As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

We have been reliable customers as we have been here for years and as we have grown we have moved to larger and larger units. As soon as we moved to the largest unit the ladies in the office who were previously very nice will no longer receive our FedEx deliveries but will instead go out of their way to refuse them and send them back or give us 24 hr access. It would seem they no longer value reliable customers. If this Extra Space Storage wants to improve their customer service these ladies should be fired.

I was able to pull my car into the secure facility, grab a dolly and move my things quickly and securely to my storage unit. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. However, the luxury is that you can drive your car INTO THE BUILDING and unload your car in the air conditioning and park in the shade while you unpack. It's insanely perfect for the hot Arizona climate and we love, love it! While we reserved our unit online, we ended up going into the office for our keys and a quick tour. David was our contact and he was STUPENDOUS. He was more than helpful. He explained all the protocols and offered to help us get closer to the working elevator since we were moving immediately. He killed it on sales and customer service and we stuck with the bigger unit because we realized we'll store more here than usual since it's convenient and so comfortable to access. Further, we feel totally safe in this until, unpacking is a breeze and only other storage people are around. We are in a community of people who are all packing, moving and storing items and CARE. They hustle their carts to us when they are done, they hold the door on the elevator for us, and they wish us well. (It's 100% different than the hot, sweaty, dusty mess of panhandlers and homeless camps outside our last storage unit.) And yes, this is in the middle of Central Phoenix on 19th Avenue and Northern, super convenient for us. The only downside is that there are only 3 carts that we could find. So if it was busy, you have to wait. I think they might want to grab 5-6 carts for weekend traffic.

This is a huge inconvenience because it makes accessing the majority of the units impossible while entering with many trucks, trailers and moving vehicles. The fact that out rates (two units) have more than doubled in a year, and not maintaining the property/units is not acceptable. We have spoke with many other tenants while there and they are equally or more frustrated. We have heard a couple stories much worse than ours. It's not surprising why so many people have been moving out lately. While it may be convenient to our home we will be finding somewhere else with better staff and facilities.
