Ive been a customer for what feels like about 6 years now. I mostly use their service department…read moreto care for my motorhome. Are they perfect? No. But take a drive up and down Main Street and find one that is. I used (and was abused by) no fewer than three service companies along Main Street before I found AZ RV Supercenter. One company (just to the east of them) repaired my generator to gas tank connection only to leave me stranded just hours later leaking gas in a Costco parking lot. One charged me so much for minor repairs I had to take out a second mortgage on my home and get a part time job. Is it sometimes hard to get a hold of the service department? Yes. Are they always exactly on time to complete the work? No. But the mechanical world of RV's and coaches is as unpredictable as any industry and the more thorough they are, the more time it takes to handle concerns. The more time it takes to handle my concern, the more your concern is pushed out into the future and vice versa. Above all those things I want honesty and fair pricing. I get that with these guys. I've learned to give RV service people a wide berth. I give 7-10 days longer for repairs than what I think I should allot and I have never been disappointed. I don't drop off my rig the week leading up to a holiday and I don't make unrealistic demands. I want them to be thorough and if, as is often the case, they find something wrong that wasn't part of the original issue I want it addressed for safety and peace of mind. Anna Marie runs the service department. You will recognize her as the one who gets things done. Nobody busts their butt more than that woman and it would be wise if you brought her flowers and/or chocolates routinely because she is so valuable to the process. Once, while at NASCAR, we blew a water pump on day one and had no idea what to do, so I called Anna Marie. She just happened to have a mobile unit working NASCAR and (although they were booked) within an hour she had the guy installing a new one in my rig. I expected to pay standard NASCAR gouging fees for the new water pump and they charged me what they would have charged if I would have brought it in to the shop. How's that for service? I have yet to deal with anyone who provides more honest service with similar pricing and I've been to a large handful over the years. Thank you Anna Marie and crew!

He wasn't pushy, he was very honest with us and matter of fact. The type of person i like to deal with. We also worked with John on consigning my late father's motor home. John was also very kind, understanding and straight up. Jim and John both were very pleasing to work with. Efficient, organized and honest. Their manager however is another story, he is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Martin was nice yes. But, he was probably the most unorganized person i have worked with. Paperwork was not in order. We had our own funding and when we came in with the check to pay for our new trailer and trade in our 5th wheel. Our file was nowhere to be found. Jim came in on his day off to help, John did his best to have us sign all necessary paperwork. They both assisted us with the new hitch and helped us on our way. A week later, i got a call from Martin requesting that i come in at 2 o'clock to sign more paperwork that was missed and to give them the down payment check (they already were given this and it had been removed from my account already). When i arrived at 2pm to sign the remaining paperwork, Martin wasn't there. John had no idea why I was there. Martin hadn't even left Anthem yet knowing that we had an appointment to sign paperwork at 2pm that day. John was finally able to find out what paperwork was still needed and once signed I was on my way. This would have been a much more pleasant experience if Martin would have been more organized and respectful of our time by being prepared. I would highly recommend Jim and John for your RV needs.

I eventually after some asking, got a one page sheet with check marks on it. Not one word about any point. This was obviously a paper transaction only. Upon picking up the unit, I drove home to Yuma and it was like a sailboat. Steering was so loose. Put it in the repair shop in Yuma and got it repaired to the tune of $1900.00. Called the Dealer Principal who told me that there was nothing he could do as steering was nothing to do with them.. This was the same guy who told me, "If there's anything I can do for you, just give me a call". It was the same old story of, it was a consignment deal,. I'm losing money on this. Nothing to do with me. This was a cash deal for $23K. I accepted other discrepancies such as batteries etc, but the dealer was adamant that this issue was nothing to do with them. Then who is this to do with? Surely if you're the dealer who sells it, then you are responsible. If the engine seized as I drove it off the lot, would I be out of luck too? Just read another review on this dealer regarding a roof leak. I asked about signs of a roof leak on the left rear corner of my unit, inside the wardrobe. We came back the next day to purchase the RV. and take it home.
