Amazing and upstanding service hosted by ALEX during our briefing prior to our intermediate race…read more First time ever coming to a place like this. We decided to come on a Wednesday afternoon for a Birthday with my girlfriend. Due to this being our first time behind the wheel of a high powered go-kart, we did have a lot of questions and concerns. The young man whose name was ALEX was just phenomenal. With a lot of nerves and questions Alex without hesitation and with great professionalism addressed each and every concern while putting nerves to rest. My girlfriend after speaking with him and after the pre-race briefing was ready and fit for action. It's hard to find such great character and hard working individuals these days. I highly suggest you go see Alex and I do hope he gets the much deserved credit he deserves for being a genuine, upstanding, and hard-working individual one hopes they could find at any place of business.

It is disgusting the chicken wings you just want chicken wings. They batter them like if they were from KFC with extra batter and then fried, you're just biting into bites full of grease and everything is beyond over salty I'm surprised people buy stuff there to eat the pizza super greasy and salty the french fries so salty it would almost make you sick. For the amount of money they charge they should have way better food. You can get better food at main event fat cats Dave & Buster's.

What he told me was something I didn't want to hear, but something I NEEDED to hear. I was going about it all wrong. He is a real straight shooter, not trying to sell you things you don't need. He was super friendly and easy to talk to, even about questions he probably answered millions of times. His shop and floor space were neat and clean. I will continue to use Innovative, as apposed to buying on-line. We need to support owners like Curtis. You rock.

My youngest child's friend had his birthday party here and we had a great time. Our party host was perfect. He was very friendly and social, had a great attitude, and made sure we were having a good experience. The overwhelming amount of negative reviews for this location has ensured that I will never visit on my own. I noticed that the vast majority of the staff are very young - like teens and 20-somethings. That does explain a lot of the customer service issues but does not excuse it. Our party host was the clear exception to this. I want to give a special shout out to him - Thank you River!! Some tips: If you want a quiet time with the place to yourself - visit during the week (Monday through Thursday). This will be especially true during the evenings and during the school year.

I went to Urban Air yesterday, and honestly, my experience was more unpleasant than enjoyable…read more Almost every employee we interacted with was rude, demanding, or seemed like they didn't want to be there. When we went on the go-karts, we only got about two rounds before we were immediately stopped, which was disappointing. Another issue happened while we were waiting in line for laser tag. We were standing there talking normally when a group of little kids behind us started screaming. An employee wearing a black uniform came over to us and told us that we needed to stop screaming, even though we weren't the ones making the noise. The employee then demanded that we get into a single-file line, which felt unnecessary and was handled in a very rude and demanding way. Overall, the experience felt frustrating because we were treated like we were doing something wrong when we weren't. I understand that employees have rules they need to enforce, but there is a big difference between enforcing rules and being rude or accusing customers of things they didn't do. I hope the staff can improve their attitude and communication because the park itself has a lot of potential.

Had a great time at Andretti Indoor Karting & Games! This…read moreplace is basically an adult playground with go-karts, arcade games, good food, and plenty to keep you entertained for hours. The go-karts were definitely the highlight, and the food was surprisingly good for an entertainment venue. The entire facility had a fun, energetic atmosphere, and it's a great spot for a date night, group outing, or just a competitive day with friends. My only real complaint was the temperature in the go-kart area. It was noticeably hotter there compared to the rest of the venue, which made the experience a little uncomfortable, especially while wearing the required gear and racing. Hopefully, that's something they can improve. Overall, though, we had a great time and would definitely come back. Just be prepared to work up a sweat on and off the track!

Castles-N-Coasters has always been a total vibe in Phoenix. My only concern with this place is that…read morethe employees do not seem to care if people are buckled in or not. So I'm always very careful when I come with my kids, especially on the bigger posters. None of the rides are super dangerous, but I would hate for somebody to fall out! The employees who work here are incredibly disrespectful and uninformed…read more I was coming from out of town and wanted to ride the coasters and called on the phone to verify both were operating today, and that they had low wait times. I had very limited free time on this trip and wanted to budget it well with my family. I was informed on the phone that, yes, both coasters were operating and that they had low wait times (2-4 minutes). When I arrived, around 30 minutes later, I was informed that the coasters would not be open for another four hours and that the park does not open till 5 PM. I had been lied to on the phone, and when I met the person I spoke to on the phone, she had a very dismissive attitude and lied to me saying that she had informed me that they wouldn't open till later. I believe she was only doing this to save herself as her boss was there. What's worse is that the website did not post the operating hours of opening at 5 PM, and neither did the Apple Maps/Google Maps operating hours of the business. It said that it opened at 10 AM everywhere, including on the phone. I wish I could've experienced the park because the coasters actually looks very enjoyable, but with the horrible customer service that I received, I have no intention of returning.

Stopped on a whim and had the best time!…read more We purchased three races each and got on the track pretty quickly. They give new racers the run down on how everything works, the flag system, etc. Explained the red button on the steering wheel that should only be used if necessary to back up. When my husband asked if the green button on the steering wheel was to boost your speed, the guy said if you think it does, then yes. LOL The carts go fast and it's a lot of fun. I like that after your race, you can get your results up at the counter inside to see where you ranked, your fastest lap, etc. I had one incident on my last race where I spun out and then someone hit me at full force. The flag guy ran over to make sure I was OK. My pride made me tell him yes, I was fine but it actually hurt. But I'm a big girl and can handle getting roughed up a little. LOL Thankfully it happened on my last race because my car did not handle too well after that - it shook terribly. I felt that the staff were patient, helpful and want everyone to have a good time. Our only issue was that we waited forever for our last race. They never called our names and group after group after group went on the course. Turns out they had somehow forgot about us. Arcade games, food, photo opps are inside and like I said, we had the best time!
