As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

I have used Dollar Self Storage for about five years, and I genuinely cannot say enough good things…read moreabout them. The staff has always treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect, and I've always felt like they actually care about their customers--not just the units they rent. Value is a top priority to me ,as it is most, and they definitely make sure your Dollar goes the mile! What has meant the most to me is how seriously they have taken the security of my belongings and my privacy. After a relationship ended, I had an ex who had previously been authorized to access my storage unit. When that situation changed and I no longer wanted him to have access, the staff took my concerns seriously and helped make sure my unit and belongingS a a were protected. I felt listened to, respected, and safe rather than being made to feel like I was causing a problem. Over five years, I've consistently had positive experiences here. Having a storage facility where you can trust the people running it makes such a difference, especially when you're storing things that are important to you. I absolutely recommend Dollar Self Storage and am very grateful for the way they have treated me over the years. Five stars! * also they consistently have new account deals like 1-2 free months - dont forget to ask! Thanks robert & staff !!!

They aren't open 24 hours a day, but their hours were never a problem. In fact, the only problem I had was remembering which unit was mine (again, they helped me with a smile). The unit was climate controlled - not enough to store wine or chocolate during the summer, but enough that my bicycle tires stayed in good shape. They also automatically charged my credit card - something I'm always worried about being accurate. It helped so much to know I didn't have to remember a monthly payment. The unit was clean, insect and rodent free, and convenient. If I need to store more things, I'd choose this establishment again. Thank you!

I was initially really worried about renting out a storage unit, as I had heard of horror stories,…read morebut my husband convinced me we needed to store our stuff while we were moving. He did the research on Black Canyon Bargain Storage, and I am so glad we chose it! We rented a 10x10 storage unit for a great price - very competitive to other storage centers, and Black Canyon Bargain Storage has better reviews than all of the other storage places nearby. The manager (owner?) is extremely friendly and helpful. She was training another employee the day we went, and both were friendly and went out of their way to talk to us and explain the different storage options. The storage unit itself was clean and the perfect size for storing all our boxes. You're given a lock and key that's yours to keep, as well, which was really handy because we didn't have a lock yet. You can add another lock yourself for additional security. All in all, very happy we chose Black Canyon Bargain Storage. It's a great price, great location, and the staff is friendly yet also vigilant about the people coming and going.
