As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

We have been reliable customers as we have been here for years and as we have grown we have moved to larger and larger units. As soon as we moved to the largest unit the ladies in the office who were previously very nice will no longer receive our FedEx deliveries but will instead go out of their way to refuse them and send them back or give us 24 hr access. It would seem they no longer value reliable customers. If this Extra Space Storage wants to improve their customer service these ladies should be fired.

I was able to pull my car into the secure facility, grab a dolly and move my things quickly and securely to my storage unit. I know there are a ton of "storage facilities", and prices are pretty similar. But for the level of service, I'd definitely recommend Extra Space. And ask for Michelle!

They have completely lost sight of how to deal with the public and only know their "corporate rules" and how to shove them down your throat. They walked the yard and garage with me to scope out what needecd to be done. They are clearly intelligent and cleaned it all up - even the non-marked stuff. There was no need for me to hover over their efforts. They quickly and efficiently loaded their truck to cart it all away. These two men were more than competent, strong, knowledgable (they informed me of the other services their company provides) and pleasant! This is a huge inconvenience because it makes accessing the majority of the units impossible while entering with many trucks, trailers and moving vehicles. The fact that out rates (two units) have more than doubled in a year, and not maintaining the property/units is not acceptable. We have spoke with many other tenants while there and they are equally or more frustrated. We have heard a couple stories much worse than ours. It's not surprising why so many people have been moving out lately. While it may be convenient to our home we will be finding somewhere else with better staff and facilities.
