All of the staff was friendly and nice, but unfortunately I didn't enjoy my furniture getting dirty and damaged. None of my furniture was wrapped in anything which led to dents and dirt on my bed frame. They simply just threw it all in the truck without a care and wanted to get done so they could go home. There's also dirt on my walls from them dinging it while moving in things. I was slightly annoyed after because I paid for the service and expected a nice, clean moving experience. If I was only rating this team on kindness - it would be a 5 star review. However, I was a little surprised that I had these issues from a professional moving company: They packed books into large boxes, which makes them incredibly heavy and inconvenient to move. Additionally, they packed fragile things in with the books. If I had time, I would open the boxes to make sure everything is safe. Until I asked, they did not label boxes. They didn't label the rooms they came from or what is in them. They also didn't label boxes as fragile - which is my biggest concern. Even after asking them, I tried to verify what was in boxes and add specific information to their very general labels. ("Cups and glasses" instead of just "kitchen," for example.) One of the technicians used his teeth to tear tape from the roll. At the end of the three hour period, they slowed down. One team member wrapped items and handed them to the other who put them in a box. However, it's important to note this: From my initial contact with Erika to the moment the team left, their customer service was excellent. They were incredibly kind, and they also communicated their arrival time exceptionally well (they were later than planned, but kept me informed). Fingers crossed that all of my fragile things survive the move. read more

November 6. Our movers arrived on time and prepared. They worked efficiently and quickly . Matt and Justin arrived first and when we realized that we had too much to get on the truck the called for a second truck and Justin and Patrick came in quickly so we wouldn't have to make a second trip. I hired All In One Moving roughly about a week prior to my move and they were able to give me the best quote and were able to accommodate me on my short notice timeline for moving. Was able to setup everything through Yelp and email. After our last move where we did most of the work and rented a Uhaul and then hired people on the side to move just the really heavy objects, which was a disaster! Doing it that way was a waste of time and money. So after that experience I wanted this move to go as smoothly as possible and as stress free as possible. The movers showed up on time and we very nice and friendly! They worked extremely hard from the moment that they started, all the way to the end! Their crew leader, David took control of the situation and made our move less stressful and worry free. They tackled the situation head on and knew what to do, where to start, and how be the most productive. David, Jermey, and the other guy, who's name I'm drawing a blank on, worked together to make sure my wife and I were able to sit back and let them handle everything. This was an amazing experience to not have to stress over our stuff and getting everything moved in time. Being able to put those concerns in David's and his teams hands allowed us to focus on our children and our lives. Although we could have had been a little more organized towards the end and had a little better placement by following the the labels on the boxes to which room the belonged. That way we didn't have to move them again and if they were stacked better in the rooms we wouldn't had to fill the whole porch with boxes. Although I don't fault them for that because I wasn't the best at guidance for them without reading the box, but I thought the labels on the boxes would help them to put them in the right room. The guys, said that they had worked from 5am to 10pm the day prior and you could tell that they were feeling it and were ready to be done for the day. All in all they power through it and got everything that we needed moved. Going forward when I need to move I will definitely use them again and would recommend them as a good moving company that cares for your belongings! read more

Used for an 'by the hr' move the end of July. They were 2.5 hrs late and only contacted me after I left messages for them. Crew that I requested and was assured I would have did not come. This Crew (Justin & Cory) kept disappearing. Scratched and scuffed everything, wheel on one of the dollies was nearly flat so kept hitting everything. 1 crew person new, so could not do anything without the other's approval. Costly Nightmare! Ground floor to and from. Equivalent of 1 bdrm apt and boxes, completely prewrapped in moving blankets in storage unit , and it took them 5.5 hrs with all their shenanigans. Save your money and sanity, find another mover!!! Btw....I had a previous move with them that was a flat rate price for a table . While they were slow, they were careful. Other family member used them with a different crew who moved them quickly and professionally, which is why I requested THAT crew by name. read more

They sent an 18 year old and an inexperienced mover in a rented Enterprise truck, charged us $99 an hour and $99 for travel, damaged our furniture - dining table, desk, and cabinets - by not wrapping things properly, knocked our vacuum off the lift gate, destroyed it, and would not make things right. We were offered a total of $12 in compensation if we signed a waiver. Their movers tried hard and were pleasant but they are NOT professionals. This company is unethical and deceptive!!! read more

Several of my items were scratched or damaged. The door to the home I was moving out of was severely damaged. There was an error when imputing my phone number in the system which led for a miscommunication the movers took off with my furniture for over 8 hours and went onto another job. Other than an apology, no compensation was offered for the entire day being screwed up. The movers themselves were hard workers and friendly, so I don't blame them. They seem to be overworked. I can't imagine doing two moving jobs in one day, mistakes are bound to happen. read more

