Avoid this company at all cost! I helped find a mover for a friend & future client and we scheduled with them for Tuesday of this week. They never showed up and kept dragging on and on. They barely answer the phone & respond to text infrequently. They gave an arrival time between 12-2pm and as we were texting at 4:30 they told us that WE were stressing them out! Insane! Terrible customer service, unreliable and a no show. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Again, avoid, avoid, avoid. The worst part of this is that I lost a friend & client as this was put on me for recommending. read more

Efficient, on time, friendly and quick! This is my 2nd time and they were great both times.

I've been using Ricardo's moving for years now. I truly feel like they treat me as a family member, being able to accomodate the time of my move, that was not alloted in their schedule. They are fast, proficient, polite, and funny! And if you put some nice music on - I did - they work even faster, and move efficient! I absolutely love those guys, and highly recommend them. read more

Do NOT use this company. We had a confirmed Saturday moving appointment we made days ago. We have confirmed nearly every single day including this morning. We missed a call from them (clearly busy from trying to pack up) and they we called back within 20 minutes and they cancelled our move. We were never told that they would call when they are on their way and if we didn't answer they would cancel the appointment. The dispatcher gave us the number for the actual crew and we were yelled at and berated on the phone and told that they weren't coming and if we didn't like it we can find someone else. Which is what we did after spending two hours on the phone trying to find someone to move us on the weekend at the last second. Rude crew, dismissive dispatcher. We would never ever use this company again and we don't recommend you do either. read more

I used this company to move some items from Anthem to Buckeye. The owner requested I pay them via Zelle. He provided me the number to send it to. I sent it while they were still in my driveway. The phone number he gave me was incorrect. The funds were sent to the incorrect person and according to my bank they are not receivable. In good faith, I resent the funds to the correct number the owner gave me and those funds went through fine. My bank has determined that there was not an error on my end so they are not refunding me my $325 that was sent to the incorrect number based on the information the owner provided. The owner is refusing to refund me the $325 that I sent him in good faith and is telling me how he is OUT the $325 if he does that!! Seriously? I am out the $325 no matter which way you shake it. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY. IF THEY CANNOT STAND BEHIND THEIR OWN ERROR, THEN THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND AT LEAST THE ITEMS WERE DELIVERED IN TACT!! read more

Charged by hours which was a mistake , took 9 hours to move 2 bedroom 1 office , living room and patio furniture . Charged top dollars but unable to move couple exercise equipment items. Slow, piled things on top of each other. Unplugged my washer and left water running. He did offer to go back and fix it. One of the three spoke English and moved quickly. They are cheaper but they are slower. Had to tell them twice "they weren't done" and they had left stuff upstairs. Very frustrating experience for part of it. I think the main guy was the best. He just needed good help. read more

I used ricardo several months ago as did a friend who recommended him. He was on time but i came up with some missing items ad did my friend! As i was never out of site of the truck, and checked the truck on arrival, it was apparently empty, i have no idea how the theft was accomplished! Food for thought! read more

I have been using Ricardo's services for over 12 years. I've used them both personally and for business and have had them move items more than 100 times over the years. They always do a fantastic job. I have recommended them to friends and clients over the years who have recommended them to even more people. Service has always been excellent. I have asked Ricardo for help in countless purchases and sales, picking up supplies and materials for projects, removing debris + cleanup / storing items for the weekend and anything else you can think of. I fully support this business. read more

Run run far away from these movers. I hired Ricardo and his company to move furniture for me. I was most concerned about the ability for them to move some exercise equipment. I sent the owner pictures of the equipment and he said he could move it for us. So on the Saturday of the move to our shock the two people that came said they had no idea how to move it. So I try and call Ricardo multiple times and he doesn't pick up my calls I tried texting him no response. Then I used my wife's number and of course he picks up right away. We agree that he will come out the same day to move it. After waiting for him to come by we call him and he says He can't come out on Saturday. We agree that we will be there at 10 on Monday. Only more disappointment to follow when we try and confirm that he will be there at 10 nope now it's 2. Just skip him use anyone else read more

After reading some of reviews I was skeptical of this company, after the move my opinion had changed. They charged 130 an hour for 3 guys, no extra fees. Prob the cheapest you'll find around. I would just recommend some supervision. read more

Awesome move again! I have used this company for years now. Nice, respectful guys. They were so careful with my belongings. They moved me for one hour and charged me for one hour! No hidden fees, no fee for travel- straight forward and honest. No other company will do a quick move, no time minimum. Thank you- will definitely continue to use this company. read more

Damaged my new sofa en route, when moving the sofa in they positioned one of the back rests so that it fell onto the floor and broke one of the support boards as well. The team insisted it wasn't their fault, called Ricardo and still required me to pay full price. Do not recommend. read more

We had got these guys to move my stuff and to start they were there a half hour late. my husband and i moved 3/4 of our stuff from up stairs and downstairs in the house to outside to the movers.. the only big things they grabbed were the tv and the couch and they piled a bunch of stuff on top of my tv and it was completely fine before they got to it .. so my husband later in the after noon went to hook up the android box and my tv flat screen tv is busted .... i have had for 5 years and i had moved it previously 7 months back from Ontario to Alberta in the middle of winter with no issues if you do use this compant i would suggest just for dump runs as they will be late and mess up your belonging. Run away! Back in mid-October hired Ricardo Moving after a purchase that was made at an Estate sale. They broke a key that was meant to open the curio cabinet for a grandfather clock. His mover offered to replace it and would get back to me in a few days. This never happened, so I tried to contact him and he blew me off. I then contacted Ricardo directly. He assured me that he would be the one to take care of it and informed me that he was unaware of the incident. He said he would get back to me and never did. So I tried to reach his through text after a couple of weeks and calls as well, but didn't reply. I waited even longer and he answered and again blew it off and never took care of it. Seven weeks later, I have now replaced this key at my own expense. Fortunately it was inexpensive, but it could've been something that may have been more costly. I would go to someone else. read more

Ricardo gets a crew together and gets the job done. If you need a reasonably priced mover he is your guy.

