. We will 100% be back! Probably in the colder months to golf and do the race track! Those both looked super fun. read more

The place is a dump. Half the slides/rides are broken or just not open. Needs a good cleaning and repair and maintenance. Employees were nice and competent but all seemed embarrassed about all the slides that were broken or not open. Just kept saying sorry, sorry, sorry. Definitely won't be back. Not worth the price. And they should tell people before they buy a ticket about all the broke and closed attractions. read more

Our family of 8 went over the weekend and this place is so run down and not worth the price. There is no where to sit, not enough shade, no grassy areas and no place to sit while you eat. It smells like sewage and everything needs to be cleaned up and painted. Most of the doors in the women's locker room are broken and the trash cans everywhere in the park were overflowing. Near the wave pool they have tables for large parties, but if they are not being used, open them up for everyone else to use. The lines for food are ridiculously long and the wait is a minimum of 30 minutes. Don't waste your time and money. read more

Admission fee is way too expensive. We went to night splash for the first time and was disappointed with the amount of rides that were opened. Not sure if more rides are opened during the day vs the night.. Not to mention $17 for a locker and no water bottles/ snacks allowed inside. read more
