Her name is Pam and I want to commend her she has cleaned the place up significantly! I used to dread going down to even make a payment but I honestly can say she has made all the difference in this facility no more unsavory people hanging out, no more trash and debris everywhere, and it seems the employees are alot more eager to help and take care of you when you go there! Pam always says hi and makes a point to make conversation with anyone who drives up into the lot I can only assume it would deter anyone who might be doing something they shouldn't pretty smart Pam! They literally lie, speak to customers as if they are incompetent, raise rates extensively, and steal your money. 1st Lie- Before move in, manager Ray told me on the phone that once my rate went up I could call and they would, as a curtesy, drop it back down to the online rate. When I moved in, employee Cruz said the same thing. When my rate went up I called and manager James was super rude, basically called me a liar, said I had no proof and should have got it in writing, and he wasn't going to help me (his words). So I was stuck paying double what I was quoted and treated very disrespectfully over the phone. 2nd lie- I scheduled my move out in advance and asked to extend my payment date. Employee Elaine handled my requests on the phone and assured me no problem. However, she somehow did not schedule my move out or extension in the system so I got charged and extra month beyond my move out day and my account overdrawn because she did not enter the extension either. 3rd Lie - After I was charged a whole other month due to their mistake, I called to complain and get it fixed. Spoke to manager Kyle. He said I could reschedule my move out and when I moved out I could get a "prorated refund." When I moved out I called about the refund (since I scheduled my move out appropriately but they made the mistake of not entering it correctly). The woman on the phone said extra space does not give refunds. They refused to refund me half a month that they mistakenly charged me for! No accountability, no ownership on promises, no common curtesy or decency, and definitely no respect or professionalism. If you want to get ripped off and lied to, this is the place.

Please don't. Just.. don't. Convenient? Yes. Friendly? Yes. Cheap? Only at first. The first two…read moremonths that is. After that, expect the rent rate to double at a minimum.. then what will you do.. spend money to hire people to move you entirely out? No. They got you, and they are allowed to do this. Is it right? No. Other places don't do this, like U-Haul, Self Storage... they are pricier up front but when you average it over 12 months.. take the mean cost.. it's cheaper. Then.. have you ever missed a payment on ANY bill in your life? You think the contract follows govt rules? Bet again. This location specifically will violate your rights and flat out lie about it. They will give you the run around, specifically gave me a phone number "to corporate" that was out of service, then made me speak to a poor girl on the phone that had no idea what was happening she was just a front desk girl, the coward manager wouldn't talk anymore because she knew she was in the wrong... missed one payment and THEY AUCTIONED OFF EVERYTHJNG. I got a text message saying "thank you for being a loyal customer". Oh I'd say they should have probably picked someone more ignorant than myself to do this to... but then again I would also guess they do this a lot. Just so happens I am a fantastic record keeper and have a lot of time on my hands as well as resources. Do YOURSELF a solid by going somewhere else, though. Because ethics matter when you store items that matter.. otherwise you wouldn't be storing them, right? You'd just give them up in the first place. This company has an entire side business making money off auctioning off units. If it's part of their annual revenue, and they rely on it... don't do it. They either take your money through rent or they take your money by selling your stuff and they don't give a sh*t. No f@cks given. Don't take the chance. It's like a dental office that gives you a candy bag on your way out.
