Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

Just to see, I spent a day calling around for quotes. Some places wanted nearly $300/hr plus a long laundry list of hidden fees, and I thought there was no way it was worth it. But the last company I called was Sterling Interstate, and wow--what a breath of fresh air. We had already dealt with a lot of stress while closing on our first home, and we just needed a reliable team to cross the finish line. The moving industry doesn't always have the best reputation, so I was praying they'd be good--and they turned out to be the absolute best. Not only is their hourly rate very fair for the quality of work, but they also don't hit you with random fees. My husband and I had our home 95% packed and stacked, leaving them to navigate moving everything down a flight of stairs and prepping/packing the larger furniture. Since this was our first time hiring movers, we were blown away: they wrapped and packed everything like it was going cross-country! Even knowing it was only a 15-minute drive, they took zero chances with damage, and everything arrived completely untouched. I am terrible with names, so I've already forgotten the exact crew who came out, but they were AMAZING. On a brutally hot and humid July day in Arizona, they hustled nonstop for 6.5 hours. They took necessary breaks, but they worked so hard, all while cracking jokes with us and keeping the mood light. By the time they left, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends. Pro tip: If you hire movers in the AZ summer, please be kind--offer them cold water, sports drinks, and maybe some Rice Krispies Treats to keep them going! They saved us so much time and left us with the energy to unpack and settle in half the time it would have taken on our own. We are so thankful we went with Sterling Interstate. I don't even want to think about moving again, but it's a relief knowing exactly who we'll call when the time comes. 10/10 recommend!

Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. All of the big name interstate movers turn down small sized interstate moves. I must have called 12 different movers; which included the well known companies and some of the smaller ones. The local companies are happy to take your business for intrastate moves; but not interstate moves. I was concerned when no contract was required by Brandon. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. Tim and his staff were very gracious in being able to help me twice in essentially the same week for both moves I had, going to and from the same locations. I appreciate him and his company for their help and I plan on reaching out if I ever end up having another domestic move here in the future! As a side note, he charges/quotes based on the furniture you have over hours of service. I found this to be cheaper than other companies out there (especially if you just have one room of furniture like I did) so he's really nice for smaller moves like mine and I recommend him as well because of this. He even helped my mom take an old TV stand to consignment for us which was very much an appreciated favor of his company with the original job and furniture that I had with him.

Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. And of course, because of Renee.

The delivery driver, Jerry, was also fantastic--professional, friendly, and very thorough during pickup. He took great care loading the dumpster back onto his truck and even went the extra mile by sweeping up the debris that had collected underneath using a broom and dustpan. I was looking for a recycling center that accepts soda cans, soda glass bottles and plastic water…read morebottles. This place only accepted my soda cans. They just don't accept plastic or glass bottles here. This place looks like a dump but the customer service is very fast and efficient. Most of the workers here are Spanish speaking so hopefully you can make out what they tell you. My Spanish is Sykes rusty so I only understood 5% of what they said. All in all, this was a pleasant experience. Obviously, you're not gonna get rich by recycling anything but it does give you some pocket change to maybe buy a lottery ticket or two. I don't recall what the exact redemption value was for bringing in your unwanted cans for cash but I got around 50 cents for maybe 1.5 lbs of soda cans. Almost enough for a $1 lottery scratcher. The workers here will unload your trunk for you and weigh it all and than give you the proper amount of money. Fast service and you don't even need to lift a finger besides opening your trunk that is. I'm from Hawaii and back home, you can actually pay a utility bill or cell phone bill with your recycling money. Not here in Phoenix, it's a totally different process here so I'm gonna start trashing all my recyclables instead. Hope this helps my fellow planeteers!!

