The day of the auction no…read moreone was in the office, thenext day no one was in the office and i received no calls the storage unit that was won the unit, I came back the next no one was in the office and no sign saying when they would be back so I called the number on the I spoke agent and I explained to the second day in a row that I came there and no one has answered my calls and I am here to pick up a storage unit. I sat in the parking lot for an additional as well as leaving a message on still no reply. I called again and told them that I have exhausted all avenues, and I can't get a hold of since I can't get a hold of am not gonna clean it. I can't there's no way to get in that I left. I came back to the next day and someone was actually in the the storage unit went a couple of days to clean it out. Meanwhile, I looked at my account and StorageTreasures suspended and I asked why they said that it was banned from the property because I did not pick up the unit and I was disgruntled, which was not the truth. I basically said that there's no way I can get in here and since there's no way, I won't be coming my time. Come two weeks later trying to get my account cleared back up to no avail. I finally get a hold of someone and they said that the general manager of their store said that I never came by and cleaned it out, which is a lie their paperwork say I paid for it. I even have the security code to get up there if they at videos they would see that I cleaned it out and I big moving truck that I bought everything too the dump how they can say that I did not clean it out is ridiculous. I have proof and yet they do not clear my name. I am still waiting for them to mistake. This storage unit is located at 4423 N 24th St. phoenix, Az They are never in their office and there are no signs on the saying when they will be there. We only have a certain amount of time that we are required to clean out a storage unit place is not open during normal hours. until someone StorageTreasures to remove my suspension that they placed I would not from here. You will be waiting outside for hours with no viable phone numbers. You have to call the as if renting a unit and tell them what the problem is so they can transfer you for this person to say that it was not cleaned and I didn't even come in. That's a blatant lie. I've got the receipt so if you can't do your job correctly, you shouldn't have it.

As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

When I arrived at the facility, the unit I reserved was no longer available, office staff put me in a slightly larger unit outside for the same rate. I was grateful and very appreciative for working to find a unit on the property. All this took place Late '25, I just received (March '26) a notice that the unit price is increasing 50%. I contacted Customer service about the enormous increase and was told "Market increase". Yes, they did give me a 30-day notice, but this is an underhanded increase. CS did say they could try to look for alternative discounts that may apply to me... Yes, CS said they could "Try"... a good company would do that immediately when contacted. Boy I sure don't want to put them out at all. Ultimately nothing was done to address this unprecedented 50% increase. I will point out I am a Autopay customer, never late, no issues. The locals may be nice and friendly but corporate is disconnected and only wants your money. Buyer BEWARE, they will screw you down the line. I would not recommend.

I seriously, have so many numbers stored. The ease of using the app, makes me enjoy the place. I have to stop at giving a Five star review because of timing. The entrances time is between 6 AM to 9 PM, that would seem like a lot of time but for me it isn't. I WFH and I log in at 6:30. Job #3 I go in at 6 PM. There is little to no time for me to get to my unit. That is a drawback to me. I just need the hours extended a little more. Besides that the place is great.
