Hello everyone This place is absolutely amazing you couldn't ask for better customer service and they really do care about you and your things. I have been impressed from day one. And whoever reads this I am really seeing this from the bottom of my heart this is a really good place to do business with. read more

I contacted storage for my car at $118 a month. Within a year my rate went up to $225.13 a month. Rent at your own peril. read more

Positive: Property well maintained. Good Security Negative: Bait and switch--low rates/incentives to begin rental. They give you about a year to get settled-- move in with low rent. Then..... get ready for rental increases of 10+ % a year. I was in a climate-controlled larger unit--- their rental increases far exceeded any utility rate and general CPI increases. I think they are out of Newport Beach, CA---and their rent increases are egregious. I know ownership needs to make a profit--a good rate of return on investment---but at some point businesses become pigs. I'd shop around before entering into any agreement with them--or plan to move out after a year or so. It's a hassle to move-out--they know ---it so on larger units they nail you. Not good. read more

Storage is just storage, right?! But at this location, the management team is amazingly helpful, friendly and courteous and for me, made it the location to choose. Vida and Vicki were very very helpful and professional in explaining all aspects of their facility!! Thanks again to the both of them - keep it going!! read more

We had a great experience here! Vita helped us get our storage and also to cancel. We rented there for a year and a half and never had problems. The prices were reasonable and location was convenient for us. The customer service was excellent and she was so understanding and helpful. We really appreciate kind people and businesses like yours! We will refer anyone here looking for renting a storage. Thank you and be blessed! read more

The manager onsite Vida is so nice and respectful! Also always available if for some reason you'll need to contact her regarding the unit. Units are reasonably priced and the property well secured. read more

Just got a unit and vida was very kind and made the process simple and made me feel comfortable getting a unit.

Don't rent here! They're scam artists! When I signed up for storage here I rented 2 small units. 1 for my sick mother who would be staying with us and 1 for the room of stuff she would be displacing. Fast forward a year or so later and after my Mom passed away I attempted to down size to 1 unit only to be told that I would be paying the same price, not half like I was expecting. They began to explain how I had received a promotion where I got 2 units but the are "Marketed" as one so they can somehow stay "Legal" through a loophole that limits the number of units they are "Actually allowed" to have. So just to clarify I am now expected to pay the Full price of 2 units even though I only occupy 1. I complained and was given the option of 1. Relocate to another unit that is the same size as mine and located two doors down (but somehow in their computer they can't just switch it). 2. Move out. If my only option is to come down, load up all of my stuff, just to move it to another unit, I might as well bring it back to my garage and save the $165 A MONTH!! I am choosing to move out! This is the definition of taking advantage of your customers. read more

vida is really nice helpful she help us and answer all of our questions with good deals too

Came in here today since we're in need of a storage. Door was locked. Employee opened door and advised me to come back as she was in a meeting. Could not provide me with any info. Im guessing they are doing really good since they dont mind losing a potential client. read more

Essential driver that's needs a place to hold his things. Have paid on time every time. But the price just keeps going up on my existing storage unit. So if you want to pay one price now then they will hike the price up as time goes on this is the place for you. Corporate is to blame is what I was told. I guess being a essential worker and being a good customer doesn't matter. read more

BEWARE! I would rather keep my stuff in a uhaul truck. Manager Vida is not helpful at all and will not help you. They made a mistake on a charge and never refunded my money. They will charge you with what ever they can and won't work with you even though they make a mistake. They were very unprofessional to me and im a veteran and help my wounded warriors veterans. I think I deserve at the very least an effort to solidify an issue that was caused on their end. Employee Isaac needs more training and better communication with clients. Their system is very confusing for a good reason to bill you more. I will never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone! read more

This place is awesome and the manager is a great human being. I PCS'd here in July and had to find a storage after hours, they had a kiosk I could rent a space from so I took advantage of it. Unfortunately I was unable to apply a military discount or use the first month for a dollar coupon. I had all but given up in ever getting those deals. Fast forward one month later I went to the office to pay my storage rent, after talking a bit with the manager she found out I was a soldier and gave me a military discount and even called the corporate office to have them approve the month for a dollar discount for me after the fact. That is what I call good customer service, in fact it was going above and beyond the call of service. They will always have my business and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Go to this place, you will not be disappointed. read more

This place sucks! Stay away it's a scam. These people are so freaking rude and will charge you for anything extra they can charge you for. I have never felt so robbed of my money. Every time I called the lady's vida and the other lady they were so rude and unprofessional. Save your money and go elsewhere. I have never been so unhappy with a storage service! read more
