Their prices are extremely reasonable and more competitive than other local companies in the valley. They also offer a law-enforcement discount, which is awesome. I got a call and an email a couple days before my scheduled move for confirmation, and everything went so smooth. I can't say enough praises about my entire experience!! Renée and her other two guys showed up right up about 720, when they gave me a window between 7 and 730 which was perfect. I had two stops before my final destination, and they did everything like real pros! They were so gentle with my things, and once we got to my new home, they went out of their way to assemble furniture for me. They even took all the trash before they left. All three of them were so friendly and personable, I loved getting to spend time with them while we were moving all of my belongings. The mover crew I got were FAR from quick or experienced. The final bill was for 8.1 hours $1,320. 400% over the estimate! Bottom line they do not know how to estimate or do speedy SMALL moves. Better off with a more well know company. UPDATE: Thank you for responding. To set the record straight for potential future customers let me add: 1. My first move with you was almost exactly the same distance. 2. The heat at the time of my first move with you was almost identical. 3. I had a full bedroom less of furniture for the second move remaining was identical. 4. You attempt to explain the the 400% increase in time by saying the trip from the truck to the destination took additional 7 minute walk is not reasonable. They made 20 trips from truck to destination adding apx 140 minutes or 2.33 hours at the worst. NOT the additional 6.5 hours over your estimate.
