We have been at this location for three years now. We live in Alaska and have our trailer and wheelers here. Leah is amazing and so helpful. Anything you need. This in my opinion is the safest, cleanest upscale RV storage to date. Love the covered spaces! Have never had one bad issue here. Do yourself a favor and don't even look here. We started storing our RV here in 2019 when rates were reasonable. We ended up selling our camper and buying a new one a couple of months later. When we went back they raised our price by $60/month. They also said even though we were returning customers they wouldn't honor the price the rest of the customers were getting. They rent out part of their lot to an auto body shop and campers were constantly parked in front of our camper to the point where we couldn't pull in or out and had to call to have the campers moved out of our way. Lea, the front desk receptionist, swore up and down that we wouldn't find a facility with as "low of prices" as they had. False. We moved our camper 2 miles south and are paying $40 less a month and it has lighting, trickle charge and tons of other amenities. read more

Great secure storage place with good management. The only negative is the lack of a dump site. Easily managed though by thinking ahead. Having had my RV vandalized twice before I believe security trumps dumps every time. Highly recommended but they don't need it because they are always full. While the auto body operation on site is annoying they did an awesome job of fixing my RV after it was vandalized at another RV storage facility. read more

We had our boat stored here for 3 years and absolutely loved it. I never once stayed up worrying about the security of my boat. Sadly we recently sold our boat and will no longer need their service, however in the future if we decide on another toy. There is no doubt in our minds that Premier will be our 1st and ONLY choice! read more

This place is great. We are storing our travel trailer here because of the evil HOA. Their prices are very reasonable and we have had no issues with safety. They are a lot cheaper than Palm Valley storage and they care about their customers. They have even allowed my husband to work on the trailer while it's being stored there and never gave him any problems. Very satisfied!! read more

Have been keeping my RV here for the past year and love Rhonda she has been great. Very friendly since the first day we met. I thought very long and hard about all the reviews that I had read before renting here. But fell in love with Rhonda. So I gave it a try luckily she had a spot away from all the body shop stuff. And it has been a great spot to store my RV. So the bad news the first time I was to return the RV and dump the tanks can't get into the dump lane. Body shop had RV's and trailers blocking the area. So unhappy to spend the next half hour to find somebody to clear the lane before I could dump tanks. To avoid the blockade of body shop equipment, for the next few trips back to park rig I would come earlier then before. Like six am prior to the busy body shop operation lane near the dump station started. Or later after they shutdown for the night. But that happens to be a pain in the a** sometimes. This past trip to the dump lane was no fun. I thought I would just take a chance and go at a time that was convenient for my schedule wow no go. Very bad idea blocking the dump station again was you guessed it. Two of the body shop rigs and equipment in the way again. So I give it's not nice to treat one customer better than all the others. We all pay the same price for our spots why can they park anywhere they want Very inconsiderate. I'm sure if I had parked my RV blocking an area that I would be told to move and not do it again. I believe that the body shop has been told about blocking the lane but it continues. They must be paying some very high rates to actually act like they own the place. And maybe they do. Still just had to vent before I leave. Hope that if you are still here reading this super long sad story of mine. You understand what you are going to get if you're renting here. The on site manager, Heather, was unprofessional. She had no idea we were coming to pick up the truck and all of the supplies we ordered. She was clueless. She was talking on the phone to her boss or supervisor to correct the billing error for the appliance dolly that we didn't get because "U-Haul didn't give it to us." While speaking to her manager, she was checking her text messages on her personal phone. We would have appreciated at least 50% of her attention. This U-Haul location had only 12 pads of the 4 dozen we had ordered. She said it wasn't her fault that; it was up to U-Haul to provide. We would never use this location again nor recommend it unless the management is trained properly and knows what they have in stock and prepares for upcoming orders. We are waiting for our appliance dolly credit of $12.00 and a "discount" of $50 for using this location instead of the one we originally chose on line. read more
