Horrible. Didn't have carts for the longest time and now they are locked up unless you are there when the office is open, despite it being 24 hour access, because people steal them. Constantly smells like cigarettes, and they continuously raise your rates. I started in Dec '23 at $113, it went to $148 in March, and now it just got bumped to $181 - absolutely ridiculous practices. Guess I'll be moving again. New 10x20 unit online for $219/mo (reg price, not discounted). After 3 months they bump you up 50%. I am leaving after having overpaid for so long, my new bill went up from $375/mo to $480/mo. Same unit, no change. Horrible people, access was not flat so you always have something fall over on the dolly or cart. Consider yourself warned. Pick anywhere else. Had a storage unit at this location, went to put some additional items into my storage unit and you could see the marks on the handle of the unit has indents from someone trying to cut the lock off to get into the unit. Got a call about a month later saying I needed to come in to replace the lock that they had put one of their locks on until I was able to come into the office. They state they had to put one of their locks on the unit because it was going to auction, but that's BS because they would take the payment right out of my checking account, so they were trying to cover their butt! Got back into the state and went to check my storage unit and it has been gone through. All my stuff was nicely packed in boxes and was stacked nicely in the storage unit. My stuff is everywhere and has all been gone through and I am missing a lot of things 2 TVs and gold jewelry. Spoke to the person at the front desk they only keep the recording from the cameras for 7 days!!! So crazy for them to only keep the recordings for 7 days. I moved out of state for 3 months and couldn't continue to come and check my unit weekly! I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CHECK MY STORAGE UNIT WEEKLY TO MAKE SURE NO ONE HAS BROKEN INTO IT!!!! THAT IS WHY I PAID A $150.00 DOLLARS A MONTH TO AVOID! I WOULDN'T LEAVE ANY OF YOUR STUFF HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT IT TO BE TOUCHED AND GONE THROUGH!!! NOT TO MENTION THEY LEFT A DIRTY ASS BLANKET AND WHAT LOOKS LIKE DIRTY UNDER WARE IN MY UNIT PROPBABLY FOUND SOMETHING TO REPLACE IT with and helped themselves!! SICK ASS PEOPLE. They had me by the balls... the baseballs, basketballs and footballs that I had stored in one of their lockers, along with all my other stuff, like bedroom furniture, kitchen ware, rugs, pictures and chairs. It's storage, it's climate controlled and they just can't help but raise their rates as soon as all your stuff is there. I signed up online about 20 months ago, they have increased my rent four times now and I'm paying more than double what I signed up for originally. At this rate, it would have been cheaper for me to burn the stuff I had stored and canceled the locker. To add insult to injury, the rolling carts they had once provided when I originally joined were previously left out and available during all hours the facility was open and now they keep them locked and only available during their office hours. One time I went to use a cart, they had lost the key and told me that they were just there as a courtesy anyway and not an amenity of the property, lately, I have not been able to find a cart at all. It seems that unless you own your own rolling cart, you will be hauling all your boxes by hand if you show up after office hours, if they *lost the key again, or if they have no cart at all, which is fairly likely. I knew going into this that a storage locker wouldn't be a glamorous experience, but seriously, how can a company sleep at night pulling such shady tactics as rate increases as often as I've had here and crummy customer service? If you're going to rake us over the coals with rent increases every four months at least do it with a smile and give us some dang rolling carts to move our stuff around as needed. I started out paying about $75 per month (taxes and insurance included) and last month, also the LAST month I'll ever be paying, my bill totaled close to $160. Every time they increased, I got the same dang response, you are month to month, we don't have lease contracts with guaranteed rates, real estate value increased so or rent is also increasing, blah, blah, etc., etc., all a load of BS to stick it to anyone who decided not to throw or give their stuff away until such a time they were ready to move it to a new home. I once vowed to never do a storage rental a long time ago, this experience, being my first storage rental experience ever in my life, has reminded me of why I will never rent a storage space again - such a waste of dollars. I honestly could have replaced over half the stuff in here with new for the rent I paid in the past year and a half. I did the math going in and was more than happy to accept the aggregate cost of rent over an 18-24 month period, I didn't know they were going to f**k me in the process without providing any lube to ease the pain. Two stars because *they're storage*, they're relatively clean, they're conveniently located and they're climate controlled, but I can't believe how shady they were with their practice of upping the monthly rent as often as they did and such limited quality customer service and nonchalant attitude with the friggin push carts. We needed a storage unit within a few hours.We started the process online and by calling the centralized customer service for additional questions. They provided great service but were unable to answer a question about the site. We were transferred to the manager. Had to leave a message but he called back in about 15 minute. Dave was not only able to answer our questions about the unit location, but instantly built rapport, and was friendly. Once arrive, Dave greeted us, showed us where to back vehicle in to unload ( which is in air air conditioned garage perfect for Phoenix Az) Dave also went over and beyond by helping us push carts to the elevator and showing us around. read more

Good location, very clean. The entire rental process was a breeze, as I filled out all the papers online. When I got there, everything was ready to go. Moving in is easy. They have plenty of carts, and carts don't get stuck on the door thresholds (if you've been to other storage places, you know how much this sucks). They have interior garage unloading spots if you want to use them, and then a regular loading area. Overall, this place seems great. No weird smells, or crazy people. I have been searching online for a storage facility and found myself overwhelmed. After visiting a few different places, I discovered Public Storage. I did the entire reservation process online which made everything so easy. When I arrived on site, the woman in the office was very helpful at explaining how to more easily access my unit and the facility. I especially love the drive-in unloading area. Edited review due to previous voice text errors: I will not use this company again, anywhere.  They do not have enough carts for the amount of units. There are only two bays to park moving trucks and one of the doors is constantly broken, their parking lot is only a couple of hundred square feet and their website always has issues. I always pay my bills on time but a few times there was an issue with the website when I was trying to pay so I called the company which took forever to get someone (a human) on the phone. I advised them I was having trouble paying and wanted to pay directly over the phone.  They said that I could not pay that I would have to go to the site location to pay which is not convenient at all particularly when their hours are my workout hours. I thought that my payment went through on the website - at least twice - as I did not receive any type of error message and the charge showed it was taken from my bank account. A few of the times the customer wrap at the storage company said that they could see that my payment went through and it should not be a problem.  When the following months rent was due, it then showed that I had a late fee and that I did not pay the previous month's rent. This happened a few times causing me to have late fees when in fact I did pay the bill on time. There was one month in which I did forget to pay and that was on me. But the other times it was paid on time, but I accrued/had to pay late fees anyway. Also, the price they gave me when I first started renting was a great price, then a few months later it doubled with no explanation other than the "the rates often do go up to compete with the market". read more
