I mean United States veteran and I was totally disrespected the worst I've ever been by Colleen her husband on the other hand was very respectful and good customer service!! Now granite I'm not going to say that I was the perfect tenant because I was there a little bit too long but I was working the whole time I was there and she said that I was sleeping overnight which was not the case and she also went into my unit without me in there because I didn't lock my unit the right way so she decided that she would take it upon herself to go inside of it which is totally illegal, worst storage facility I ever rented from, and will never rent from them again, and advise other people not to rent there

I rented a unit from these people a couple months back. I thought about their security that relies…read moresolely on the gate code. I figured I'd give it a try. They gave me a unit clear in the back right next to a wash. Then a month or so ago they called and told me my unit had been broken into. I stopped by after work that day to assess what was missing. They told me that I had to file a police report and claim with their second party insurance company so I promptly did so. I had to leave my Unit key at the front desk so they could let the vendor replace the door, which took about two months. I inquired about moving to a different unit that was closer to the front so they put me on the wait list. A couple weeks later they called and said they had one available, but it was $25/month more. I declined as I wasn't leaving and returning, just moving units. I don't see how they can justify the up charge for the same size unit. The insurance company sent me a notice they were still pending coverage verification. I asked the storage manager what they needed, they were absolutely no help and referred me back to the insurance company. Circle of service I guess. Fast forward to today. I get an email stating they were going to raise my monthly fees! No thanks. I'll be moving out before the increase takes effect. Oh, as my son and I were leaving, we noticed two more units that had been broken into. Their security is nil! These people have absolutely NO empathy.
