We started our adventure a few months back for an 10x8 unit for roughly $100 total a month. After a…read morecouple of months, they raised our rent for the same unit to $200, the reason given in the email notification was the first few months were priced as an introductory offering. When we singed up, nothing in the process neither in writing nor verbally was communicated with us about an "introductory offer." I called and asked to speak to a manager about this bait and switch. The agent on site said he may call me back tomorrow. After 3 days, still no call. I called back, a different agent on site said oh yeah, we are reducing your rate to $143 a month. I'm almost certain had I not called back, nothing would've changed. Buyer be ware.

This place was horrible. We used the unit for about 8 months, when I went to get my stuff out, it…read morewas covered in a thick layer of dust, bugs, spider webs, and water marks from rain. There was never anyone in the office when we went to try to pay them and they never answered the phone when we were transferred to them by the phone reps in corporate. They also refused to let us pay by card, they made us pay cash always. We had to use one of their locks, could not bring our own, and theirs are overpriced. The area is rough as well and more than once there were drug addicts just walking through the facility. Did not feel safe pregnant and by myself. I was floored when we would go the hours they were supposed to be open and they would turn us away because, "they're closing early" multiple times. Never will use again.
