Corporate so far is just as incompetent . They have been charging me daily for a truck I turned in days ago. I talked to corporate management and they were going to fix it and they just charged me more. Called again today and talked to a very helpful person and he stated I was called with no answer and message left which is a lie. We will see what happens but I would recommend staying away from that cluster#####. I have spent more time on resolving this than I was actually in the rental truck.

My experience with U-Haul was just okay. They didn't have a furniture dolly, so they gave me an…read moreappliance dolly instead--no big deal at first. However, I was quoted one price but ended up being charged $265.31 on my card. Then, they claimed I didn't return a furniture dolly (which I never even received). On top of that, they charged me for fuel and a dolly that was already in the vehicle. When I called to sort it out, the young lady on the phone was unaware of the situation and not very helpful. They only wanted to refund $86, even though the difference should have been more. Math was not mathing. Lesson learned--I should have checked the reviews first! If you rent from here, double-check your charges and take pictures of everything. I still have a hold on my card as well and returned the vehicle 4 days ago.
