No "thanks for letting us know," no apology, no removal of the ad -- just a laughing emoji as if my time (and everyone else's) being wasted was funny. This level of arrogance and lack of basic customer service is ridiculous. If this is how Sun City RV treats potential customers who are simply trying to help them keep their listings accurate, I can only imagine how they treat people after a sale. Won't be shopping here. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for your RV.

Unfortunately, while planning my long trip to view the RV, another buyer swooped in and got the deal before I did. He wasn't pushy, he was very honest with us and matter of fact. The type of person i like to deal with. We also worked with John on consigning my late father's motor home. John was also very kind, understanding and straight up. Jim and John both were very pleasing to work with. Efficient, organized and honest. Their manager however is another story, he is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Martin was nice yes. But, he was probably the most unorganized person i have worked with. Paperwork was not in order. We had our own funding and when we came in with the check to pay for our new trailer and trade in our 5th wheel. Our file was nowhere to be found. Jim came in on his day off to help, John did his best to have us sign all necessary paperwork. They both assisted us with the new hitch and helped us on our way. A week later, i got a call from Martin requesting that i come in at 2 o'clock to sign more paperwork that was missed and to give them the down payment check (they already were given this and it had been removed from my account already). When i arrived at 2pm to sign the remaining paperwork, Martin wasn't there. John had no idea why I was there. Martin hadn't even left Anthem yet knowing that we had an appointment to sign paperwork at 2pm that day. John was finally able to find out what paperwork was still needed and once signed I was on my way. This would have been a much more pleasant experience if Martin would have been more organized and respectful of our time by being prepared. I would highly recommend Jim and John for your RV needs.

Recently bought a used Winnebago as a cash deal , on Consignment. I specifically asked for it to be…read morefully inspected for defects. I eventually after some asking, got a one page sheet with check marks on it. Not one word about any point. This was obviously a paper transaction only. Upon picking up the unit, I drove home to Yuma and it was like a sailboat. Steering was so loose. Put it in the repair shop in Yuma and got it repaired to the tune of $1900.00. Called the Dealer Principal who told me that there was nothing he could do as steering was nothing to do with them.. This was the same guy who told me, "If there's anything I can do for you, just give me a call". It was the same old story of, it was a consignment deal,. I'm losing money on this. Nothing to do with me. This was a cash deal for $23K. I accepted other discrepancies such as batteries etc, but the dealer was adamant that this issue was nothing to do with them. Then who is this to do with? Surely if you're the dealer who sells it, then you are responsible. If the engine seized as I drove it off the lot, would I be out of luck too? Just read another review on this dealer regarding a roof leak. I asked about signs of a roof leak on the left rear corner of my unit, inside the wardrobe. I was advised that they had checked it and it was fine. I sure hope that this is true, not just another Dealership promise.

I questioned about the watermark, and if they had checked to see if the roof was sealed, the owner and Paul told me that the roof was fine and sealed no leak showing. We have barely had this coach for a month, now, with the rain here We live in Payson, where it has been raining off amd on for a few days. The coach is leaking at the same spot.
