They took apart my insanely heavy bed and reassembled it on delivery. They were careful with my fragile art and had me packed and on the road in 50 minutes. It was only five away, so easy to compare packing/unpacking! The move was completed in 2 hours and 15 minutes--and it would have been faster if I hadn't moved into a complex with an old, slow, small elevator. They had to bring up that heavy bed four flights of stairs. They were fast, nice, and did I mention they hustled?? Will definitely use them again. Great value, conscientious of time, and even brought back an old family heirloom that had gotten hidden under the moving blankets. A valuable service at a very fair price--and they accept zelle! Jay & his co-worker (can't recall his name) were very professional and hard working. They arrived on time, got right to work, and finished the job in the amount of time I requested (2 hours). They were courteous when bringing items into my apartment and wanting to place items where it would be most convenient for me to unpack. I had an awful experience with the company who packed my items into the moving trailer. While unloading the trailer, Jay & his co-worker took pictures of the poorly done job by the other company for me, as well as which items the other company damaged, which I really appreciated. Their price was also competitive compared to other moving companies in the area, and I felt like they did an excellent job for the money I paid. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else in the future! In case this review doesn't convince you enough to hire them, they are a BBB accredited business with an A+ rating.

This month we needed someone to do a crosstown move for our son. Two Men's quote was extremely high so I researched a bit and found the stellar reviews of Just-In Time Moving. Since their quote was almost half the price (!) we decided to give them a try. You wonder if paying less means inferior service or other problems. That wasn't the case at all. Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. We were very happy to have found this company and are pleased to say they'll be our local movers going forward.

I…read morewas quoted $415 for a 2 bedroom with one bed, no dressers, the other room was used as an office. I was quoted a minimum of $415 which included 3 hours and a $40 surcharge. First, the owner never sent me a written quote. They were fast; however, one of the movers whose name was Miles, scared me by yelling to the top of his lungs out of frustration because he couldn't get the bed together because he had all of the screws tightened and anyone who puts together anything would know bit to tighten the screws all the way until those screws are in the correct holes and then you screw them in. I went in the room to give him that tip but was scared the entire time he was in my house due to his behavior. Then when they got done, the paperwork showed that I was being charged an extra hour of travel time when my move was less than 15 minutes apart and I was told that they needed to stop at Walmart to get T-shirts. I made the payment in full along with an additional $60 because I just believe in tipping and always have, besides the other guy was excellent. Great customer service and he was friendly the entire time. Any way, I went through the contract after they had left and noticed that there was nothing in the contract that stated that I would owe a 1 hour transportation fee now was I ever told this verbally. So, a day after the move, I sent the owner a message and he proceeded to go back and forth with me. However the most disturbing message was the one below verbatim: "I'm so sorry you're so broke that you can't pay the movers for a move that they did well for you. Send me your address. I'll bring you cash next week. I would love to meet you." This company is way to green and they need to learn some customer service skills before doing business with the public. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
