We have a 5x5 unit that was advertised as $15 a month and then after 2 months jumped to $79?!? How does that even make any sense. They says it's to maintain the property but they are currently selling a unit the same size for $20. They get you into an affordable agreement and then change it with no option. Do not rent here read more

I had an original contract for a 10 X 20 unit that was $127 a month and now my monthly rental is $284 a month, how does this happen? Within nine months, They have raised the rental price two times? I have gone on there site and I see that they have 2 - 10 x 20 storage unit is only $90 a month? read more

Consistence rate hikes! 3 months@170.00 4 months @322.00 jumps to 435.00 2 months. Vacated unit. On auto pay and every month states unit is delinquent. Would only rent short term, 3 months or less as they will continue to raise rates. read more

Beware!!! Once you have been in the unit for 3 or four months then they hike the rent 3 times the rental. This is basically a bait and switch operation. Do not fall for the low initial rate as they will triple the rental soon after. I will report them to the BBB and Attorney General. This is not a one time rental increase "to keep up with the supply and demands of the market" but as planned premeditated underhanded way of doing business. This is verifiable as one can scan the past reviews and see that this is what they did back in 2024 also. Bruce read more

BEWARE!!! People who gave them good reviews mostly only did it within the first few months of renting - before they jack the rental fees up to as much as 200%! This company is excellent at getting you in with no contracts and fair pricing. They are very friendly and professional. However, after just a few months they sent me a notice that my storage unit was being increased to keep up with the supply and demands of the market. I can understand a small increase, but my monthly fee went from $64.50 to $160. That's a 150%! I even called thinking this was a mistake, but it was not. Interestingly they still have these rates for new customers renting. If you're only looking for a short-term rental - they are great, but anything longer and they will "stick it to you" I have used other storage places for years in other locations and only experienced modest increases. read more

DO NOT EVER RENT A STORAGE UNIT FROM THIS FUCKING COMPANY!!! US Storage in Peoria, AZ specifically!! This company/location has VERY SHIFTY business practices. We moved our storage to this location due to a very reasonable monthly rate & were assured, when we inquired, that that rate was not a promotional rate & that it would remain the same. Well lo & behold, two months later, we noticed that our automatic payment to them TRIPLED IN PRICE!!! We travel full-time & had left AZ & were in Alabama, so we called to inquire about the insanely jacked up rate & were met over the phone by the apparent manager, Andrew, who is a smarmy, lying POS. Andrew is the epitome of a corporate, low level manager who has ZERO actual customer service ability. At first look, the grounds are clean, but on returning to our storage unit...RAT SHIT is on every goddamn box. Absolutely NO PEST/VERMIN CONTROL. If I could give ZERO STARS I absolutely would!!! US Storage...you SUCK & should seriously revisit how you lure customers in with bait & switch tactics. You should also hire some people with actual customer service skills & not ones who lie to your face while actually smiling at you. read more

I made a payment and jay was very nice and helpful great customer service 100% recommend.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but in this case, I couldn't just sit back and not say something. By far the worst customer service I've ever had. The property manager is entitled and tries to gaslight you into believing the "going rate" is 3x higher than it actually is. They raise your rates every few months and after a year you'll be paying 200% of your original cost. The corporate office makes false promises and doesn't communicate well with the local management. There are a dozen better options within a 3 mile radius. I run several companies and we use storage units all over the valley, this has been by far the worst one I've ever used. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. read more

Although customer service had been decent in the past, I can't get over the fact that increase in pricing by over 150% is inevitable. When calling in to try and figure why this is, they say it's to keep up with the current market. However, when I look for quotes at other companies down the road and around the area- all of their pricing is HALF of what US Storage charges. Yes, the pricing had been lower when I first rented from them but the drastic/immediate increase with reasoning that makes zero sense is ridiculous. Looking at other reviews from the past, it looks like they've been doing this to other customers for a while. I recommend finding other storage units down the road at a cheaper rate and without the pricing hassle. read more

I have been with US Storage for a long time now and their new manager AJ was unwilling to help my family by accepting my past due rent and allowing me to cover this month's rent in the next week. Not only was he not willing to help despite my time with US Storage but he refused to help get me connected to anyone else who would. The previous manager was always so gracious and helpful. Be careful AJ does not provide good customer care. read more

JAY IS THE BEST!!! This place is great and will keep your stuff safe. Definitely recommend.

