On top of that, they charged me for fuel and a dolly that was already in the vehicle. When I called to sort it out, the young lady on the phone was unaware of the situation and not very helpful. They only wanted to refund $86, even though the difference should have been more. Math was not mathing. Lesson learned--I should have checked the reviews first! If you rent from here, double-check your charges and take pictures of everything. I still have a hold on my card as well and returned the vehicle 4 days ago.

They showed up at our apartment @ 7:12. The driver came in with paperwork and said our total was $800 dollars. We didn't pay. The Christian owner John told them to take our stuff to the yard until we pay. He kept contacting my boyfriend everyday lowering his price. He finally gave in last night and paid him $300 dollars. Our things were dropped off. The thing is that NONE of my things were even picked up from my storage unit. It turns out they stole someone else's belongings from the same facility! They charged us for stealing another person's possessions and held it hostage for payment from us! They didn't even do the job that they were hired to do to begin with!!! I filed a police report on thursday 10/26. The next day I started paperwork with the Az Attorney General's Office, contacted the BBB and called the National Consumer Complaint Data Base. I moved from AZ-CT March 2025 and paid over $4,000 plus additional…read more$200 in tipping movers just for multiple items to be delivered damaged, including my $2k mattress arriving completely soaked. Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

My complaint is with the new pricing... They did increase the cost of the cleaning which I can appreciate as everyone is raising prices and if that had been all, would still be using them. What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix.
