First time visiting this business. I came here to dump waste. After spending time checking out their services and overall what they have to offer I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. $10 dumping for guests and no brainer for the location and amenities. I was met with a smile and very nice people. I spent a good amount of time talking with Summer about their services and offerings for spots and everything. She was polite, kind, and treated me amazing. You can tell it's family owner and friendly. Everyone is so nice and treats you with much respect and just kind people. This is my go to place here in out and also looking at storage spots as they're super convenient and offer lots of services. After I purchased my 2022 Airstream trailer, I was extremely disappointed with dealership service, responsiveness and communication. After my first appointment with the Stanneart family at Soutwest RV, I have never looked back! Last summer, Colt installed and fine tuned an incredible solar/inverter-charger/lithium battery system allowing me to camp off grid with no power worries. He now periodically performs system checks of all on-board and exterior components with excellent timeliness and feedback. **12.21.2020 UPDATE** bc of the negligence of this company not performing the work needing to be done/ nor advising on work that needed to be done, our entire Ford chassis needed to be replaced and it was not covered under the warranty because "the service shop did not complete the oil changes correctly nor enough". This was after ever single email correspondence, and maintenance record was provided. The warranty company advised what a disservice this co. did for us and our RV. It was clearly stated in MULTIPLE EMAILS AND PHONE CONVERSATIONS to Southwest RV to complete WHATEVER WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE NO MATTER THE COST WHATEVER AND WHENEVER IT NEEDED IT. They simply neglected it and lied about work being completed. ***SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!! Use Scotts Repmams for the Chassis and Beautiful RV for you RV** FROM 2019-I cannot say enough good things about this place. Reasonable, accommodating, and the service is unbeatable. 2020- Words cannot describe how disappointed we are with Southwest RV. We have stored our RV here for quite a while and have it serviced on occasion. They were always booked out quite a while for service appts, but that was ok, we just worked around their schedule. However, as of the last few months, the service has been less than what you would expect from a "5 star company". We were charged for repairs that were not completed, however when brought it to attention, they did take care of it. See ex. of the master door. Then we decided to rent out our RV and we would need regular service appointments, I was respectful and made appts ahead of time. We had specifically asked that the RV be serviced to the extent of whatever it needed in between each rental. We greatly rely on our RV service professionals to let us know if our RV needs any service maintenance or repairs, as this is not our area of expertise. Well on the most recent rental our renters had messaged us in regards to multiple problems with the RV, some of which were just "fixed or serviced". I expressed to Southwest RV the complications we were dealing with and advised them of the items that needed to be looked at on our next service appt on June 17. Then on June 17(THE DAY OR OUR SERVICE APPT) , we received an email stating that they have decided to not service our RV due to the lack of our confidence in their capabilities. So now, last minute we are scrambling to get these items fixed before our next renter. read more

