Do not store your things in this place! Ever since this new…read morecompany took this over the service has been horrible. The new management does not have any knowledge of customer service whatsoever and has yet to figure out how to use their software. They have completely lost sight of how to deal with the public and only know their "corporate rules" and how to shove them down your throat. The previous management actually smiled, were courteous, and always helpful...we have been with Storage Solutions for over 10 years and the woman behind the desk never took that into consideration when throwing the new "corporate rules" at us. We are now looking for a new storage unit location...I recommend you do the same.

And they don't care at all let you suffer in the unit alone and just say damn that's crazy it's apart of it. No help no feeling bad no trying to fix anything just says that's crazy call your insurance. And this is all stuff money can't buy. I left all my valuable paperwork for my business in my storage and a bunch of personal family memories and pictures so much personal and important stuff. Im okay with stuff happening it happens but the disrespect I felt this day with my mother was insane. Never never never go with this company so many other company's out there. And i understand it's the desert, rats happen. Just the disrespect we felt from this day is absurd.

The staff has always treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect, and I've always felt like they actually care about their customers--not just the units they rent. Value is a top priority to me ,as it is most, and they definitely make sure your Dollar goes the mile! What has meant the most to me is how seriously they have taken the security of my belongings and my privacy. After a relationship ended, I had an ex who had previously been authorized to access my storage unit. When that situation changed and I no longer wanted him to have access, the staff took my concerns seriously and helped make sure my unit and belongingS a a were protected. I felt listened to, respected, and safe rather than being made to feel like I was causing a problem. Over five years, I've consistently had positive experiences here. Having a storage facility where you can trust the people running it makes such a difference, especially when you're storing things that are important to you. I absolutely recommend Dollar Self Storage and am very grateful for the way they have treated me over the years. Five stars! * also they consistently have new account deals like 1-2 free months - dont forget to ask! Thanks robert & staff !!!
