This place is great if you are looking for a storage unit! Only been open about 6 months, but the place is brand new, clean and easily accessible by the shopping area and freeway. Had a nice tour on a golf cart, contract and rates were clear and concise! Customer service was fast, quick and thorough! They explained everything for me and sent me on my way with a nice packet of information to make sure I had everything I need. Great deals & refer a friend for bonus too. read more

Very shady!!! I had a storage unit for 3 years at this location. On May 2nd we cleared out the unit and gave our vacate notice. The next day I was billed for the full month of May even though we had paperwork showing the unit was vacated. We spoke with the staff twice at this location and they REFUSED to refund my money. So they took a full months payment for a unit that was not occupied any longer. Greedy dirtballs!!! read more

I recently got a storage at Dollar Self Storage, not only is the entire world dealing with covic-19 but these guys locked me out of the storage with a payment that's was due on the 5th it's now the 7th!!! Added a late fee and quite frankly this is not a place I will continue to do business with. Go to public storage guys, they at least won't kick you out for 2 days past due. We paid the payment but no client should ever be treated that way. read more

Wow! We got a storage unit at this place and we started at a nice low rate of about $108/mth and every 7 months they have raised the rate on us so after just over a year, we are already at $150/mth which I was told by the guy answering the phone was done by corp because they were at capacity so why not raise the rates on everyone when they know it's a pain in the butt to go move all your stuff. Thankfully I do not have too much to move, so unless this is undone by the regional manager/corporate hq that Im waiting to hear back from (unlikely, I know), I'll certainly be moving my stuff elsewhere. I would ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND this company. Find another place like Im working on now. read more