Easy to get a quote, schedule, reschedule (my fault), and prepare for my move. Movers were on time, friendly, efficient, and moved my belongings with care (down and up 3 flights of stairs even). I was so happy to have someone take my beds apart/put back together and mount my TV! Van was very knowledgeable about the best way to carry heavy items and made sure the less experienced moved everything cautiously as well. I was VERY impressed! If I could give more stars, I would! My husband and I began our search by reaching out to several companies in the area for rates via the Yelp messaging tool. We were concerned about several large items that would have to be moved and made sure that was listed in our quote request. Since we were only moving locally, we knew that wouldn't be a big deal but again, our main concern was with our large, very heavy items. We received quotes from 4 companies out of 7 we had looked into. 1 company never responded and the other 2 wanted to complete walk-throughs to give us their estimates. Within those 6 companies, only one noticed our concern with our large items, specifically our antique, upright piano. This was All In One. Erica was attentive to my concerns and assured me our items would be handled with care. Not only that, she assured me her quote INCLUDED the piano. I was so impressed, which put All In One at the top of our list. I then reached out to the other 5 companies asking them if they noticed we have a piano to be moved along with our other large appliances, which they did not even notice! Each of them, except the 2 who wanted the walk-throughs, added an additional fee because of our piano. I immediately eliminated those companies from our list. We scheduled and completed the walk-throughs with the other 2 who's prices were extremely high. With All In One's amazing low quote, I asked if they would come do a walk-through to ensure pricing and help with identifying the amount of movers we would need. They came that day and kept to their pricing even after seeing the amount of stuff we had to move. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to our needs was tops. We knew immediately they were the company for us and we agreed on the spot. The day of the move came and they were on time, professional and even gave us their game-plan for the day. The guys were so nice and they worked HARD!!! They were so polite and would even ask if it was okay to take a quick break or to use the restroom. Each time I would say please as they were working so hard to move us. They didn't milk it or slack. They were constantly communicating with us and even more so, they went above and beyond what we were looking for. I could go on and on with how amazing this company is. Even though we are still not completely unpacked, everything we have gone through so far has made it safe. We had one item that was accidentally slightly damaged, but All In One handled that situation like no other company and impressed us even more. All I know is we plan to keep telling everyone about this company when someone we know is moving. They were worth every penny and if we ever have to move again, they will be the first we call. The movers were very nice and mindful in taking care of our stuff which we so appreciated, but it took 6 hours to move a first floor 2 bedroom apartment 15 minutes away which is, from my experience with movers, at least twice as long as we expected. I had shopped around on Yelp to at least 12 moving companies- some asked for a deposit, additional fees, didn't respond to you, bad reviews, etc and even though All In One Moving AZ didn't have many reviews I thought I would take a chance because Erica the manager/coordinator seemed really nice and knew that I had to move with less than a week notice. Saturday morning Anthony and Gabe called right at 7am letting me know they would be on their way and that it would take 30 min to my location (estimated window given to me by Erica was 7-9am). They had all of the dollies, pads, straps, everything that was described by Erica and they got right to work paying EXTRA CAREFUL attention to my heavy wood furniture and not scratching or damaging. They got it to up the stairs to my new place and again took the EXTRA CARE and I was VERY PLEASED with the service I received!!! Anthony and Gabe worked really hard and never took a break in the 5 hrs it took to get me moved across town with all my furniture. I just finished my move wirh All-in-One earlier this morning and I am so pleased. I decided to try someone new since the movers I usually use had increased their prices substantially and another that I had used in the past was no longer in business. This was such a hassle free move. I was able to book quickly and didn't have to give my credit card info beforehand like other companies require. The movers were on time, professional, and had no trouble moving and setting up my automatic bed. They didn't try to upsell or add any additional fees and they finished a job in 2 hours that I was expecting would take 3-4 hours. I had scheduled a move for a storage unit, plus an additional stop prior to the final destination. I advised them they needed a ladder for the storage unit because the items were stacked very tall. I was also concerned about the amount of stuff I needed moved. They told me it would be maybe 3-4 hours of work. They sent the movers with no ladder extending the time it took for them to gather my things. The move ended up being over 6 hours. I would think this would be more of a day time time move, but they sent them around 4pm. The movers were fantastic, extremely friendly, had great attitudes, and moved quickly. I called All In One Moving the day before they were supposed to do our move 3/21/20. I asked about what precautions they were using due to the Corona Virus. I was told that face masks would be too hot for the movers and no there are no precautions in place. When the movers arrived, I talked to them about it outside. The younger movers didn't seem to know how serious this is and the older mover was extremely rude and disrespectful and walked close by me after I asked them to keep a distance of 6 feet. We offered them gloves and put them on a table by the front door, which they ignored. They turned on the radio in the truck to latin music that was really loud where the neighbors would be disturbed. My husband asked them to turn it off. Anyway, really bad experience. When they pulled up to the new house, they left the engine running the entire time, which was also really loud, it sounded like a diesel and a huge waste of fuel. It also seemed like they took their time. $100 an hour adds up and I didn't appreciate that they just seemed not to care. read more
