As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

When we singed up, nothing in the process neither in writing nor verbally was communicated with us about an "introductory offer." I called and asked to speak to a manager about this bait and switch. The agent on site said he may call me back tomorrow. After 3 days, still no call. I called back, a different agent on site said oh yeah, we are reducing your rate to $143 a month. I'm almost certain had I not called back, nothing would've changed. Buyer be ware.
