The Christian owner John told them to take our stuff to the yard until we pay. He kept contacting my boyfriend everyday lowering his price. He finally gave in last night and paid him $300 dollars. Our things were dropped off. The thing is that NONE of my things were even picked up from my storage unit. It turns out they stole someone else's belongings from the same facility! They charged us for stealing another person's possessions and held it hostage for payment from us! They didn't even do the job that they were hired to do to begin with!!! She gave me 30 minutes off for my trouble....oh joy...$50, I can now retire. The problem is this. Don't sell me too low and say that this move will take 4-6 hours when it will and did take 9 hours. Also I'm not a master of truck logic. If this is going to be tight to fit in your truck, tell me! The reason this company does not?? They want to get you committed and then the movers take as long as they like to get you from point A to B, all at $105 per hour. Tick tock. Chaching. I know that sounds stupid but I'm a sucker for well-drafted forms. Their rates were reasonable, so we scheduled the move. On the day of the move, three gentlemen rolled up and got right to work. They were really extremely pleasant, and they hustled nonstop in the humid July monsoon hell. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and it took longer than we anticipated but it turns out that we just had a lot more stuff than we'd thought.
