Anyways, calling a manager at this local won't resolve the issue because he failed to resolve it in the first place. All I wanted was a receipt in my possession for money given as a deposit. Clearly, he wanted to do something with the money. Now, I'm fighting with the 3rd party involved, StorageTreasure to return money they took for the sale of the unit at ExtraSpace. Storage Treasures says they have reached out twice without a return call. Again, show misdeeds. Management is being vindictive. My experience here isn't a good one, and I would not recommend dealing with management here.

Our things were dropped off. The thing is that NONE of my things were even picked up from my storage unit. It turns out they stole someone else's belongings from the same facility! They charged us for stealing another person's possessions and held it hostage for payment from us! They didn't even do the job that they were hired to do to begin with!!!