This company and its owner Mohammed zeitoum are both dishonest and liable for so much that is wrong I'm the employee he fired after refusing to pay me for running his company for 2 months while he was in Lebanon now he bad mouths me for doing his instructions I brought 30 plus years of exp to this company he now has since hired Home Depot quality workers I'm posting this so customers will know he will complain to Yelp to get this removed the customers I have served have been notified to clear my reputation by yelping about my service and constant making their bills and moving exp just great future customers will not have that privilege be warned thanks everyone I am the mark in the tip area keep checking the reviews to come as my customer data base of past moves have been notified of this company's downhill direction by the owner Mohamed zeitoum looking at this companies reviews tells it all the owner is moving to Dearborn Michigan to reopen there meanwhile customers are being promised anything here and being taken advantage of to get him the funds for his move beware beware thanks. I used A to B movers in the summer of 2022 for a local move in the Phoenix Valley. After searching through all the local companies this one stood out and decided to make the call. After the first conversation with the owner about my move we had everything aligned, I was clear on the process, and it was all negotiated at a very fair and competitive price. For the move itself, the crew who helped pack and unpack where some of the hardest workers I've seen. Very respective and knowledgeable about how to properly handle, pack, and ship everything to reduce damages. The whole process from start to finish took less time than expected, came out with zero damages, and all done and a great price. Loved my experience with A to B Movers! If I can give them a 10 star I would!! Glover and John were the BEST! Very professional as they worked effortlessly as a team. They called in advance to inform us they were on the way. They worked non-stop while lifting and wrapping the many items around our condo. They both got moving down to a science. Both men fit our valuables in our 10x10 storage unit perfectly as they maximized every inch of space. I will definitely request them again once we move our belongings out. Once everything was stored they checked in with Nate, the owner, to inform him when the job was completed. The company's pricing structure is simple and transparent compared to other moving companies and their prices are incredibly competitive. We had an amazing experience with A to B Movers this past weekend! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. When I made the appointment with A to B Movers they charged my card $35. They moved us and showed me charges like 4 different $35 charges added on to my hourly charge. Which makes you think they overcharge. However, I paid it and also tipped the two movers. It has been a few months now and I am looking all over my place for my packed new clothes box for my children and apparently these men never brought that box into my house while moving. And, that box was clearly stated new kids clothes. So, yes these men are thieves. I would not trust them. Other then the men stealing my stuff they moved us swiftly. This company was amazing! I had conflicting information from our mortgage company on when we would be able to move and Nate just rolled with it. He was able to fit us in and make sure we were moved and ready to go. Our movers Johnnie and Ernis were wonderful! They finished early with their previous job and called to ask if they could come an hour early. They were professional and courteous and were amazing with my 2 year old who wanted to "help". These guys deserve 5 stars, two guys helped pack and move my apartment up three flights of stairs in the heat, no problem. They were both unbelievably considerate and careful with my stuff. Had a great experience with A to B Movers. I booked them on a Thursday for a Sunday move. Office very reponsive and flexible. LOVED that they worked Sundays (not easy to find). Team was right on time to meet me at the pick up location and they worked very quickly to load. They took care of my stuff as well and I never worried about stuff getting damaged. I was amazed at how fast they finished the total move compared to my past movers. Not to mention the pricing was very competitive for the Phoenix area. These guys are impressive! I needed a move done across town, and scheduling everything was a smooth and easy process. Once they got there they took great care in wrapping stuff, and loading everything into the truck. I had a computer desk that accidentally got broken when they unloaded at my new location, which they sincerely apologized for - but also offered me a fair refund (based on weight) that I was satisfied with. These guys are absolutely great I would highly recommend them to everyone. I was concerned about getting the treadmill out of the house because of its size and Jason and John came in and disassembled it like they worked in a sporting goods store. My move took a long time because I had to go through every box in three storage places and get what I needed into an apartment and the rest into one storage space. I would recommend this company to anyone! I called Wed morning asking for a quote, and told manager I saw the price on Groupon but had not purchased the coupon yet. Manager matched the Groupon price and called me back to have someone out to my storage unit within 4 hours of my call. Ernis and his partner were right on time, very professional, and efficient. Kevin and John were a huge help to me and made the process of moving so much easier. They were very careful with my furniture (in addition to the usual items, I had two old barrister bookcases that I love dearly), saran wrapping everything with blankets, while still working at a speedy, efficient pace. We hired A to B movers to move my Dad. They did a terrific job! We had a small job, one bedroom apartment. They charge by the hour, but the guys really hustled on the job, from the time they showed up till the time they finished was only 2 1/4 hours and that included a 35 minute drive in between. One thing I really liked was that every time I called the owner always answered the phone and was helpful through the whole process. I highly recommend A to B movers! read more

We agreed on and I haven't heard a word from him since also to make the matter even more exciting my king size bed that got broken from being wedged through doorways and down hallways and had sustained a crack along the side support finally completely cracked and broke off so now I nearly new hardwood king size bed is ruined updated picture below. It is unfortunate that your actions caused you to lose your business. You could've paid and honored your own contract. We gave you months and months and months and you never did. It sucks to suck.