I bought a small cabinet to use as a TV stand from a local furniture store and couldn't fit it in my car. It was an "as is floor model" and wasn't eligible for store delivery. Ricardo's company was recommended by the nice sales lady. I called him and two of his guys delivered my cabinet in less than two hours! His rate was more than fair and especially for a super quick, last minute request!!! read more

What a phenomenal experience with Ricardo Moving our move was a short distance Shea corridor to DC Ranch. But it was a large house move. I will admit I was concerned as Ricardo does everything on a handshake. No contracts at all. If he damages it he said he will repair or replace. They moved our entire 4 bedroom 3300sqft home in 10 hours and did it to perfection. Ricardo's crew of 4 men were exceptionally polite and took great care of our belongings. We are fully unpacked and I have to say we were not missing a thing and nothing was broken or damaged. His fixed price was also extremely reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked. read more

I was referred to Ricardo Moving by a neighbor who said they were cheap, legit and good. This was my first time using a moving company, and I was scared after reading horror stories of companies that overcharged, mistreated furniture, and wasted time. I was also put off by some companies charging a large travel fee, or a 3 hour minimum, despite the fact I was moving from a small 1 bedroom, less than 2 miles away. I trust my neighbors, so I went with Ricardo Moving, and I'm so glad I did. They were on time, pleasant, and did not waste any time loading everything up. They didn't cut corners though, everything was loaded with care, and even my most fragile items were undamaged. The rate was what we expected- no surprise charges. I would definitely use Ricardo Moving in the future, and recommend it to anyone moving. read more

This moving company is the best I have ever used and I have moved numerous times! The guys are hard workers, friendly and were able to get two huge pieces of furniture through a 31 inch door without a scratch on either. My hat is off to this company. And....... they are flexible and competitively priced. read more

These guys are amazing. Showed up 5 minutes early; great pricing by the hour, yet moved super fast throughout the move. We hired them to move our daughter out of her shared apartment. They moved the entire kitchen, living room, and her bedroom to her new place in 2.5 hours! She had a lot of stuff...We were going to do it ourselves with a u-haul; and had planned on it taking at least 8 hours. We are so happy with the professionalism and speed of Ricardo Moving. Thank you! read more

We had limited funds and they were very fast and did a great job. They moved us downstairs quickly and with great attitudes.

Wow! They made this move so much easier!!! They moved us out and moved us in within our scheduled time. The guys Santos and Alvaro were extremely quick and professional. Highly recommended and the pricing is affordable. Thank you! read more

Absolutely amazing!!! Set very fair hourly rates. They did such a good job and not one item was broken! I was very nervous because I've had such bad experiences with other companies...This move was the exact opposite of all of my others. The guys were right on time, super professional and fun! We listened to music and made what is usually an annoying and super stressful situation a great time. This moving company is the best and I highly recommend them!!! read more

Quick and easy. We had everything packed and they were able to load a two bedroom house in Chandler and deliver to a home in Paradise Valley in just under four hours. No problems with any damaged items either. We recommend for the price read more

I had a very terrible and bed experience with their service . They took the moving job told everything assembling and disassembly is part of the job but they broke my master bed during disassembling and denied to assemble it back also they were behind the schedule for 5 hours. At the beginning of July a friend gave me the card of a mover he had used last year. told me he was very reasonable. This friend had a house larger than mine and more furniture and Ricardo Moving only charged him $800.00 and they were fast and courteous. I called and asked for an estimate and he even came out on the 4th of July but he was 2 hours late. I took him through the house and he gave me an estimate of $1400.00 I told him that was more than I could afford and asked why he had only charged my friend $800.00 when he had more furniture and moved 15 miles away and I was only moving 4.3 miles. Anyway we negotiated down to $600.00 and I gave him a $200.00 cash deposit. As he was leaving he looked at my purse sitting on the kitchen island and remarked "Nice Purse" . Well it dawned on me why he had tried to jack up the price as I had a LV purse. I told him it was a gift (not a lie). The movers arrived on the day of the move and were polite, and moved pretty fast. They did point out to me they had broken a chair and my Cat condo. I was too tired to say anything just told them I would think about that later. I had purchased and anti-vibration mat to go under my washer and when I pointed out they had placed the machine crooked they said don't worry it won't move and pushed it with their hand. At that point I was so exhausted I could not think straight. I am 67 years old and on disability. I did not even start to un pack things as I was leaving for my Nieces wedding. That and several other issues prevented me from checking everything. Subsequently, I have found 2 holes in the side of my bookcase, the chair is un- fixable, and the washer does vibrate as it is not set properly on the anti vibration mat. I would never use this company again or recommend them. The comment about my purse should have been the first red flag. They were ready to price gauge me on the moving fee because I had a expensive purse. Then when they hid the damage to my bookcase and all of the other damage is just too much to bear. I will spread this to as many media websites as possible so as not to have another senior citizen or anyone else get taken advantage. read more

Outstanding team! Prompt, hard-working, great focus and attention to detail, caring and compassionate. As an extra bonus, they've worked with interior designers, so they were excellent at helping us decide where the furniture should go in our new place. read more

Nothing like scheduling a move days in advance and being stood up completely. Text the owner and hour before my scheduled noon move and got the reply "2-4". So fine maybe they're running late, but no they just decided not to show up or even call/text, anything. I just lost an extra day paying for an apartment and garage. Lessons learned are next time get a reputable business with a true website, business model, core values, and customer service. Not just some guy trying to hustle for business. read more
