The rate you see online will NOT be what you pay. My monthly rate DOBLED after a few months. No notice or anything. Then I call for help and nobody can assist. The rate is the rate. I was told I had to speak to the District Manager, he never called me back. I was told there's nothing anyone can do at all and it's market rate. It's a SCAM. 100% scam. DO NOT rent here or you will pay more than advertised. Can't rate 0 stars but I would! read more

Elevator broken in there multilevel storage facility. A sign stating it will be fixed in MAY??? That is a month away!!! Using stairs with large furniture sucks!! I understand equipment brakes but be aware. Only one elevator and if this goes down you better be ready for back-breaking work. read more

I have been using this facility for three months now and it was a little unclear on how to set up online payments, so I decided to just go into the office and pay there. They have decent office hours so I thought it would not be a problem... So far, I have been proven wrong. Two out of the three months I've been renting a unit from them, the office has been closed when I try to stop in. In the middle of the day, the office would be closed with a sign promising me that would be back in a few hours. My experience has not been very convenient and I'm really hoping to be able to leave this facility in a few months. Otherwise, everything has been good which is why I'm comfortable giving them two stars. read more

I had to knock off some stars because there was a lot of confusion with the monthly payments to Storquest. I guess when they moved me to a larger unit, they forgot to transfer my student discount so I got overcharged one month. I called Tammy and she promised to credit it back to me (it was only like a 17 dollar difference) for the following month. The following month I was charged the correct monthly amount but no credit back. When I confronted them about the situation they first got very defensive and said that I made a mistake in my calculations and they didn't owe me anything. After I explained to them the situation and told them I had all the dates and receipts as proof they admitted their mistake but said they couldn't override the system, that only a manager could do it... basically giving me the impression they weren't willing to do it. I also felt like they overcharged me when they initially upgraded me to the larger room because the numbers weren't matching up with what I had calculated, but it was only like a couple dollar difference so I decided to let it go. Honestly, the monetary value isn't as important as the principle of the matter. If I'm paying almost 300 bucks and I ask for a small credit back from a mistake on their part, I don't think it's asking much... and I am a student after all! Sure I lost 25ish bucks, but I lost a lot more in time, effort and frustration trying to figure out if and why I was being overcharged from what's on my contract. read more

I have three different units at StorQuest and have nothing but good things to say about this location. As many other reviewers have noted, the staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, and made our move in the Arizona summer a little more bearable. The facility is in a convenient and quiet location across from a police station. The interior air cooled areas are clean, and much like other storage facilities, they include moving carts for the interior storage units. On more than one occasion, we were impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Simple thoughtful gestures like periodically checking on us to see if we needed help during moving, bringing a cold water bottle on a hot afternoon, or giving us a break on storage fees when we miscalculated our storage unit needs went along way. I would highly recommend this location when considering a storage unit. read more

Have had a storage unit with them for about 5 years. Never late on payments and they increase monthly rate consistency. I am done when it hit $140 per month. I do NOT recommend them. Also not garbage bins to use they will not pay for them on sight. Also I could not access my unit twice due to the security system not working properly denying me access to my unit. read more

I worked with Deserie to complete the process of ending the use of one of my storage units. She is an absolute dream to work with and I discovered her wonderful sense of humor, we had a few laughs. I would give her 5 million stars if the system allowed for it. read more

DeAvon was an absolute life saver. We lost our keys to the storage unit and needed to get into the the unit on the weekend. The manager was able to help us by grinding down the lock and getting us into the unit within an hour. The staff at this location have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. read more

If you are into dirty storage units and significant rent increases every 9 months then this is the place for you. We have the larger unit so I can store my boat inside and my wifes work supplies and it is constantly filthy with dirt and crap that blows in. When she asked to have the door seals replaced, they are always to busy to meet her to have them done. Going somewhere else! read more

It was very easy to book online and work with Toni to get my unit all set up. I was disappointed when I called to set up the Free Truck and Driver they offer as a additional value. I was told that since the truck was broken down, they did not offer that service. As a single woman looking to move belongings to the unit, this was one of the main reasons I choose this facility. I wish I had been told this when I signed my lease. Now, I have to spend additional money on renting a truck to move my belongings. As a suggestion, I would recommend that StorQuest come up with an alternative, rent a truck for the business as this is a service you offer. I still have to clean a room at my hotel when a housekeeper calls out sick. read more

We've been storing here for 3 months now and everything has been great. Getting everything initiated was fast and easy. The staff is very friendly. Accessing our things has been easy. The refrigerated building is rather refreshing just to be in when hauling things, and its nice to know your stuff isn't getting damaged by the heat. Its located in a nice area, I feel safe being there even at odd hours. And from my research they had the best prices in the area. no hesitations to recommend. read more
