These people are amazing in how they treat the people utilizing the storage service they provide…read more I contacted Judy to discuss renting a 10'x20' storage unit which quickly turned into 2 of these units. As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

This place was horrible. We used the unit for about 8 months, when I went to get my stuff out, it…read morewas covered in a thick layer of dust, bugs, spider webs, and water marks from rain. There was never anyone in the office when we went to try to pay them and they never answered the phone when we were transferred to them by the phone reps in corporate. They also refused to let us pay by card, they made us pay cash always. We had to use one of their locks, could not bring our own, and theirs are overpriced. The area is rough as well and more than once there were drug addicts just walking through the facility. Did not feel safe pregnant and by myself. I was floored when we would go the hours they were supposed to be open and they would turn us away because, "they're closing early" multiple times. Never will use again.
