If you rent here, be prepared to move out in 4 months or pay extremely high rates. Every 4 months they will double your rates and they will not work with you. Instead you have to move your items somewhere else (or book another unit with their current sales) Facilities are nice. The associates on site have little to no power when it comes to rates. Mostly there to assign units and schedule move out dates. (Other than keeping facilities clean). read more

They raised my rates after two months from $206 to $305!!!!! Read other reviews on Google before choosing this place, it is a common practice for them to give massive increases after signing agreement. They are an 'F' rating on BBB, no response from corporate on any complaints. The office is unattended most the time, hence kids riding ATVs around up and down the aisles and in between RV spaces. Take pictures of your stuff after parking!!! As you can see in the pictures, it's empty for a reason. They have failed to respond to my complaint after sending it to upper management. It would seem that it would be very hard to mess up a customer relationship at a self-storage unit. After all, once your stuff is stored what else is there? Well, if you actually need something from the staff here, you simply cannot get satisfaction. For two months I have been trying to receive a small refund of an overpayment I made when I signed up. I have stopped in the office four times Requesting my refund (which staff agreed I am entitled to). I have chatted on-line with customer service. I have messaged customer service a couple times. I spoke to an actual person on the phone at their call center earlier this week and was promised action. To date, nothing. So, the folks here provide a nice storage unit. But if you need something out of the ordinary (like good customer service) you are not going to get it here. 7-11-25 Ok. So Christian responded indicating I should contact their customercare team. If the man had read my review, he would have seen that I previously contacted his customercare team very recently and they have not yet responded. Not surprised since they haven't responded to any of my requests or concerns. This is a $21 issue that these people will not look into and give me my money. Doesn't say much when the "owner" uses a canned response. Your manager in Surprise, Kim, knows the problem. I want a refund. Please. read more

When I 1st rented this locker, I was offered 50% 1st 2 months. It was a great deal. 10x10 locker for $120 a month. Then, in JULY of 2024, they raised the rates to $204 a month. Now, a year later, AGAIN IN JULY, they raised the rent to $243. I will be removing my stuff and relocating someplace that does not rip off their customers knowing that they risk heat stroke to move. read more

I am very unhappy with this company. I one year my rate went from $207 per month to $372.18 per month. Also, my unit was supposed to be climate controlled, but the last 5 times I was there it was over 100 degrees. I was there for over an hour each time and the ac never came on. I will never rent from them again read more

They helped to coordinate a space for a vehicle in short order when I was moving. Early in the process took me on a tour of the spaces available and helped me to understand the process. I like the online for payment. read more

Secure Space Self storage has 15x50 extended height RV storage! They also have drive up climate control units! Climate control not refrigerated hahaha so don't expect ice cold storage... they keep it between 80-85 perfect for keeping your belongings in tact and unaffected by the awful Arizona Heat! Staff is nice, patient and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend. read more

Nice new facility. Rv wash starts at $5, dump station, free tire air check, if you need air it's only $0.50 and covered parking. Beautiful secure facility with great amenities. For everyone that mentioned rude staff and unprofessional, I couldn't agree more. The red heads girl at the front didn't greet me. Soon as I walked in I greeted her with a smile, first thing she says is "there's nothing I can do for you... like I literally can't do anything." I'm thinking the system might be down or something. She then says "the door was supposed to be locked." I get that it was 10 minutes before closing but I wasn't asking for a tour, just simple questions. But I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism that I just left. Glad I didn't lock in that online reservation. read more

Horrrrrible! First, they quote us a price (3 separate times) we agree, come in & sign the lease. AFTER the lease is signed for that amount they then tell us they made a mistake and it should be double. I told the manager absolutely not and she said she has no control over it (even though we have them on a recorded line 3x telling us the price). They're all over the freaking place - everyone says something different (for example, the guy on the phone said they require no notice to vacate, the guy in person said it's 10 days and the manager came back and said 30 days.. who knows) We finally got all that worked out and extend our lease another month, paid, and two days later I get a move out receipt emailed to me saying we moved out!! I called them up immediately and the guy on the phone first gives me a heart attack by saying there is no lock on our unit and that it's empty.. and then says they must've made a mistake and moved us out in the system instead of someone else but that they don't have access to fix it.. only the regional manager can! And in the mean time we AREN'T ALLOWED TO ACCESS OUR UNIT as they removed our access codes (even though we are 100% paid up to date AND are in a legally binding lease) so I asked for a call back.. never got it. I asked for a same day resolution as we needed to get into our storage unit today and they said "we aren't going to rush our regional, he's busy". I don't even think it's LEGAL for them to not allow us to access our items when we are fully paid and compliant... yet here they are! Pick literally ANYWHERE ELSE! read more

If i could put 0 stars i would. I have NEVER been to a worse storage unit in my life. They had terrible service and is so rude. They do not care about anything other then money and will take advantage of you like they did me. They over priced me and used my own emotions against me. They falsely accused me of things that never happened and is apparently 'on record' yet never showed me anything even after i showed her proof that i never got any sort of contact. No one is usually there and they are very aggressive when they are. When you call they don't usually answer and don't call back. I don't recommend going to this place because i've never gotten worse service ever. read more
