For starters, StorQuest customer service at all levels is excellent. Whether the representatives on the phone and/or in person in the location office, service is friendly, helpful, and professional. There are other reviews online that say when referring to the onsite manager, "Jen is the best!" I can assure you, she is. That also is a big reason why this StorQuest location should be your first choice. For example, since we had a large truck full of belongings from an out of state move, we booked a 10 x 25 climate-controlled unit. Thanks to great customer service, we were able to get a unit very close to an exit door where we were able to load and unload without too much of a walk. Jen even explained which way to park the truck to not have to unload in front of the direct hot sun. During the storage period, we did automatic billing and were able to time it as to move out at the end of a billing cycle. Jen was very helpful in explaining how best to end our month-to-month contract. Overall, this storage location has what you need: newer facilities, great customer service, and a friendly and professional onsite manager. Book it.

There were Deloriois, Tesla, Jade, Chris, Conrad, and about seven others during the years I rented there. The specific reasons I was not happy with Tolleson Storage, now changed to "Trojan Storage", on Van Buren, in Tolleson, AZ are many. They made several changes not for the benefit of renters, but to increase revenue only for them. They used to rent U-Haul trucks, but discontinued this service. They closed their bathroom to renters. They closed access to water and power to renters. They made a rule that renters could only be around their units for 30 minutes or less, or it would be considered littering. They changed their gate hours to an hour less than was in 2009. It used to be a wonderful self-storage facility when Conrad was the caretaker before he passed away.

Once Rose had personally taken me to see the unit that I would be renting, and explaining on how to get in and out of the gate, the hours of operation, made it so easy to say YES, to finalizing my rental with Rose. Even on holidays you can find something delicious and smelling good in the office from the home baked goodies that she takes extra time and care to make for those who stop by. She evens makes special batches for take home. Rose will for sure give you that warm smile of hers, which is coupled with that glowing hello greeting. Even when I call, I can see and hear it in her voice. It is such a welcome feeling to know that not only do I get exemplary customer service from Rose, but I get it with a smile and with lots of love behind it. I know that I had many choices to pick from as to where I wanted to store my belongings, but it was for sure because of Rose that I had decided on that day to store with Litchfield Park Storage Solutions. I can't imagine storing anywhere else, as long as Rose is there as manager.
