The store facility is super clean which makes having to be here on the regular a great experience. The staff is really friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. I needed storage and found US storage had 5 stars here on Yelp. The facility is very clean. There are 3 very large unloading bays, (and loading carts for all our boxes) and thank God for that! I got the storage yesterday, and today it rained!! The unloading bays came in very handy. It's 2 stories, theres an elevator for second floor. I got first floor and the storage locker was very accessible. I had to buy my own lock at Walmart. But they have them available to buy there. Jorge was very helpful, explained everything throughly. It was a great experience. Jorge is very outgoing, patient & personable. The only downside is storage is expensive now. I got a 10x10 for over $200. They have both climate controlled and outside storage units. Opens at 6 am and closes at 9 pm. I have my own personal access code to gate. Thank you Jorge for making this stress free!! read more

All the employees were incredibly friendly and willing to help. The location was clean and bug free and litter free. The price seemed very high but maybe comparable for the market, I guess? I haven't shopped around for awhile. If the price is right it's a good spot to store your stuff. read more

I called numerous places, yes got a couple lower costs but after touring the facilities and meeting Heather and Jasmin I knew this place was where we were confident in storing our items. I don't recommend this location. Arrived around 8:30 to drop off some stuff to my unit. The gate access hours start 6am and the office is supposed to open at 9am. The gate won't open. Called customer service at 9:05am and they were very nice but couldn't help because both the property manager and assistant were not there. Waited until 9:10 (after waiting 40 min) but had to leave without dropping off my stuff. There were at least 3 other people waiting as well. read more

Danny is the new manager, and he is absolutely amazing! He is very kind, friendly, professional, helpful, and an expert at his profession. Over the years I've used a variety of storage facilities moving from state to state, and I've never met anyone like Danny. The units are new and seem very clean and well maintained. Very secure with locks on multiple doors and elevators. A cooled, indoors loading/unloading area which will be great for the summer and stormy days. read more
