They were replaced once and a few months ago the replacement batteries began having issues. I was told they only replace batteries once under warranty. I'm now having other issues which need to be addressed. I'll be working with an independent shop for the repairs. If I had "do overs", I would go with another highly regarded golf cart like E-Z Go or Club Car rather than saving a few bucks with Icon.

They refused to pick up and deliver after advertising free pickup and delivery. To make matters worse, the golf cart was returned with the original problem still unresolved. After paying for the repair, I expected it to be fixed correctly the first time, but instead I was left with the same issues and more frustration. Good customer service means standing behind your work and treating customers with respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
