We decided to come on a Wednesday afternoon for a Birthday with my girlfriend. Due to this being our first time behind the wheel of a high powered go-kart, we did have a lot of questions and concerns. The young man whose name was ALEX was just phenomenal. With a lot of nerves and questions Alex without hesitation and with great professionalism addressed each and every concern while putting nerves to rest. My girlfriend after speaking with him and after the pre-race briefing was ready and fit for action. It's hard to find such great character and hard working individuals these days. I highly suggest you go see Alex and I do hope he gets the much deserved credit he deserves for being a genuine, upstanding, and hard-working individual one hopes they could find at any place of business.

I noticed that the vast majority of the staff are very young - like teens and 20-somethings. That does explain a lot of the customer service issues but does not excuse it. When we went on the go-karts, we only got about two rounds before we were immediately stopped, which was disappointing. Another issue happened while we were waiting in line for laser tag. We were standing there talking normally when a group of little kids behind us started screaming. An employee wearing a black uniform came over to us and told us that we needed to stop screaming, even though we weren't the ones making the noise. The employee then demanded that we get into a single-file line, which felt unnecessary and was handled in a very rude and demanding way. Overall, the experience felt frustrating because we were treated like we were doing something wrong when we weren't. I understand that employees have rules they need to enforce, but there is a big difference between enforcing rules and being rude or accusing customers of things they didn't do. I hope the staff can improve their attitude and communication because the park itself has a lot of potential.

They give new racers the run down on how everything works, the flag system, etc. Explained the red button on the steering wheel that should only be used if necessary to back up. When my husband asked if the green button on the steering wheel was to boost your speed, the guy said if you think it does, then yes. LOL The carts go fast and it's a lot of fun. I like that after your race, you can get your results up at the counter inside to see where you ranked, your fastest lap, etc. I had one incident on my last race where I spun out and then someone hit me at full force. The flag guy ran over to make sure I was OK. My pride made me tell him yes, I was fine but it actually hurt. But I'm a big girl and can handle getting roughed up a little. LOL Thankfully it happened on my last race because my car did not handle too well after that - it shook terribly. I felt that the staff were patient, helpful and want everyone to have a good time. Our only issue was that we waited forever for our last race. They never called our names and group after group after group went on the course. Turns out they had somehow forgot about us. Arcade games, food, photo opps are inside and like I said, we had the best time!

The go-karts were definitely the highlight, and the food was surprisingly good for an entertainment venue. The entire facility had a fun, energetic atmosphere, and it's a great spot for a date night, group outing, or just a competitive day with friends. My only real complaint was the temperature in the go-kart area. It was noticeably hotter there compared to the rest of the venue, which made the experience a little uncomfortable, especially while wearing the required gear and racing. Hopefully, that's something they can improve. Overall, though, we had a great time and would definitely come back. Just be prepared to work up a sweat on and off the track!

The weather was perfect but it would be a lot to eat in the car during the hot summer. I feel like there was a lot of variety of things to do for the age difference of my kids. My main issue was with the flooring of the entire park. I'd like to see them do something to make the sidewalk more comfortable for the 99% of people who are walking around barefoot. All of our feet hurt from walking around on the really hard concrete. I guess I'd recommend you wear water shoes if you have them. We used a Get Out Pass and the whole process was seamless. It's worth getting because just a trip to Sunsplash is pretty much the same price as a Get Out Pass and you get so much out of it. I don't know if I'd go again because the cost is pretty high.
