The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.

It's 2 stories, theres an elevator for second floor. I got first floor and the storage locker was very accessible. I had to buy my own lock at Walmart. But they have them available to buy there. Jorge was very helpful, explained everything throughly. It was a great experience. Jorge is very outgoing, patient & personable. The only downside is storage is expensive now. I got a 10x10 for over $200. They have both climate controlled and outside storage units. Opens at 6 am and closes at 9 pm. I have my own personal access code to gate. Not knowing it was 2, 5x10 units the office called me to inform me what I had booked. They were super friendly and changed my unit, as well as get me as close as possible to my sister-in-law's unit so I can remove my stuff from hers, as she no longer needs it. My last bit of fun, and it is my last, was the panicked call tell ing me that they cut my lock off "accidentally". They promised that they didn't open the unit and that they would provide a lock. The lock they put on was your typical cheap padlock, not the shrouded lock that I had on there. No more. Bye!
