Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. Anyways, calling a manager at this local won't resolve the issue because he failed to resolve it in the first place. All I wanted was a receipt in my possession for money given as a deposit. Clearly, he wanted to do something with the money. Now, I'm fighting with the 3rd party involved, StorageTreasure to return money they took for the sale of the unit at ExtraSpace. Storage Treasures says they have reached out twice without a return call. Again, show misdeeds. Management is being vindictive. My experience here isn't a good one, and I would not recommend dealing with management here.
