We called them up immediately to get pricing, availability, answering questions, providing our inventory list, timeframe of move & so much more. The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.

I used to dread going down to even make a payment but I honestly can say she has made all the difference in this facility no more unsavory people hanging out, no more trash and debris everywhere, and it seems the employees are alot more eager to help and take care of you when you go there! Pam always says hi and makes a point to make conversation with anyone who drives up into the lot I can only assume it would deter anyone who might be doing something they shouldn't pretty smart Pam! The last time, I got these at 7:15 and it was closed. Repeated attempts to call them were useless as nobody answered. I went to get a bagel and visited the bank. Back at 7:45, still nothing. The hardwood floor guy that stores his trailer there bears witness to this. Want emergency or after-hours service? Forget it, they're not going to answer the phone and won't arrange it. How to they maintain the units? Not too well. Sure, they paint the outside and seal the parking lot. My door seals are shot and dust and water has gotten in. Everything is dusty and dirty. My last bit of fun, and it is my last, was the panicked call tell ing me that they cut my lock off "accidentally". They promised that they didn't open the unit and that they would provide a lock. The lock they put on was your typical cheap padlock, not the shrouded lock that I had on there. No more. Bye!
