My experience with Rowley White RV has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the workmanship on my shower and the way the service manager handled my concerns. Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV. read more

The main issue was a water leak near the steps, which I documented and sent to them. Despite having my RV for over five weeks, they admitted via text that they hadn't touched the leak for more than three weeks because they were "waiting on backsplash tiles." I repeatedly told them the backsplash wasn't damaged and that I was leaving the state soon -- yet they delayed the repair anyway. When I finally picked up the RV, they told me it had been quality‑checked and that the leak was fixed. Within hours of plugging it in at my new home in Texas, the same area was leaking again. The repair was poorly done, as shown in my photos -- sealant smeared around fittings, loose clamps, and mismatched parts. When I contacted them, the response was simply, "Oh no, what do you want me to do?" -- no accountability, no apology, no solution. To make matters worse: * Two rear lights were left on, draining my truck battery overnight. * The gray tank valve was left open. * The awning fabric now looks damaged, though it wasn't before. * The faucet they were supposed to fix is still broken. This was my first fifth wheel, purchased new and used only four times. I trusted Rowley White RV to stand behind their product and warranty. Instead, I received delays, poor workmanship, and dismissive communication. The repair estimate even shows they were paid for the leak repair -- yet the leak remains. Last year I was in the market to trade in my overnighter and get into a new 5th wheel. Here in the So Cal area the dealers were just such a pain to deal with. I was on Facebook in one of the Genesis Groups and found Hunter. Sent him a message with what I was looking to get done and let me say he made the transaction so easy. I did everything through email and phone and next thing you know I am emptying out the old trailer and on the road to go trade it in and get the new one. From the first moment of contacting them on the phone to the final signing of the paperwork, it has been a phenomenal and seamless experience. My salesman was Kenny Alldredge, he was no pressure, easy to work with, flexible, friendly and knowledgeable. He and everyone there, knew about side by side and what needs I had. I also was pressed for time to get the rig setup with a solar power system to go camping at the Mogollon Rim and Bear Canyon Lake. The first summer of the pandemic we started the process to buy a trailer, was looking at a travel trailer, however had seen these Overnighter toy haulers. Showed it to my wife and she also felt it would serve our needs. I asked the salesman questions about what we could use it for, the main question from me was it possible to upgrade axles so that I could use either our RZR (which the stock axles can handle) or our Jeep Wrangler (which the stock axles would not handle). The response I received from the Rowley White salesperson is that I can upgrade the axles to 6k axles that would up the GVWR to 12k. With the dry weight only being 5140lbs, that gave me more than enough to put my Jeep on the Overnighter 12-14.6FK. However, the stock ramps would not allow me to drive my Jeep up onto the trailer so I had to opt for ramps from them as part of the sale that would rate be rated to drive my Jeep up on the trailer. We agreed to buy one from Rowley White RV, the only dealership in Arizona to sell them. We upped everything to all the options that were offered, including the upgraded ramps and axles. It has served us well, we have had a couple minor issues with the hot water heater not working well, the microwave came loose and fell back into the cabinet, so it was not damaged, the awning was slightly bent on one arm, we did upgrade later to an electric jack and had a gas line plumbed to hook up a propane grill. Thus far service from Rowley White has been really good. The wife and I started talking about maybe a better option, this Overnighter did get us through the last couple years, but feel we need a bit more space something we were aware of and accepted when we bought the Overnighter. So, as we looked into it we reached out about some models at Rowley White on some they had available. During the conversation of our needs the current salesperson (not the person we originally bought from as he is no longer at Rowley White) and during that talk I was informed that the deck would not hold the Jeep on our current Overnighter. I was confused by this since it was sold to me with the upgrades, I purchased it would be good for the Jeep to be used on the hauler. There have been a few rounds of questions in regard to this between me and the dealership we bought from and the newer models now have a different floor that is supposed to be good for only up to 4500lbs. What I don't understand is if that is the case, why offer 6k axles if the rest is not able to support it? I have since contacted Genesis directly, was informed that they have not marketed it to hold any more than 3k, but again why offer the 6k axles and ramps if you don't support vehicles more than 3k to be on the trailer there is not need for those axles The person who spoke with me from Genesis that the reason for the axle upgrade is if someone wanted to overbuild and get better tires on it, they don't increase the payload capacity over the 4500lbs. The main issues is indeed the flooring that has been put down, but would not confirm if the frame could hold it, they stood fast on the capacity limit. Up to this point we have towed the Jeep on the trailer a couple of times, and the wear on the deck was assumed to be normal. We have towed the RZR at many times, it has done well towing either vehicle, my frustration is that if it not capable or going to damage the trailer it does not serve the purpose for which we purchased it and was sold to me unable to do what I specifically asked for and was told it would do. I don't have the money to purchase a custom trailer to do the job and the newer 5th wheel version is more than double the price which I also can't afford. The dealer did state what they would give me what I paid for the trailer, without the things we have added, and that would give me a down payment on a new one. The major issues is only one other trailer would give me what I need to allow me to tow my Jeep or RZR, most would allow me to tow the RZR, but costs are too high. Very frustrated and feel taken advantage of. Yes I am aware I should have looked at the stickers showing the weight limits when I went to pick it up, but it does not negate that the sales person upsold me on the bigger axles and bigger ramps that did not increase the load capacity as he said they would. read more
