As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

On several occasions, Greg Douglas has made inappropriate sexual comments and advances towards me, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I repeatedly asked Greg to stop making these comments and advances, but he persisted. My last interaction with your manager he gave me an ultimatum to either find a new storage facility or have sex with him also letting me know that the wife said it's OK. He then gave me 2 days to clear out my belongings in which i was informed i could not bring anyone with me onto the property to help. On my last day at 5 pm Greg then began texting me saying he was locking the gates and I had no way out. Why he would say this I have no idea other than some jealous rage from me leaving and turning him down once again. I've been a customer at Cactus Self Storage for 5 years, longer than your management team and I'm completely disgusted with this kind of behavior.

My vehicles have been robbed even a large amount of cash from one which was left there overnight because they had cameras but apperantly was not working that night. Another one of my vehicles titles was transfered into an employee's name who was later arrested for fraud but is still staying there in the main house and I just had to file another police report because a new employee of there has managed to get a list of myguns with serial numbers and was overheard on a phone call selling the information. The company I work for has had a unit here since it was originally a CubeSmart. Since we started…read morerenting the unit we have had 24 hr access and they accepted our FedEx deliveries. We have been reliable customers as we have been here for years and as we have grown we have moved to larger and larger units. As soon as we moved to the largest unit the ladies in the office who were previously very nice will no longer receive our FedEx deliveries but will instead go out of their way to refuse them and send them back or give us 24 hr access. It would seem they no longer value reliable customers. If this Extra Space Storage wants to improve their customer service these ladies should be fired.

I showed up to drop off some things and she greeted me when I arrived, showed me how the entry process worked and walked me to my unit. Was super impressed with the level of service from Michelle. I was able to pull my car into the secure facility, grab a dolly and move my things quickly and securely to my storage unit. I know there are a ton of "storage facilities", and prices are pretty similar. But for the level of service, I'd definitely recommend Extra Space. And ask for Michelle!

AVOID THIS PLACE! There is one SUPER weird lady who drives around on a golf cart and eavesdrops on…read moreyou while you are in your unit. If she hears silence, she rolls up on you and tells you "You can't hang out here". Because I just love hanging out in 110° + storage unit right ? I was harassed every time I went into my unit, and then they restricted my access hours without telling me so I wasted many trips going down to storage in the Phoenix summer heat only to be locked out of a unit that I paid $147 for one month for. Then recently, I spent over 30 minutes waiting outside the facility trying to get access. When I finally got access I have about 10 minutes left to grab what I needed that day from my unit. My phone battery died because of the constant repeated phone calls I tried to make to customer service when I was trying to access the unit. So that meant at 9pm (closing time) I was unable to retrieve the exit code from my phone and I had to wait for my phone to charge up again. By the time my phone had enough juice to turn on again, it was 9.04 pm. We were parked at the exit gate at 9.01pm. Because of this, they locked my unit with a red lock even though I had just made a payment a couple days before. I called corporate because I needed help and they were actually very helpful and issued me a new code, only for the evil lady at the facility to override it and block it once one. Corporate told me to call her but my lawyers told me not to because it could effect the law suit I have against her and the business. Ive had to install a camera inside my unit. Because I feel the evil lady is desperate to take my belongings. As I have the biggest storage unit they offer, and there's lots of goodies in there. But one thing I have on my side is a very large amount of financial backing so I'll happily keep paying for the unit that I don't have access to... Because I'll get it all back one day, and then some. For all of the lost time and aggrevation caused by a evil old lady on a golf cart who can't handle a little bit of power. I suggest starting a storage unit with only one unit in it. Y'know start small and build your way up? I could just go into the place and cut their locks off but that's just what they WANT me to do. I've spoken with the attorney general consumer complaints department and there's a whole host of people who have had issues with infact the SAME women.
