I decided to get quotes from yelp when moving. Out of the 5 companies yelp contacted on my behalf, this was the only one who responded with clear and concise estimate. Every other company wanted to give an estimate over the phone. I secured the move a week in advance and they arrived on time. These 3 guys move a 4 bedroom house with 2nd den in 3 hours (no packing, furniture only). They were professional and mindful to not damage anything during the move. I was slightly upset they couldn't move my toolbox, but to be fair it is quite heavy (1,000+lbs) and I didn't discuss it with them beforehand. Overall I am very happy with my moving experience and highly recommend all in one movers to anyone requiring moving services. read more

If you are trying to compare moving company's DO NOT believe their estimate. I was giving an estimate of $330 plus $165 trip charge for 2 movers and the truck for an estimated move time of 2 hours for a 1 bedroom single story house with 12 boxes. The mover crew I got were FAR from quick or experienced. The final bill was for 8.1 hours $1,320. 400% over the estimate! Bottom line they do not know how to estimate or do speedy SMALL moves. Better off with a more well know company. UPDATE: Thank you for responding. To set the record straight for potential future customers let me add: 1. My first move with you was almost exactly the same distance. 2. The heat at the time of my first move with you was almost identical. 3. I had a full bedroom less of furniture for the second move remaining was identical. 4. You attempt to explain the the 400% increase in time by saying the trip from the truck to the destination took additional 7 minute walk is not reasonable. They made 20 trips from truck to destination adding apx 140 minutes or 2.33 hours at the worst. NOT the additional 6.5 hours over your estimate. I would not recommend this company. I am a returning customer from a couple years ago. Back then they were great!! Now not even close. They show up on time but they do not care about your items. I had 4 items broken inc shelving they snapped the cabinet in half, candle holder glass, tall lamp glass broke and bottom snapped off and movie theater popcorn machine pc missing. They want me to take pictures in which I can't as the staff told the office they threw my expensive candle holder away, they packed the shelving so tight I can't get to it, they broke the light and neglected to tell me, I saw it when I went back to my storage unit which is pretty far away so I can't get a picture at the moment. They still charged me full price and they have yet to contact me back for my reimbursement. They were aware at the time items were indeed broken. Do NOT use this company. I had to tell the movers how NOT to pack my stuff in storage so they didn't rip my leather couch. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT care about your items and I tipped them well before I notice all this stuff was missing and or broke bc the neglected to tell me on some of the items. Plan on double the time that you would expect. In our last move, during the summer in Arizona, we moved from a two story house to a one story. We had three movers, and the move took 7 hours with nothing broken and everything put back together perfectly (houses were 1/2 mile apart). All in One Moving moved us on 8/31/19 from a single story to a single story with three movers. The new house was a 3 miles away, and the movers took 13 hours. My 60 year old husband helped the last two hours because they were bringing 1 box in at a time instead of 3 on a dolly. They even did not put a bed back together because they lost the suction cup to hold the mirror in place. They tried for over 1/2 hour to do it without the suction cup, until we finally told them to stop and we would do it later. We were quoted a rate per hour, and figured it would take no more than 7 hours, based the number of hours on our previous move. The head mover even told my husband in the start of the move that they should be done by 2 pm. After a couple hours into the move, they slowed down and started milking it. They did not finish until 9:30 pm. I tried disputing the excess hours, approximately $600 with our credit card company, but since we did not have any document showing an estimated number of hours, we had to pay in full. If you somehow decide to go with this company, please make sure to get a quote with the number of hours to move your stuff. We also had a large vase broken, and recently discovered our desk has a broken part. read more

When I complained to the company the owner refused to call me and sent me an email saying sorry but service was complete and contact police for further issues. No real apology or concern over the sexual harassment. I wasn't asking for money back but some sort of acknowledgement and attempt for service recovery. They pretty much acted like it was a minor issue. I would not have made this public review over their one employee if they hadn't shown such lack of concern over this sexual harassment. One signature was for showing up and one was for something else about damage. They damaged one of my dressers big time and only want to give me $.60 a pound 5 pound for a dresser drawer only three bucks for a $500 dresser and now I have a damage ugly drawer. First time I use the company they were great. This time they didn't do any wrapping with furniture pads or plastic wrap. They were very slow like they were milking me for money. When my friend and I called into the office and we got our asses chewed out by Erica the owners wife or co owner. She called me every name in the book told me she hated me told me I was a piece of shit and said she never wanted to do business with me in the first place. She went off on my friend calling her a bitch and every name in the book. All because we wanted to know why it was taking so long I wanted to go over the money again. I used this company to move 20 minutes away. I appreciate they were on time and very polite. They got a lot done quickly. I tried to have everything put in boxes or wrapped so all they had to do was wrap the larger items. I also made sure everything was on the first level before they came to cut the costs. I wish I would have had them take everything where they belonged rather then drop it all on the first floor of the second home. I ended up spending the night taking about 30 boxes upstairs. They forgot my TV on the truck and while they called me right away to tell me, it took a few weeks to get it. I continue to recommend them. read more

I was quoted anytime from 4p-6p but was told the job before mine was really small so it's possible that it could be sooner. 5:50 comes around I call them no answer of course I leave message and two minutes late a guy calls me and says I don't know your name but my boss told me to call you to give you an estimated time of arrival and we can't be there till 9:30 pm. So I canceled of course. But I waited all day for nothing. They are the best moving company I have used before... from start to finish. They do a good job and there was very little issue. They went above and beyond. I've used several moving companies in AZ, and most of them were horrible but I truly had a good experience with All in One. They worked very hard and even took our cribs and furniture apart and assembled them again at the new home. All the boxes were put where I needed them. I had two trucks and four movers and I was done in about four hours. It was great! Best part - no one nagged or pressured me for a tip but they got a well deserved one. I found All In One Moving on Yelp and I've used them three times since June. In the beginning, I had to change the date at the last minute and I was afraid there would be a fee but they were incredibly flexible. My moves were grueling and the weather was brutal but they hustled, stayed in good spirits and got the job done. AIO's quote was the lowest so I wasn't sure it would be quality work but I had nothing to worry about. When I had a slight issue after the move, the owner right stepped in and resolved it to my full satisfaction. I would use them again without question. read more