We reserved and paid for a storage unit on 2/14, arrived to check in on 2/23 with a large U-Haul truck full and 3 more trucks to find out they were closed due to a staffing issue. We called the number and no one could help us get access to our storage unit and just said sorry. We had to scramble and find another storage facility while we were all sitting in limbo. Very disappointed in the irresponsibility and lack of customer service. read more

was satisfied until I went to pay bill and their rate went up 100% without me agreeing to it was paying 116 a month then out of blue they charging 202 a month without me agreeing to it or letting me have a option to downsize. not cool read more

I looked around and they had what I wanted at the right price. Facility is clean which is very important to me. Manager was really pleasant to work with. Not much more you can say about a storage. Only problem I had is website isn't the easiest to use. read more

I was extremely impressed with US Storage Centers. I rented a unit for 4 months this past summer. Lucas, the property manager, was very helpful throughout our entire rental from beginning to end. They helped me get the best rate (less than competitors), held the spot for me and gave me all the information I needed to end the rental. The conditions of the facility and my unit were great as well. I felt safe having my stuff here and was able to access it whenever I needed. I have had bad experiences with storage units adding on fees or charging after I left, so I was pleased to find that US Storage Centers doesn't try to get more out of people after they leave. I would definitely use them again! read more

I have a storage unit here. We were a couple days late paying. They locked us out of our unit. They give you no warning nothing and offer no help even after payment is made. Their customer service is terrible here we're definitely going to take our business elsewhere read more

If you are looking for a storage center, this is the place to do. Conveniently located, reasonably priced, and managed by a fabulous and caring young man. If I could give more stars I would. Lucas is absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! He has customer service skills beyond EXCELLENT. He went out of his way to help me when I was researching storage facilities. Upon my move-in he helped me by giving the movers advice on how to fill the unit...the movers were clueless. Thank God for Lucas. He is extremely personable, professional and goes that extra-mile to help his clients as well as potential clients. Thank you Lucas. You're one of a kind. :-) read more

I'm happy with the service I receive here. Great price for the unit I locked up for the month. Lucas was the manager working when I came by; he showed me around and helped me pick a unit that would work best for my moving/storage needs. East to get in and out. Close to the freeway which is nice, for me anyway. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to keep their stuff. read more

Lucas, thank you for following up and following through. You made finding the right storage facility and unit easy for us during our challenging move. We highly recommend your facility to anyone looking for a good price for a storage unit but most importantly, great customer service. read more

I have only been in the unit for just over 7 months and they have already increased the rent by 22 bucks per month. This is unacceptable and not a good business model. I cannot wait to get my stuff out and will never recommend this place again. read more

Lucas was so helpful in choosing the correct storage unit for us! I shopped around for the perfect location and price and we found it.

I thought the process of renting another storage space would be disappointing but I must admit the customer service here was excellent. Lucas explained all the options, showed me two units and I was on my way with a storage unit ready to fill. read more

My husband and I just moved here from up north and Todd was very welcoming and helpful! He called us the day before our arrival to see if we had any questions or concerns about our reservation that we had made a few days earlier. The facility was clean and my husband liked the fact that there was a manager that lived on site to watch over the place after hours. Overall, great experience!! read more

If you have stuff to store - this is the place to store it! I was in need of a unit and fast - Todd (the manager) took exceptionally good care of my situation. He took me around in his golf cart to any of the units I wanted to see, was excited, happy, and just warm hearted. He kept the units clean and well kept even though nothing was in them (yet). His prices were amazing for my budget. He even kept his lock on my unit until I was ready to move in to make sure no one else would put anything in it. He lives on site and is always excited to see his customers. He has moving essentials available in his office for purchase and has great recommendations for movers. I feel so comfortable knowing my valuables are under surveillance 24-7 and under a personal watchful eye. read more

Awesome service, great prices and the manager Lucas is very friendly. Will suggest to rent from these guys

The owner is super friendly and helpful with setting up auto pay. Haven't had an issue thus far with the unit employees are friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a storage unit. read more

I went through and read most of the reviews and took note to read all of the reviews that were less than 3 stars. I can't speak for those customers because I don't know their circumstance or their situation. I can only speak on my behalf and my experience with the facility, the property manager, and my storage unit. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Lucas, the property manager, has been so gracious to me and is a fantastic communicator. Twice now the trucking company who dropped off my shipments did not communicate well with me but whenever they showed up Lucas communicated with me, listened to the situation, and made sure to take care of the situation with professionalism and utmost customer service. I needed a storage unit upgrade and he was prompt and gave me a tour of the new unit right away and ensured that it exceeded my expectations. I'm sad that I'll be moving locations soon because Lucas takes such good care of me and other customers, but he's already put in a good word to the next storage unit facility I'll be transferring to!! He really goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. If you're looking for a well run, friendly, professional just personable place, US Storage Centers Peoria is the place to go to. Thank you so much for the amazing service!! read more

Todd was super helpful and what a nice guy! He drove me to the area where my unit was reserved and gave me my pick of the available spaces. He's made this process super easy and I really appreciate that. I love that I can make my payments online too! I had to come back and edit. When I was leaving, he not only showed me the locking system and demonstrated it to make sure I knew how to use it, I forgot to go put my lock on. He drove it over and put my lock on and brought the keys back to me. It's super hot out and I'm pregnant so I extra appreciated that. Excellent customer service. read more
