I had the replacement batteries drop shipped to Velocity, he pick up my cart, installed the batteries and dropped it off all in the same day. He did a terrific job of rewiring all of my accessories and even washed my cart. Fantastic customer service and quality workmanship. I've found the golf cart service industry to be a little weird, Velocity was refreshingly straight forward and honest.

Not so much the Icon Superstore, but rather the Icon golf cart. I've now had battery issues 2 times…read morein 2.5 years. They were replaced once and a few months ago the replacement batteries began having issues. I was told they only replace batteries once under warranty. I'm now having other issues which need to be addressed. I'll be working with an independent shop for the repairs. If I had "do overs", I would go with another highly regarded golf cart like E-Z Go or Club Car rather than saving a few bucks with Icon.