If I could give 0 I would. scratches in lots of my furniture, BROKE my 55 and 40 inches TV. my mattress are in the floor since they lost my bed frame.. my one year old is now sleeping in a play pan because the screws to put the crib together are no where to be found. They did not even delivered one of my table because it got broke during the moving process according to what one of the delivery guys said. This could be two stars because of the kindness and hard work shown on the part of the actual movers, but the factors I'll outline are just too severe to overcome that one positive aspect of our experience with All In One Moving AZ. We wanted to pay movers to not only move us from our home, to storage for two weeks, and then to our new home, but also to disassemble and reassemble furniture since I have arthritis and my wife is in her third trimester of pregnancy. We had three companies provide quotes for our job, All In One Moving AZ came in at $1,250 for the first part of the job, and we were told it should only be around $400 for the second half (move from storage to the new home), so $1,650 total. The other two quotes were $2,100 and $2,200 total. We were also told that the $1,650 was on the high end, so we wouldn't be tricked with a low estimate and then get charged much more once the job was done. Well, we paid $1,550 for the first half, and $1,650 for the second half, for a total of $3,200!! We also paid $410 in tips because we did appreciate the kindness of the movers. However, before tip, to pay literally twice the money that we were quoted is absolutely absurd, regardless of what the reasons are for the increase, this was the point of the company to come out and physically take inventory of our home, so how could they be so wrong? Issue #2; there was extremely poor communication on delivery day, when our arrival window was 9am - 11am, and we had to call repeatedly for updates and finally heard back at 1:30pm that they had a flat tire and someone called out so they were behind. My frustration is not with what happened here, but with the lack of communication so we could adjust our schedule and expectations. Issue #3; two items were broken, our $400 coffee table and our $400 dresser. The dresser damage does not prevent it's functionality, but we were told multiple times that the damage was "cosmetic only" as if that makes it a complete non-issue? Issue #4; They did not reassemble the two heavy duty garage storage tables, the children's play set (which is missing pieces since they didn't bag them and simply handed us assembly pieces throughout the delivery), and the four lamps (it's just a matter of putting on lamp shades, not a big deal, but one of them is missing the top screw now). For these reasons, I absolutely DO NOT recommend you work with this company, or even contact them for a quote since it will not even be close to the actual cost. I will update my review if they provide adequate resolution for all of these issues. Otherwise, very poor business practices. read more

In a short amount of time, they had my mom's one-bedroom apartment loaded on the truck to move to her new place. They also agreed to stop by a local Goodwill to drop off some items my mom no longer wanted. They moved her stuff into the new space quickly with ease. All In One Moving saves my weekend. I originally hired another company for a Friday morning move with a truck and 2 movers for my large one bedroom 1st floor apartment. They showed up on time but with only one mover saying the other mover was ill. They tried to reschedule me for Sunday with a pathetic discount. I jumped on yelp and few out a few requests for new quotes and received one back from AIOM within minutes. I called and spoke to Sam who assured me that they were professional and wouldn't leave me hanging like the other movers did. I was even able to get scheduled for the following afternoon. They showed up 1 hour into the 2 hour arrival window I had been given. Both Sam and Mark were pleasant, polite and very professional throughout the entire experience. Even when we arrived at my new apartment and found the unloading conditions to be less than favorable they continued to work hard with a happy disposition. The whole move took 4 hours and everything was delivered in good condition. When it came time to pay my card wouldn't go through. They kindly waited while I tried to call my bank which takes longer on the weekends to get a rep that can assist my account as I'm an employee of that bank. I assumed that the system Sam used for payment on his phone may have been flagged for fraud. Sam was kind even though I was embarrassed. After 10 minutes on hold I gave up. We drove separately to a nearby ATM and I was able to use my same card to pull the cash (and tip) for the men. Ironically my company called me as I was driving back home about a potential fraud. I will definitely use them again but I'll get cash ahead of time. read more

I was very stressed about my move, I couldn't find a truck or enough help to get the move completed in the needed time frame. I was hesitant to call movers because of what a huge expense it can be. They didn't show up on time which was a little stressful since I had a busy day booked. More importantly I had fragile items that I asked them if I should take myself and they told me no that they had it covered. However several of those fragile items arrived to my home broken. Today I tried to call their phone number that I have to make the appointment and it's saying it's not in service anymore. I paid over $600 and I am stuck with broken expensive sentimental items. Had I not awesome if I should take them myself beforehand, I don't think it would be so aggravating. Terrible experience. Damaged my items and my apartment. I have white suede furniture and even though I covered them with blankets, they did nothing to further protect them. They had black marks from shoes, the dolley, and sweat marks. My bed that I asked if they would disassemble and reassemble was not properly reassembled at all. We booked a 4-man crew to pack and move all our stuff from our two story house to our new one story house and they accomplished the feat in 10 hours! I was truly impressed! Not a single piece damaged, no damage to the walls, they put boxes to the correct new destination rooms, and reassembled furniture. I am so glad I found this mover as I had a prior negative experience. First I was greeted with a friendly call prior to 7 am in the morning. Jacob was so friendly and was quite professional. He and Daniel were polite and worked hard to move my belongings safely to my new home. They even brought over a wardrobe boxes for my clothes as well as sufficient blankets to wrap my furniture.