I have used this place for dump and propane in the past, and just recently had to use for repairs on my Class A wall slide. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I dropped it off a few days early for my convenience and they were able to get it and repaired before the appointment day! Highly recommend. Jeff at Southwest RV is awesome. I was having trouble with a couple of my electric camper jacks so was afraid to take the camper off of the truck. He was able to get me in really quick and was able to take one of the jacks apart to see exactly where the issue was. His diagnosis was spot on. AND, here is what really impressed me, he couldn't get just the part for the jacks I needed, he would have had to replace the entire system, so he referred me to another service center that could likely get the part I needed. I called the place and used the information and picture from Jeff and they were able to order the parts without me having to come in. We just moved AZ from Northern California and were looking for a place to work on our RV. We had a small friendly place and wanted to find something similar here. Southwest RV is perfect and we could not be happier. Our first use was the dump station which turned out to be convenient and reasonable. While there we got to meet the people and see the shop - it was exactly what we were looking for. We scheduled service for a variety of things and asked for an estimate on adding some solar. The work was completed beyond our expectations and the price was very reasonable. They were thorough and solved issues that I thought might not even be possible. Southwest RV has been a breath of fresh air. It's a family run business with the father and daughter in the office and the son as the mechanic. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. We were on town visiting with family, needed brakes checked, called them and got in within 3 days. Easy to find, easy in and out. Customer service from reception, to Jeff who helped us hone in on specific problem, to Colt who actually worked on the rig that came to us while we were hooking up and answered any questions we had. They encouraged us to "do a couple of laps around the yard" to test and they would re -adjust if needed. We also had our wheel bearings done on both axels, and filled up our propane tanks. There are a bunch of places that I could have gone to for help setting up our new Jeep JL for the auxiliary brake system but I am a very happy camper I found Southwest RV. From my first contact with his daughter to the last when I picked it up was all customer service at the level we all want but rarely get. Jeff helped me work thru a couple ways to get the Blue Ox system and the Air Force One to work with the Jeep. I didn't want it to have the look that it was a Toad when it wasn't hooked to the back of the coach. I used Southwest RV to store my travel trail for a year and it was a great experience. They have an excellent facility in a great location and good rates. Since moving to Ohio I did not have an opportunity to do business with them again until a few days ago when I was traveling through Arizona and had an urgent need for help with a blown 200-amp fuse in my custom electrical system. This is a family owned and run business and their service shows they care. (I previously had met the father and he was helpful and gracious). The daughter who took my phone call said I could stop by and they would take care of me, and her brother did the fuse replacement in five minutes. Then she charged a feee that was way less than what any other repair facility would have done. These folks made my day and on top of my previous excellent experience as their storage customer I can say this is a five star family business worth supporting! read more

Jeff spent quite some time discussing our house battery options and helped us make a decision that worked for our short and long-term needs. We were using this place for well over 5 yrs to store our Family RV without any issues. Maybe some inconvenience for the location, but worth it. I recently had an RV gate added to my house and was going to relocate the RV to my location. When we called to let them know we were going to be removing our property, they said it was going to be a few days for us to close out because they were out of town for a few days. We agreed to wait until they returned. When I went to get the RV from their yard, I noticed that the Cat Converter was stolen out from under the RV. I tried to address this with the owner, his words were along the lines of "we just hold it here for you, you take responsibility for the vehicle." I kept asking him what they were going to do bout this, he said "nothing, you signed a page that says SW RV is not responsible for any damages or loss while on their property." WTF? We were paying you for yrs to store our RV there with the (false) sense of security. Here some salt for the wound.... the owner told me the day we pulled out for the last time that our RV was the only one hit. Kind of funny since they won't provide camera views of the RV, they constantly leave the main gate WIDE open, they don't seem to even care that we have to get the vehicle repaired. Oh well, lessons learned when it comes to storage yards. read more

I love this place. It has been 4 years since I stored my trailer here. It is a little family run business that I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone I know. I went today to dump my crapper and then went inside the store to browse around and they remembered me by name. Not only do they store rv's they have a small store and also do service. Best thing was when i used to store my trailer here, I did not have to be there for them to do service. They would go to my spot and get my trailer, do the service on site, and then put it back. Great service! I highly recommend Southwest RV. The furnace in my rv stopped working on a trip to northern Arizona so I took it apart to inspect it. The burner door gaskets immediately disintegrated, so I cleaned the burner and igniter. Without new gaskets in hand, I had Southwest check it out when I returned. They put it back together with new gaskets and said it was functioning fine now and returned it to my storage space for a very fair price. I appreciate your honesty Southwest RV! read more

I use my RV for business, and when my generator (and therefore air conditioning) failed in 105 degree heat, I was so lucky that Jeff and Summer made the effort to squeeze me in right away. Over the next couple days they worked with me to tweak and diagnose, while I came and went. I ended up with a new generator, which they installed in a super timely fashion. AND they noticed that I had significant wear on my front tires and told me I had to get it looked at right away. Thank goodness! The tires were so worn and misaligned, it could have resulted in an accident. This team is knowledgable and kind. I highly recommend Southwest RV. read more
