We decided to come on a Wednesday afternoon for a Birthday with my girlfriend. Due to this being our first time behind the wheel of a high powered go-kart, we did have a lot of questions and concerns. The young man whose name was ALEX was just phenomenal. With a lot of nerves and questions Alex without hesitation and with great professionalism addressed each and every concern while putting nerves to rest. My girlfriend after speaking with him and after the pre-race briefing was ready and fit for action. It's hard to find such great character and hard working individuals these days. I highly suggest you go see Alex and I do hope he gets the much deserved credit he deserves for being a genuine, upstanding, and hard-working individual one hopes they could find at any place of business.

It is disgusting the chicken wings you just want chicken wings. They batter them like if they were from KFC with extra batter and then fried, you're just biting into bites full of grease and everything is beyond over salty I'm surprised people buy stuff there to eat the pizza super greasy and salty the french fries so salty it would almost make you sick. For the amount of money they charge they should have way better food. You can get better food at main event fat cats Dave & Buster's.

My youngest child's friend had his birthday party here and we had a great time. Our party host was perfect. He was very friendly and social, had a great attitude, and made sure we were having a good experience. The overwhelming amount of negative reviews for this location has ensured that I will never visit on my own. I noticed that the vast majority of the staff are very young - like teens and 20-somethings. That does explain a lot of the customer service issues but does not excuse it. Our party host was the clear exception to this. I want to give a special shout out to him - Thank you River!! Some tips: If you want a quiet time with the place to yourself - visit during the week (Monday through Thursday). This will be especially true during the evenings and during the school year.

I went to Urban Air yesterday, and honestly, my experience was more unpleasant than enjoyable…read more Almost every employee we interacted with was rude, demanding, or seemed like they didn't want to be there. When we went on the go-karts, we only got about two rounds before we were immediately stopped, which was disappointing. Another issue happened while we were waiting in line for laser tag. We were standing there talking normally when a group of little kids behind us started screaming. An employee wearing a black uniform came over to us and told us that we needed to stop screaming, even though we weren't the ones making the noise. The employee then demanded that we get into a single-file line, which felt unnecessary and was handled in a very rude and demanding way. Overall, the experience felt frustrating because we were treated like we were doing something wrong when we weren't. I understand that employees have rules they need to enforce, but there is a big difference between enforcing rules and being rude or accusing customers of things they didn't do. I hope the staff can improve their attitude and communication because the park itself has a lot of potential.

So I'm always very careful when I come with my kids, especially on the bigger posters. None of the rides are super dangerous, but I would hate for somebody to fall out! I had very limited free time on this trip and wanted to budget it well with my family. I was informed on the phone that, yes, both coasters were operating and that they had low wait times (2-4 minutes). When I arrived, around 30 minutes later, I was informed that the coasters would not be open for another four hours and that the park does not open till 5 PM. I had been lied to on the phone, and when I met the person I spoke to on the phone, she had a very dismissive attitude and lied to me saying that she had informed me that they wouldn't open till later. I believe she was only doing this to save herself as her boss was there. What's worse is that the website did not post the operating hours of opening at 5 PM, and neither did the Apple Maps/Google Maps operating hours of the business. It said that it opened at 10 AM everywhere, including on the phone. I wish I could've experienced the park because the coasters actually looks very enjoyable, but with the horrible customer service that I received, I have no intention of returning.

Stopped on a whim and had the best time!…read more We purchased three races each and got on the track pretty quickly. They give new racers the run down on how everything works, the flag system, etc. Explained the red button on the steering wheel that should only be used if necessary to back up. When my husband asked if the green button on the steering wheel was to boost your speed, the guy said if you think it does, then yes. LOL The carts go fast and it's a lot of fun. I like that after your race, you can get your results up at the counter inside to see where you ranked, your fastest lap, etc. I had one incident on my last race where I spun out and then someone hit me at full force. The flag guy ran over to make sure I was OK. My pride made me tell him yes, I was fine but it actually hurt. But I'm a big girl and can handle getting roughed up a little. LOL Thankfully it happened on my last race because my car did not handle too well after that - it shook terribly. I felt that the staff were patient, helpful and want everyone to have a good time. Our only issue was that we waited forever for our last race. They never called our names and group after group after group went on the course. Turns out they had somehow forgot about us. Arcade games, food, photo opps are inside and like I said, we had the best time!

I created this Yelp page so I could tell everyone how much I enjoyed this company…read more What this company is: This is a Dirt Race Truck rental company. You can rent the truck or the whole team. Or purchase one of their Race - ready Trophy Trucks for 2 different classes. My Experience: 10 months or so before the 2015 Baja 1000 (In November) I started preparing a list of questions of things I wanted to know on how to prepare to possibly race the 2016 Baja 1000. The list was extensive by September, so I figured I better email Pete thinking maybe he would answer some of the questions within a month or 2. He answered all of them within a couple days AND said he had a truck ready for this year. Well, I wasn't ready for that but he also had co-driver spot available so I could sit in the truck during the Baja 1000 and help. Jumped on that. Got my stuff together and headed down to Baja 2 days before race day. Needles to say Pete was extremely overloaded with getting his truck & team ready as well as his daughters race team & truck ready. I tried to just hang out and be available for when he had time to let me know what I would be doing and how to do it. Race Day: If you haven't raced any kind of off road race before and you think you're going to go do the 1000 right off the bat....Think again. I only sat in the truck for my section which was 144 miles (3 Hours'ish). You think that's nothing but in that 144 miles we passed a bunch of other vehicles, changed 2 flat tires on the live race course, hit a berm passing a buggy with only our 2 left wheels, went completely airborn and stuck the landing at a 45 degree angle on the right 2 wheels, made our pitstop Driver/Co-Driver team change and about a thousand other moments which almost included me pissing my pants. It was Fuckin Awesome. Sum up: I lived a lifetime in 3 hours and highly recommend contacting Pete to either drive, co-drive or be involved somehow and whatever you pay for what you do the experience will be one of the best in your lifetime.
