As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

I, personally, was really looking and hoping to just get someone that was friendly, understandable, and yet professional. Unfortunately, the receiption was received immediately had us decide, this is not the place. We walked in, it was empty, and the woman sitting at a desk wasn't on the phone or anyone. However, she just looked so annoyed that we were there. We kept our questions very brief and did receive answers and basic costs. Hoowever, it was the attitude that just had us stop there and leave. As soon as we got outside of the building, we both looked at each other and said "Dang she had attitude, we'll go somewhere else..." My suggestions continue to Rightway Storage on 83rd and lakepleasant. The woman that works there is amazingly friendly and made us feel like family. I rented a space online, the rep called as I was finishing my application. She was wonderful and…read morevery helpful. About 2 hours later, I received a call from the rep again stating that the unit I was assigned had water damage and that I should check it first and if I didn't like it I could choose another unit. I asked if there was mold, she said no and that it was minor and no evidence of a leak. I came the next day to check out the unit and, of course there was mold and one whole wall was damaged to where the paper was peeling off. This was obviously damage from the rain, so it would leak again. I went to the office to tell her that there was mold and I didn't want the unit. Of course she said there were no other units in that size available, but there were other options that were more expensive! Classic bait and switch. She said the unit I was assigned just vacated 3 days ago and that everything checked out. Apparently when she checked the unit, she didn't look up and see the paper coming off the drywall revealing mold above. I went to cubesmart and paid a little more, but it's worth it. They are also working on the roof of the office, so leaks are not new to this facility. They also give you a gate code, but nowhere does it tell you that you have to push * the code, then #. I'm sure they have good laughs in the office at the people trying to figure that out.
