It doesn't have self access, you have to call to access and have someone meet you, sometimes took longer than others. The guy that would meet me was super creepy, would just stand by the rv and try to casually chat, talked about awkward topics. I cancelled my service and now have been auto charged for 5 straight months. Each month I dispute the fee with my credit card company and it's refunded. Have tried contacting owner, and keeps happening every month. They didn't respond to Better Business Bureau complaint. Just keeps charging.... horrible business practices, wouldn't feel safe storing anything there.

Storage rates were also very fair for long term storage of our trailer, and they allow access 24/7 without all the normal after hours fees and hassles. Perfect for weekenders who have boats and RV's that need access during non-normal business hours.

You know how a rocket keeps going up, well the rent goes up every few months too. Excuses about rising costs and improvements... Nothing has been improved above when I started renting many years ago. As a matter of fact amenities have disappeared - like "individually alarmed units" 24 hour security cameras just finally got installed after years of inop - constant something claiming to be repairs but taking months and really never getting completed - gate or gates being broken for weeks - absolutely no maintenance to the roll up doors (seals leaking and rollers maintenance) - disgusting bathrooms usually with not even soap - they even took away access to the trash dumpsters so now there is no way to even throw away an empty box or water bottle -the list could go on! I've been kind of stuck here due to the cost/time of moving to another facility but now with the most recent price increase already in the first month of this year I'm going to have to move out soon as the value is not there anymore. There is only 1 part time employee and the property was purchased from the bank when the builder went bankrupt so they can't blame it on rising labor costs or increased commercial rent since they own the building themselves.

Don't get screwed by these guys - moving down the street to a less. Good luck with your business model.
