I recommend that you do rent there I ve had my stuff stored there for a while cause can't take all to my place and the inside units are well ventilated staff there are very helpful and understanding. Pros : Place is Great both ladies charity and Brittney where very kind, and helpful. And one thing I like the most is their authenticity and realness and at the last minute when we needed a last minute upgrade on the size of storage we were placing our stuff in Brittney contacted Charity and both helped get us a bigger unit last min. So thank you so much for that you both a life savers! Cons: No much negative about this storage company that we've experienced. I will say that we tried to looking for somewhere to plug our lamp in but the outlet was outside and locked up so if your moving at night bring a flashlight or portable light. read more

I've rented a 10 x10 unit for 18 months and was just advised that my rent is being increased for the 3rd time, so I'm moving. if you decide to rent, bring your own dolly and don't expect to find parking around your unit, as the company fills its parking spaces with U-Haul rental trucks. read more

DO NOT!! leave your car nor your things here. This business is not to be trusted. My car has been broken into for the past week and NOBODY had gotten back to be about the damage and nobody can go out and send me photos for my insurance because it is too out of their way. For all I knew my car was no longer there. I was in a business trip and they were extremely unhelpful and never gave me a call back. If you don't want your things stolen and staff being shady about calling you back (for all we know one of the staff members did it) do not do business with this storage facility. We stored our apartment goods here for two months and we are very happy with the facility! We got a climate control unit which was a little misleading because they keep it at 100 in there but when moving stuff into the unit it feels MUCH hotter than that, we also had an end unit in building D but we have to park and walk the whole thing because the unit only has one public door. Other than those issues, I felt like our stuff was safe. The staff at the office are very friendly. Everyone has their our codes so I felt like it was very safe. read more

7 years ago I rented my first storage locker, today I have 6 storage lockers at this facility ... so I speak from experience ... the managers and staff have always been courteous, cooperative and care about my needs as a client ... the rental rates are very competitive and even lower than some nearby competitors ... I came to this location for a U-Haul rental, not storage. And there is a significant issue with the fact that calling is the WORST way to deal with this location. Apparently a "dispatcher" answers their phones. And apparently there are two separate phone numbers & addresses distinguishing between the storage portion & the truck rental portion. This is NOT clarified online whatsoever. Calling turned out to be more than a hassle of a nightmare. I had no problem calling to make a truck reservation. The problem came two days later when I needed to push the pick-up time ahead by two hours. Apparently calling the number listed is not going to connect you to anyone but a "dispatcher" who literally placed me on hold for 10 minutes, only to hang up on me. I called back thinking it was an accident- no. I got hung up on again. I nearly canceled my reservation & went elsewhere. The only reason I did not was because I was FINALLY able to get someone who was willing to listen & help on the line after being told "we will have a manager call you back". Why do I have to speak to a manager just to change a pickup time from 9am to 11am when the reservation was already made?? And come to find out- this location has TWO different addresses & phone numbers. One for storage & one for truck rentals. Which is NOT listed online. You only get the storage facility contact via online. This does not help when a reservation has already been made & one needs to call to verify or make any changes to it. How is it that I could call the number listed to make the reservation, yet when I need to call to make a change to the reservation, I suddenly am contacting a dispatcher who is telling me I need to call a different number for the truck rentals that isn't even listed??? So, after a frustrating two hour ordeal of being placed on "hold" (hung up on multiple times) I was FINALLY able to speak to someone after having to wait for a return phone call- JUST to make a change to the pickup time. While the initial process was a pain, I will absolutely give credit where due, and the employee(s) present at my time of pickup & drop-off were MORE than pleasant, friendly & helpful. Those two ladies made the experience worth giving this facility a better rating. I wish their "dispatch" line/department would take their lead & example. Their 24 hour courtesy call was also appreciated... until I was told, "we might not have the truck you reserved available & you might have to go to another location to pick it up." WHAT?! I specifically chose this location because of the vicinity & availability of the rental! Luckily, the truck was there & ready, but I can't help but be less than impressed I made a reservation more than a week in advance to suddenly be told it might not be available a day prior to the scheduled rental. Overall, those ladies present at the front desk made this rental worth the hassle of the initial reservation. And those ladies are the ONLY reason I would repeat business. The truck was clean. The rental was easy (at the office). But the fact that this facility has one number & address listed when it is in fact two DIFFERENT entities is stupid & needs to be fixed. As well as the horrible customer service & flaky reservation details that are clearly not solid & subject to change. No one wants to deal with that hassle & if it were not for those two ladies who made this experience worth the initial hassle, this review would be a 1 star. I would definitely NOT deal with this location for a storage unit if a truck rental was that much of a pain to reserve & verify or even make a slight change. read more

We have had great luck working with Advantage Storage in Avondale. We first reserved our unit online and on the phone from California. Then for a while, we had two units and now are back down to one unit in the climate controlled area. Staff is terrific, the units are protected, and we have had no access or cleanliness issues. read more

I signed the contract for a storage unit of 5 by 5 about two months ago. The lady in the counter that received us was very helpful and informative. The service that the company provided is good, but whenever we would go and ask the man clerk that sits in the office for some assistance, like opening the bathroom or any other task, he would do it but always with an attitude, this guy did not have the first clue about what good customer service is. besides that, we never had any issues until yesterday. At around 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon. My mother and I Arrived with the Idea of getting some real heavy boxes inside the storage, Anyway this time I asked the clerk for the dolly. He said it was it was located at the very end of the last storage building ( there is a couple of them). I went all the way to the back and found nothing. I went back to the main office and asked the clerk if he could please show me exactly where the dolly was. He said with an attitude I told you! is all the way to the back!. I told him that I had gone as fast as the lot went and even checked every single unit from the inside and behind the dumpsters. That's when I started to get upset and told him that I wasn't going to make another useless trip. He said fine I'll get it, he began to curse and even dropped the F-bomb. He finally got out of his chair, got inside a golf car near and drove off. I waited for him and on the way back he was so upset and driving so fast that part of the dolly flew out of the golf car, he stopped to pick it up and brought it back. on top of that, the dolly was damaged and didn't even roll properly. it looked like it may have been in the actual garbage... who knows?. His job is the easiest in the world, he sits in a chair and checks people in and out, how hard can his job be?, I know many people that break their back and would love to have a job so relaxed. After this, we decided it that we had enough and instead of storing things in, we would store out and end the contract altogether. It's sad that clerks like him give companies like this one a bad name. The hiring managers have to pay more attention to their personnel... What a slacker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I had a storage here for 4 months. This was by far the best Storage facility I've ever used and ive used more than four others. The facility is always clean and well kept. The staff is always professional and very pleasant. The rates are very reasonably priced. I definitely recommend More Store for anyone who needs a storage facility, shirt or long term.
